I have avoided Crumbl for quite sometime now due to prices, but decided to give it a try again because I do love their cookies. I typically go to the Columbus locations, however, the Ontario location is close to home. Wow just wow am I disappointed. Not that my cookies weren't delicious, but Ontario Crumbl please do better. Your staff is so rude! I walked into 3 of the 5 employees cleaning at the front. Not one person greeted me, my favorite part about Crumbl is how bubbly and welcoming the staff usually is. There was only one decorator working the whole time I was there. The other 4 employees watched this girl attempt to decorate while they all just continued cleaning and making snotty faces at customers. When the girl handed me my cookies that were lacking frosting btw, she seemed so down I left sad for her. Crumbl please do better!

Honestly, with all the hype I expected more. The cookies are huge, but cloyingly so. It's also expensive compared to any one of half a dozen local owned/operated bakeries that all turn out superior products.

Quick service is always a plus! However, folks this location isn't the Crumbl Cookie you're used to. We ordered four cookies and the sizes weren't symmetrical and well, not up to CC's par. Hopefully it's just growing pains.

None of their cookies are vegan. also when I tried to order a cookie for my friends birthday to surprise her with i got screamed at for not putting my name in the ordering tablets as it still read "visa cardholder" I waited for an hour because they didn't call me name. definitely not going back.

Cookies are great, but, I find it annoying that I ordered over an hour before I got there and they wanted me to wait another 20 minutes for my cookies that they were out of. Like that's why I ordered an hour before so I could get 4 different cookies not 2 and not wait 7 minutes for someone to tell me it would be 20 minutes. And maybe if they had adults working and not a bunch of young girls walking around laughing not paying attention at all, people would get what they ordered.
