DeFelice Bros Pizza

Tried a simple pepperoni thin crust pizza. It was too heavy on the cheese, the pepperoni was of average quality, the sauce was sweet with no herbs -tomatoes, salt, maybe onion powder and sugar (I added Italian herbs and a little red pepper which made a big difference), and sweet crust that was a little thicker than a typical thin crust. I like the dough. Not chewy but still nice. They have a very robust menu! And, they list several awards on their menu. I added a picture to show the list to balance out my "average" review.

Love this pizza!! The meat lovers is outstanding as is the Hang 10 Hawaiian when you are in the mood for something different. I am a fan of good dough/thick crust so this is my new go to! Ordering online or using the app is easy and convenient and the pizza will be ready when promised. Staff is friendly

We ordered from DeFelice tonight for the second time and it did not disappoint!!The employees are super friendly and polite. The pizza is excellent! We've only tried the oven fried crust and it's perfect. Flavorful and crunchy without being greasy.Tonight we enjoyed a Buffalo Chicken pizza, a sausage, onion & green pepper pizza and a traditional pasta with meatballs. Everything was delicious! Their sauce is amazing!Great food and great service. Check it out!

This is a take-away only operation, no delivery yet. The crust was pretty good, thick crust reminded me of pan pizza

This was our first time trying DeFelice Bros Pizza, and we will definitely be back! We ordered Parmesan wings, sausage pep pizza, and a meatball pep calzone. Our fave out of all was the calzone! We got the thick crust pizza and it does remind me of how pizza huts crust use to be! It was delicious! I really enjoyed the taste of the meatballs! Everything was cooked to perfection, and online ordering was a snap! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great pizza night!

Just got my pizza. Two hours we waited. Showed up cold and grease had soaked through to the bottom and the ripple cardboard had stuck to the bottom of the pizza. Was not offered a discount our free pizza when I called a hour and a half into waiting. The original time they gave me was 40 min. So I did not call until a hour and a half into it What happens to customer service???!!!

Being a gluten-free foodie, its hard to find a really good pizza crust that satisfies my desire for good old real pizza. Not only was the gf crust really delicious along with both of the white pizza types we selected, but I almost thought they must of messed up our order because I thought it couldn't be gluten free (and taste so gluten-ey). The spinach white pizza and the tomato basil are both just perfect. highly recommend! I would have given 5 stars but my hubby thought the sub he had was just average, so I ranked it a 4 instead of 5.

Awesome crust and sauce. Great pizza all around. My friend said it's the best pizza he's ever had. Great carryout spot.

Cheap ingredients that left me and my partner both feeling sick. Most of the food was thrown away. Wouldn't even give a bite to the dog.We ordered cheese pizza (undercooked and greasy), meatball sub (meatballs were dry), and pretzel sticks (overcooked, bordering on burnt).

Firstly, I will say the couple times I have ordered from here, the pizza has been delicious. It has that old-school Pizza Hut taste before Pizza Hut ruined it..lol. So, why the 3 stars? Because their business model leaves little to be desired.Website - Online ordering is unavailable. Their website will let you get to the final stages and tells you to call the store. You cant even look at the menu without starting the online ordering process. Also, there is no "corporate contact info" on there and it looks like the developer gave up on the siteDelivery - It seems they pick and choose which days they deliver and which days they dont.Location - Yea, its right off SR-16 but its in the same building as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center. I am sure the medical staff enjoy the wonderful smell but its just kind of odd to convert an office to a restaurant.Dine in - Not available. Speaking of Pizza Hut, we have 2 vacant former Pizza Hut locations in the area with dine-in seating available where this restaurant would be wonderful to have.Social Media - They dont really respond to concerns from their social media page. At one time they posted a special and when I went to order, they would not honor it because they had not had their grand opening yet.I feel this place wont survive if they dont fix some of these issues, at least with delivery and online ordering. I will still continue to get pizza from here but they need to do something. I dont know if they are just testing the waters or what.
