The cookies are so delicious. I placed an order ahead order and showed up to get them at that time. It was over an hour past the pick-up time before they were ready. The customer service for crumbl is also worthless. Don't attempt to have them help you rectify a situation (nothing to do with Chillicothe. It was a problem with my birthday voucher).
