This is in Bubbly Food Hall. I really wasn't expecting much in a food hall, but was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I had the lamb curry and my daughter had the lamb vindaloo. Both dishes were excellently prepared. Would not hesitate to eat here again!

I was excited to see this new option open in Bubbly Food hall to add some variety! I'd been wanting to try biryani so I went for theirs. When I ordered she asked me how spicy I wanted it. I told her I have a pretty low tolerance for spice so I'd need it pretty mild but it could have a little bit of spice. She then asked if she could have it a little spicier to bring out the flavors and I agreed to it thinking she knew best. Unfortunately I should have stuck to my guns as it turned out to be way more than a little spicier. On top of the fact it was a 15-20 minute wait, it was way too spicy for me. I powered through as much as I could because it wasn't cheap but at a certain point I just couldn't keep going. I'm sure this would have been delicious if I enjoyed spice more but it's just painful for me and doesn't add flavor. I also tried the gulab jamun for the first time and I really liked these! The dense texture with the sweet syrup were a nice combo. But $6 for 2 seems quite steep in my opinion. Even though I didn't have the best first experience I would be open to trying more dishes here and will update my review as needed.

Dhaba Kitchen prepares delicious food quickly at Bubbly Hall in New Albany. They have a wide variety of homemade Indian cuisine, and everything we have tried is excellent. Our particular favorite is the Tandori Bone in Chicken which is the best I have ever eaten.

We tried many Indian restaurants in Columbus and around. So far Dhaba Kitchen is the worst restaurant. The Food was below par and the service was the worst in any restaurant. The food was not at all good. The Paneer Tikka Masala didn't taste good. It tasted like it was given out of the "Ready to Eat" pack. Paneer Biryani was also ok. Worst Service: As you can see in the picture attached, there was a scheme that if the order was above X amount we would get something free. The Asian (Not Indian) lady refused to give that offer and stated it was for returning customers only. I wanted an extra "paper" plate, the lady said, isn't the already given 2 plates not enough? She gave 2 plates for 3 people.

I love Indian food, especially biryani. I ordered goat biryani from their Bubbly Hall location. Honestly I didn't have high expectations. When I opened the container and saw all the spices I got a little excited. Then I had my first bite and was blown away! Very flavorful and delicious. It's some of the best biryani I've ever had. If you live near the New Albany area, this is a hidden gem you must check out if you like Indian food. Even the amount of food was dinner and lunch the next day so it's great value!

I ordered butter chicken. The menu included a "no spice" option. I couldn't eat it, it was so spicy.I also ordered rice pudding. That was good and I ate it.My rating includes the second star for the rice pudding, otherwise it was a waste of my money.

I don't have much experience with Indian cuisine... But I do know good food when I taste it, and they did not disappoint. I just tried the Shrimp Biryani and I think I've found my go-to dish. My only error was making the mistake of requesting a 4 out of 5 for my spice level, but nonetheless, I had the pleasure of consuming every grain of it with no other regrets! Next time, I know now to simply temper the spices down to a 2-3 for my sweet spot... I will definitely be back for that, as well as to try out other dishes...

Food came nice and hot. I was just expecting more given the reviews. I've had much better lamb curry and chili chicken momo from cheaper places.

Ordered saag paneer and butter chicken mild, way too spicy like probably level 4 spice at Aab. I was thinking of bringing my parents here to try Indian food for the first time since it's near my place but they might vomit from the spice level and hate Indian food forever if I fed them this.
