Cumberland Trails Bar and Grill

Made reservation for a wedding rehearsal dinner 3 months in advance with a waiter. Came in 1 week before to remind them and a waiter pulled up the reservation and confirmed. Last night when we got there, there was nothing. Tables were not set up for us. The waiter said, "I just got here I don't know what's going on." So he put a few tables together which was not enough for the number of people we had on the reservation. So we put the tables together ourselves. After getting past that and seated, we ordered. My food was not cooked the way I asked. Our food came out sporadically, instead of all together, which interrupted our conversations about 5 times. No one came out to apologize for the mistakes made. The food was "MID" and frankly I would not recommend them to anyone. The chef and crew changed over the past year and a half, so maybe that's the issue. Whatever it is, they need to step up their game. I was made to give a star on here otherwise I wouldn't have.

Seat yourself was the first warning that things were going to be interesting. The bartender/ server tried, but the layout was clearly not designed for their benefit in doing both bar and table side service. It's possible the layout wasn't actually designed at all, that it just happened with limited attention to layout or atmosphere. The menus were crinkled. The table was almost clean (certainly the best available option). The menu said the pretzel apps were $5.00 but that's only during happy hour, they were actually $8.00. The Italian was loaded with meat and a great sandwich if a bit pricey. The fries were over salted. Extremely over salted. The burger was on the rare side, not that there was an option given on how we would like it cooked. Adding bacon was a wise idea to make it more enjoyable.

Had lunch with our Church Group! Oh my what a nice surprise. 10 of us and happy 10. Wide selection of food and everything was hot and good! Definitely a new favorite for us! Worth the Drive. Play Golf there now we will be eating there!

Tried this place cause it was close to home. Wasn't crazy about the buffalo chicken dip, very thick and to much blue cheese, bruschetta bread was good but nothing to rave about. Boyfriend ordered the sirloin and said it was pretty good. My chicken Alfredo was ok , pretty blan and not a creamy Alfredo like I'm used to. Honestly probably wouldn't order it again but edible. I would probably go back if I was having a few drinks and some apps. The view is nice. I'm sure we will go back at some time to try a sandwich and like I said its close to home. Not really to many restaurants out here by me.

I came in with my family for a birthday dinner tonight. The staff were very friendly, you can tell it's a close knit community with the regulars. I ordered a burger with tots, the tots are definitely better than the fries. The burger was cooked exactly how I wanted it. Our server also came out with a piece of cake on the house which I thought was really sweet!

A great and tasty place to unwind and have a bite with delicious cocktails!! the staff was amazing and personable, I loved getting to know my server!

We had a party of four and none of us got a good meal. I heard it advertised on the radio and tried it for my birthday. None of us finished the meal. The fish had an nasty taste to it and the potatoes will over cooked and hard. The Chicken Alfredo tasted like jar sauce. The Caesar wrap was dry and tasteless. I hate that we were so disappointed always want to support locally. Maybe try again in several months.

On multiple occasions I have not been served and walked out. Service here is terrible overall. I live in the community and used to frequent this place often. I love the food and atmosphere when they actually don't mess my order up and when I am able to get service. Tonight just was one too many times 4 servers sat at a table doing cutlery in napkins not once even thought about getting up. There was a party for Watkins school outside and people from that group had to walk to the bar to get served.Sorry this place is dunzo Ron and Ron Jr are great people however, this place is miss managed for this kinda thing to happen over and over.

I recently visited this establishment with my in-laws and family. We were first told no cream or milk for coffee. I ordered the special of the sirloin and was told 30 minutes later they didn't have any. My daughter's hot dog was tasteless and my mother in law did not receive her chicken wrap. We used to love this place but now will never go back. Very disappointing.
