I am severely disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this Columbus company. I received an email two days before our wedding from Creme de la Creme (Ohio Trolley) that "due to circumstances beyond our control, we will be unable to provide services to your upcoming event." The email provided zero further explanation other than that they would send me a refund within 7-10 business days. I promptly emailed and called the company to figure out what happened to have them cancel the trolley I booked back in August 2014. They did not return my email or any of my calls, including the follow up voicemails I left following the event. When we received the refund 11 business days following our event, there was still zero explanation or an apology with just the check sent in an envelope. I understand circumstances beyond control do happen, but I expected a lot better communication and explanation than what I received. Do not recommend taking chances on this company.

Used this transportation for my wedding. $650 for 4 hours. Air conditioner was broken upon entering with my bridal party in 95 degree weather. No attempt made to switch trolley. When I tried to ask for a $75 refund, they tried to back track and think of ways I could still owe them money! Awful experience. Read additional details on weddingwire and the knot. Other individuals with the exact same experience as well. Go with the other Columbus trolley company if that's the route you want to go. No way you will ever get to speak to a manager as he "doesn't take emails." Owner must not care about reputation. Which I guess is fine. It's his money to lose.
