Demo's Grille

I ordered a gyro from the food truck. There was a bit of a wait but considering that one guy was doing everything, it was not bad at all. He was busy! My gyro was very good tasting and had a lot of meat. I wish it had had more vegetables and sauce but that's probably the opposite of what most people want. He gave me fries with my gyro and when I told him that I hadn't ordered fries, he told me to keep them at no charge so that was nice. Made my husband happy.

I stumbled upon this food truck because my apartment complex hosted it one evening. I am a big fan of Mediterranean food so I was excited to try it out. The menu is straight forward, which is always nice and prices are reasonable. While looking over the menu, I asked what the difference was between the regular chicken and spicy chicken gyros and was told the spicy one comes with sriracha mixed in. I opted for a regular gyro (lamb) and greek fries. The greek fries came with some seasoning, feta cheese and greek sauce on them.The man working cooked all the food fresh, including dropping a single serving of fries in the fryer. It was ready after just a few minutes. Honestly, I was surprised at how good the gyro was. The pita bread was extremely soft and had some butter on it which added to the deliciousness. My only quarrel is I wish I would've gotten extra greek sauce on the gyro. The fries were delicious as well. Like I said, this food truck was surprisingly really good and I would definitely get it again if I see it out and about.

The feta fries are out of this world! I highly recommend this food truck to anyone wanting delicious authentic Greek food.

When I heard the Greek accent; I knew the food would be good. Got the lamb gyro and it was delicious. I stood there and watched him carve it off the food truck size rotating shawarma (always wondered how they make that hunk of rotating meat). Fresh ingredients. What surprised me was the sauce on the fries. It turned them into a fork-only meal onto itself. I'm craving them now. Good people. I'll be on the lookout to see if they will be near me again.

We got the Original gyros which were full of flavor, perfect proportions and grilled with a slight crisp. Baklava was good, not overly sweet. Greek fries were delicious as well.

Just tried Demo's food truck. I was a bit hesitant to try Mediterranean food (the lamb especially) from a food truck. Guess what? I was happy that I got over myself really quickly. I've only had a couple of food trucks that didn't pass the mark...this one wasn't it. The lamb was perfectly seasoned and tender. The Tzatziki was the perfect consistency and not too garlicky like it can sometimes be. I've eaten gyros (yee-roes) that were burnt, dry, and I had garlic coming out of my pores for a couple of days afterward. Nope! Not this dude. Food is delicious. Prices are competitive. Portion just the right amount

This is in regard to the food truck - quickest I've ever gotten a spicy chicken filly. Just one guy handling multiple orders in perfect multitasking. Just took my order while cooking and said 'I have a good memory.' Anyway the spicy chicken Philly cheesesteak was fantastic. Gooey flavorful cheese, tender chicken, roasted onions and peppers, and some heat. My wife raved about her regular philly. Fries were delicious, tender steak fries. I know this will seem petty, but a lot of food trucks forget the Mayo and ketchup. The food truck one man show reminded me that they exist. Wife was super happy - she loves her 'fancy' sauce which is just Mayo And ketchup.

Tried the food truck for the first time today and the spicy chicken gyro was delicious! It's definitely worth the trip and the service was quick and friendly!

This food truck was at my complex today (Albany Landings) and I was honestly just desperate for food and didn't want to do delivery/pick-up or cook. I just finished a run and was NOT feeling picky, so my expectations were little to none for whatever I ended up grabbing.Little did I know, I lucked upon the best Greek/Mediterranean food ever. I got the lamb and beef gyro and it looked AMAZING as the gentleman prepared it and somehow tasted better. Great size for the price. I got a piece of baklava and THAT was also better than it looked (and it looked wonderful). I was tempted to go back for seconds just to enjoy it all over again. Sometimes I get a little bummed with takeaway food because it always feel heavy with sodium or grease, which hides flavor (or subpar ingredients) but not this food truck. I felt great after eating this.I hope this food truck comes back to my complex, but I would and will go hunt for it in the future!

He was in our neighborhood...made a last second dinner decision and gave him a try. Wow, very surprised...honestly the best gyro I've ever had. My wife and son opted for the chicken teriyaki gyro. Just as good...reminded me of Street Treats when I was a student at the University of Akron. Generous portion, fair price. Perfectly seasoned lamb, I think he did some magic crisping it up a little before serving. The lettuce and tomato were legit garden fresh. My only regret was not grabbing some baklava. Demo's is a real gem Columbus...don't let him get away!
