Crumbl - Delaware

I brought Crumbl Cookies to my buddy's family reunion, and let me tell you, they were the real star of the show. These cookies are so large, decadent, and delicious, they might as well have had their own seat at the table. We got all the varieties because, well, if you're not going big, are you even trying?The family went absolutely wild for them, but the German chocolate cookies? Those were the runaway hit. I'm pretty sure my buddy's aunt is now planning her next family gathering around them, and his cousin asked if he could "borrow" the recipe (as if Crumbl would ever let that secret out!).These cookies were so good that they temporarily distracted the family from even discussing politics or who owes who money. Seriously, Crumbl saved the reunion! Big, rich, and packed with enough sweetness to create a collective sugar coma--we loved every second of it.

Cookies were good. A little more gooey in the inside than I'd like. Cookie Monster was the best out of the entire spread. I enjoyed watching them being made.2 stars given as I am assuming they were highschoolers that were working but they were beyond rude and horrible customer service was provided. Service is huge part this industry, unfortunately. For this reason I will not return to this location.

Love their cookies and the variety they bring in every day. People are lovely and the service is quick, grab and go.Pretty looking store, it is clean and maintained.

Really good giant cookies you can share with a friend but you don't want to! They have curbside service if you order from their app, it can take a while if they are busy, understandably. Weekends are usually always busy. I think I've only had 2 meh cookie flavors that I've tried out of 1 million. At least that's what my scale says.

Cookies weren't great (no butter flavor, no richness of flavor) which at almost $5.00 a cookie...I would expect to be wowed. The bigger issue for me though was the lack of ANY customer service at this place. Three young-ish (high schoolers?) were the only ones running the place. All three were much more interested in their tasks at hand, than greeting or thanking customers, much less asking "anything I can answer or help you with." I guess you are just supposed to automatically know that you are not to speak to anyone and just order at their tablet/kiosks. I think you could eliminate their jobs and just have a cookie vending machine that bakes the cookies and puts them in a box and sends them out of a slot at the door. You are making a mistake to leave your store in the hands of these clueless young people. They are hurting your business! We will skip Crumbl next time we are in Delaware. Below average cookies and even poorer customer service!

We discovered this cookie chain when they opened where we live in Charlotte. We enjoy trying their rotating weekly flavors, so when we were in Delaware visiting family, we stopped by. We got the Cornbread and Coconut Lime cookies this time. Both were good. The Cornbread was my favorite and it was very unique. The Coconut Lime was good too, but it was almost the same as their chilled sugar cookie. For a chain place, these cookies are really good. While their cookies rotate every week, a lot of the flavors tend to be almost the same with just a new frosting on it. I try to find ones with a different base cookie so that they don't all taste the same. If you've never tried them, they're definitely worth checking out.

I have been twice. I love the concept that the cookies rotate, but was heartbroken when they didn't have the chocolate peanut butter cookie. My first experience was amazing. The service was kind and fast. The second time, no one greeted me or told me to use the computer to order my cookies. After standing around for a few minutes I asked. Overall I will be back on a chocolate peanut butter cookie day!

Disappointing. Went in to get a 4 cookie box and 3 of the six cookie on the menu were sold out. Don't understand that. Didn't get a chance to experience there service or ambiance. Did not stay due to not being able to get what I wanted.

Brought the cookies home after and ate the chocolate chip and it was tasteless! Attempted to try the lemon was good but seemed to be not done. For the money they charge I will not be buying anytime soon, also train your staff to wash their hands. Shouldn't handle money and food together.

Love it I've always had a great experience and the cookies are amazing also download the app
