My partner and I came in a while back to try on engagement rings to get an idea of what I'd like. We did make a appointment in advance, so that was very helpful. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I also felt like they had a decent variety of options, and really like the idea of making a custom ring. The only reason I gave them four stars as opposed to five is the price of their diamonds seems to be more than what I've seen at other jewelers in the past, I will say I know you get good quality here.

For my birthday my husband took me to the Diamond Cellar looking at David Yurman but no idea what I wanted. We met associate Ryan and he was excellent! The selection of pieces was amazing & Ryan's patience & knowledge was exceptional. I found the perfect ring & matching necklace. I am so happy and Ryan along with entire staff a the Diamond Cellar made my day perfect! When customer service doesn't seem to be a priority anymore, The Diamond Cellar shines in making your experience like no other! Highly recommended and can not wait to return to be pampered again! My wife wanted to have her engagement ring's setting changed. I bought her a marquis cut diamond that was in the traditional setting with the stone running perpendicular to the setting. She wanted to have the stone turned sideways so the stone would run parallel with the gold setting. I thought that sounded really weird, but, it is what she wanted. She went to see Randy Siegel at the Diamond Cellar. Randy advised us on what she could do with the stone and how to best design the new setting. He drew some designs, and then set us the CAD design. My wife had some questions and suggestions for the setting, which Randy incorporated into the design.When we went to go see the ring, we were stunned! It was better than I could have imagined ... and I originally thought the idea was stupid. I was blown away by how BEAUTIFUL it was! Randy also gave us great advice on how to best care for the ring and the diamonds. It was a great experience! I would NEVER hesitate to let Randy DESIGN ANYTHING FOR US. I know it will be better than we imagined.

Gabriel was extremely helpful! He made me feel like he genuinely cared about educating us even when we told him we wouldn't be making any purchases that day. He was not pushy and even encouraged us to do as much research that we needed to make us comfortable. I came back months later to purchase an engagement ring and again he provided spectacular service! He helped us get exactly what we wanted and even kept it in the low end of my budget!

Walked in to get a price for a diamond bracelet. Was looked over and passed over and simply dismissed. I was wearing my work clothes from an "blue collar" job yet I was about to spend $,6,500-7,200 at the time. I took my business elsewhere as I was made to feel like "less than" based solely on looks. The sad thing is, they didn't realize that through marriage, we're family and I'll be sure this review gets posted on every outlet.

I quit going to Diamond Cellar years ago but decided to give them one more try since my engagement ring and wedding band were purchased there when it was a reputable company. I went yesterday to have my wedding set sized from a 9 to 6.5. The employee took the rings back "to be looked at". She came back 20 minutes later telling me that sizing my rings would "compromise" them. She then handed me an estimate for $1,800 to have them remade. I took the rings to two different reputable jewelers today. Shockingly, they both said it was possible and would do no damage. Instead of $1,800, my rings are being expertly resized for $175. Over the years my husband has bought me quite a few pieces from Diamond Cellar. I gave them one more chance yesterday and will clearly never be back.

Gabe Simms provided my fiancé and I above and beyond service. Gabe was professional and highly driven to assist me at my own pace in making selections for engagement and wedding rings. There was absolutely zero negative pressure from himself or his supporting staff and was happily educating me throughout the entire process so that I could make the best decisions for myself. I thoroughly enjoy going to see Gabe at the Diamond Cellar. He was excited about my hopes and dreams and assisted in making them possible. Could not ask for a better "diamond guy." Gabe's attention to detail and motivation to provide excellent, specialistic service is worth every penny that you put toward a priceless gift for someone you care about. Thanks Gabe!

We live in Austin Texas and come to see family in Columbus. My husband discovered diamond cellar when we were looking at engagement rings a few years ago. He bought me the most beautiful 2.5 carat emerald cut natural diamond ring. Here we are a few years later and we just made another large purchase except this time I got to design the ring. The whole experience and attention to detail with the staff at the Dublin location was truly amazing. We worked with Michelle and highly recommend her. I cannot wait until the ring arrives. :)

Though i appreciate the actual execution of the service provided, what i don't appreciate is the attitude and utter disrespect given. It is distasteful to receive sly remarks and judgement within request of a simple service. New to the area, I was highly recommended this business and location for seeking fine accessories and the ability to adjust a watch, that was gifted to me, and was met with an unappreciated, demeaning, and rude, attitude. I might not have walked into this establishment with a fancy handbag and established clothing luxury but my expectations were still to be treated as a consumer seeking out a service. While waiting for my watch, I noticed other customers in similar dress not being helped while staff was mindlessly perusing around. Judging a book by it's cover is obviously a statement made. While intentions of future purchases were considered, this location and business will not be in my short list for the future. Personally in disgust by any associates, the receptionist is the only member of staff that offered a non-sarcastical smile and help. Every person walking into a place of business, regardless of initial appearance, should be treated with the up-most respect. After reading past reviews, I notice that my specific complaint is not the only one. A complaint should be made once (and never again), which means nothing has changed. I'm not sure if it's ageism or defined judgement on appearance but something needs to be adjusted. Though others might not have been felt as neglected as a person as I feel to leave a review, i'm sure there are plenty.

I sent to DC to start research on a rolex for my husband. I was the second person in the store right after it opened at 1000 AM in Saturday. I was out running errands and was dressed in a t shirt and jeans. The receptionist greeted me and gave me directions to the watches. I was passed by two sales associates, without even being recognized. No hello may I help you. Nothing. I stood there for a moment looking around, clearly looking for assistance, but apparently I was not the client anyone wanted to assist. When I left I looked at the receptionist (with a sales associate beside her talking to her) and said, I guess no one wants to help me. And she just smiled. Is there a required dress code to get assistance at DC? Clearly I won't be going back there for anything in the future.
