Went to location to try to enjoy food was very difficult to order because you have to use a QR code, there's no hard copy menu location does have multiple restaurants that you have a place to sit down and eat and I Didn't get to enjoy the food the because of how difficult it place an order looks like to get the best out of the experience here better to order to go on doordash or grub hub.

The food was great! My granddaughter said the macaroni & cheese was the best she's ever tasted (even better than my 5 cheese mac & cheese)! My wife loved the wings and greens! Overall, everything was great & the portions were huge! We'll definitely be returning!

Excellent food and service the sweet potato pie was delicious and everything was freshly prepared. I will be visiting again to try a few more items I pass by the location every day on my way home so I will probably be a regular customer with weekly visits.

We ordered via Door Dash from the new Gahanna location. According to the app, the order wasn't given to the driver until nearly an hour past the scheduled delivery time. The driver said they made her wait while the prepared a new batch of Fries--which was part of someone else's order. Unsurprisingly, our food was barely room temperature by the time we received it. So my review is based on having to reheat the food which may have altered it some. I ordered two Fish (perch) and Shrimp dinners with Greens and Macaroni and Cheese on the side. The greens were so bland that I would be amazed to find out they had used any seasoning at all. They were also about 50% stems. So they either don't know how to properly prep the greens, or they were purchased frozen from GFS. The canned greens from Glory are better straight out of the can than these were.The Mac & Cheese arrived as a congealed lump. I reheated it in the microwave for 60 seconds and it came out mushy. Having to reheat it in the microwave (60 seconds) may have contributed to it, but I have a feeling it had been overcooked before it hit the Styrofoam. Even if the noodles hadn't been overcooked, the flavor was missing. As for the fish and the shrimp, I reheated them in an air fryer for a few minutes because they were not only cold, but had zero crunch. This seemed to confirm that they had been sitting in the Styrofoam container for a long time. The breading was decent, and the only part of the meal that tasted like it had seen a spice. May've been decent if they had arrived hot, but nothing I would seek out.I really wanted to like this place, but I have to say I wouldn't recommend them.

ordered a DoorDash order , called to express my concerned about my entire order being dashed in Buffalo when that's not what I wanted and was yelled at and told I was being smart after listening to a man stuttering for the entire conversation. will never order again. the mac and cheese wasnt worth buying nor were the greens. I didn't get the buy one get one special. I regret supporting this business.
