Crumbl - Grove City

Dropped the wife off at the door to get some cookies. Surprisingly by the time I got parked she was out. Service was super fast!Outside of that, the cookies are ok. The chocolate hip cookie taste like a generic cookie, nothing to special or says OMg this is great.The pumpkin cookie was unique but in your face pumpkin.The peanut butter cookie was great. Smooth peanut butter with melted chocolate on topLast cookie was a strawberry cookie and it was good and light in flavor, almost refreshing in taste. I do want to go back and try other flavors but so far over all option is meh.

These cookies this week are definitely a must to go try! The white macadamia chip I LOVED it. Those are some of my all time favorite kinds of cookies & they were on the dot with these. The s'mores I was so excited to try, it was above my expectations. I do wish I ate it when it was warm though, would of been just like a real s'more. Snickerdoodle cupcake was very good, cream cheese frosting which is the best! I wish it had more dust on the top. And the nutter butter was very good as well, it's a cold cookie for anybody who goes to try it!! Overall, a great experience. I did a curbside order and they were out within 5 minutes and dropped it off at my window. I love trying the cookies from here and I'm never disappointed with the flavors because I love trying new things. I am a huge fan of their Churro cookie!! I wish they had it every single week . When they get it back on the menu, go try it for yourself! You will NOT be disappointed.

the cookies rock and people always slow and ignore you when you walk in! if it wasn't for the quality of products I wouldn't come back

This place is super cute and the customer service was great. But... we felt like the main chocolate chip cookie was meh or very mediocre. It was not very rich, it was just plain and okay... Nothing special, nothing that makes me go -OMGosh I need to come back soon... The specialty cookies were better, more rich and flavorful. I definitely think the Buckeye one was the best. Overall though, I think there are just better cookie places out there right now and sadly their recipes just are not as good in my opinion. They are not bad either, just not great.

This was my first time trying Crumbl. The store was really cute, and the employees were really nice. I got half a dozen so I could try a little of everything. The pumpkin cookie was my favorite! It was so yummy and very cake-like. They had a few unique flavors and overall everything tasted pretty good. The more basic ones like chocolate chip tasted like a homemade cookie. Definitely nothing super special but still good. I also really liked the packaging and the cookies are huge!

First time trying Crumbl. Def overrated. Hubby and I got 4 (for $10) to try a variety. I had rocky road and a classic pink sugar cookie. Hubs had a PB cup and a lemon cheesecake cookie.The cookies are big in diameter and thick too, in fact, the PB cookie was still pretty raw in the middle. My rocky road wasn't, but I think only bc it had a marshmallow in the middle.The sugar cookie and cheesecake cookie were served chilled. The base cookie of both of these was the same--blah. If it wasn't for the overly sweet icing they would have no flavor at all.The presentation by the employee was cool - whether they were showing us they got our order right or trying to add to the anticipation, I'm not sure.And the pretty pink, 1-cookie-wide-box was adorable but I feel no need to go back.

We came on opening day and have been going ever since. They have such good cookies they are so good and addicting! And i have not had one bad experience with the workers

Awful they are out of all the specialty cookies and stated they would be for most of the evening it's only 6 pm on a Saturday and the cookie toppings don't even look like any of the pictures :(

Horrible customer service. I placed my order at the kiosk. The young lady who filled my order was short and didn't smile once. She looked mad that she had to help me with my cookie order. They didn't have all the cookies available so I had to substitute. The store was so dirty. I considered canceling my order prior to receiving them because the front part of the store was so dirty. It makes me wonder what it looks like in places I couldn't see.
