I drove from Zanesville to purchase cookies. After ordering at the kiosk and scanning my debit card, it said my card was declined but it had already deducted the amount from my account. The person working insisted that they didn't receive payment even though I had the bank on the phone telling them that they did. The staff found it quite funny and laughed instead of helping. The person I talked to was plain rude. So I'm leaving the store with no cookies and no money. I'm forced to go through the dispute process with my bank. Skip them. Their cookies are over priced to begin with and the staff sucks.

The store is clean and the workers are always nice and welcoming, but sometimes I have to pay close attention to the cookies when they open the box and have you look at them. They will forget frosting on them or put ones in there I didn't order. Just needs a closer attention to detail here.

I don't even think that they deserve a singular star. I went to the kiosk to order my cookies. Once I went to checkout it said my card declined. I tried again manually and it once again said failed. I then checked my account and it CHARGED MY CARD 3 TIMES AND STILL DIDNT EVEN SAY I ORDERED COOKIES. all I was told was to wait 15 minutes. once that time was up all I was told was to call customer service. no sympathy at all from the workers. didnt even tell people not to use the kiosk. CRUMBL TOOK ALMOST 100 DOLLARS FROM ME. and now customer service is a nightmare to reach out to. thanks crumbl.

We have gotten cookies here a few times and they were very good. Sometimes the cookies are hard and don't seem the freshest.
