Crumbl - Reynoldsburg

We have been to Crumbl Cookies THREE times in the past two weeks! It just might be becoming an unhealthy addiction for me. The cookies are SOOO good! The staff are always so warm and welcoming too! We have tried the all of the below cookies and have seriously enjoyed them ALL! Classic Pink Sugar (my daughter and I's fave)! I love that it's served chilled! I prefer my cookies and cake to be served cold anyway...weird, I know! Sugar: Love the frosted animal cookie in the middle of the cookie! Love the sprinkles in the cookie too! Key Lime: The frosting is the money maker for this cookie! So fluffy and good! Blueberry: Tastes exactly like a blueberry muffin! Kentucky Butter Cake: My second favorite cookie! Kind of tastes like a mixture between a peanut butter cookie and a sugar cookie! Super soft too! Peanut Butter Banana: Really good peanut butter cookie - not too fond of the banana frosting! Milk Chocolate Chip: Probably my least favorite, but still good! Too many chocolate chips for me. (It is my son's favorite though). All of the cookies are large in size. We usually only eat a half at a time since they become filling quick. The cookies are super soft and doughy and not crunchy and hard! Cha-Ching! The Service is Herindous. Ridiculous pricing & the leading cause of Diabetes. This place has no customer service what so ever.

Got an eggshell once . They gave me a gift card because of that experience so that was good.. But Are always quick .

I like guilty pleasures. This cookie store is one of my favs, and i have only been here once. The counter lady answered my questions and helped me pick out some cookies ( btw, they are huuuugggeee!) if back on that side of town, i will stop back in!

I placed an order for pickup on 2/28/23 for 4 cookies. I arrived around 4pm and when I entered no one acknowledged me. Normally one of the employees will shout, "Welcome to Crumbl!" but not this time. I marked myself as "here" and it was apparent they all received the notification because they immediately started talking about my order. They were saying, "Why do people order these Maple Bacon cookies? They nasty! Bacon doesn't go on cookies! That's just nasty! You can't even taste the bacon anyway." Wow, okay...if I hadn't already paid, I would have just left. Then the male employee comes and hands me my order and just turns around and walks away. I have been to Crumbl Cookies enough to know that the employee is supposed to open the box and show you your cookies. It was honestly a terrible experience. I don't care how good their cookies are, I will NOT be back.

Pumpkin cookie tasted quite a bit like carrot cake with the spices and the cream cheese frosting. The cookie was large enough to share and delicious.

I love y'all's cookies and it's so good and y'all service is amazing and so quick and y'all's cookies are always p for me

They weren't very personable. It was my first time in a crumble and it eas clear I was confused but when I tried to get help it wasn't offered or available.

The gingerbread cookie was okay, way softer in the center than I expected service was also okay. We went late so I didn't expect over the top engagement since I know the workers are probably tired. The atmosphere looked clean so that make me confident the cookies were being made in a clean place

Good cookies, a little pricey. My daughter loves to get the new flavor she sees on Tiktok.
