Crumbl - Canal Winchester

Service the second time wasn't good at all .Wasn't greeted, stood there for a few moments look back at the self kiosk when you can place your order and didn't see what I liked so I walked over to where you pick your order up and stood there while for employees three females one male was laughing and caring on.And all four of them seen that I was in that store and not one of them budge to help me let alone say hello can I help you nothing .I feel like as a business owner. Your employees are your first impression that they give for your company and I will tell you this I didn't like the impression that I seen they are very unprofessional. They do more training at least the customer or let alone may I help you.Needless to say, after standing there 4 to 5 minutes with no help while they're all giggling and caring on laughing, I walked out .And I'm not really sure if I will go back again .

I visited the Canal Winchester location with my daughter October 2024 and it was my first time visiting a Crumbl.My very first impression was not impressed, as we walked in there with about 10-12 employees working, not ONE person greeted us with a simple "Hi welcome to Crumbl!" not one person interacted with us until the time our order was ready.I understand the evolution of technology with ordering at a kiosk, and how it helps with payment processing etc "convenience, right". Myself and my daughter along with about 4 other customers stood there for about 15-20 minutes again, ZERO interaction from any employee. Now let me be clear they ALL were indeed working, and working diligently. However I just feel with such a fun brand there could be a little more excitement in welcoming and guidance to the kiosk from the crew of employees could go a long way. Also I'm sure for the older generation the experience could be very intimidating with some sort of welcome/guidance.Besides loved the cookies and when the employe delivered them to us his presentation was perfect and engaging!

I definitely do not recommend ordering cookies from this location!!! Employees didn't acknowledge our presence in the store or greet us which is extremely rude. We had placed an online order and spent twenty minutes trying to fill the order. The employee never spoke to us but came to the counter to show us a box of cookies. Because it was the wrong order he finally asked the name on the order. He then tells us we need to sign in on the app so he can start filling the order. I was standing at the counter and had to tell my husband who was in the car to "let them know we were there". After all of this 3 cookies were unavailable. I will never buy cookies from crumbl cookies again!!!
