The service and atmosphere of this store are beyond amazing. The owner and her daughter never hesitate to help you find things, or do projects. They have an amazing and beautiful selection of card making and scrapbooking supplies. It is by far my favorite craft store to shop at. The prices are great. And if they don't have what you need, they will do what they can to help you find it.

Lots of scrapbook material which is awesome but I came in looking for a specific kind of paper the the one woman who I believe was the owner was very rude. Not sure if it was because I was young and not a scrap booker or what? I typically go to Michael's or joann fabrics but I always try to support local shops when I can. I figured this place would have what I was looking for which is why i went in. I felt judged and like a burden. I didn't appreciate the attitude I received.

Very disappointed with this business. This is my second time going to this store and both times I've had a negative experience. On this particular day, I went the store, thinking perhaps, I may have been wrong about what I experienced the first time I went. As a minority crafter, it is so disheartening in this day and age to go into a store and be profiled within less than 5 minutes of coming through the door. I went with two women, both Causian, who had previously been to the store prior to this day. Coming from the classroom side of the store, the owner's daughter, Lauren, begins to follow me around the store and literally hover over me to the point of me feeling smothered. Keep in mind, the store's merchandise space is maybe 400 sq. feet, give or take a few feet. In addition to being followed and hovered over, Lauren decided to interject herself in a conversation without even knowing what was being discussed. This was rude and exhibited poor customer service. As the behavior continued, I said to one of the women I was with that I felt smothered and uncomfortable; loud enough so that Lauren could hear me. At this point, feeling disrespected as a customer, I put back what I was going to purchase for myself and decided I was done shopping. Lauren suddenly decided to go back to the classroom side of the store and the owner, Angela came over. I walked ar Once, my friends were finished shopping and about to check out, I mentioned to Angela that her daughter followed me around the store which was only a minute big to the point where it made me uncomfortable. She said that her daughter was trying to be helpful. I told her no, because this was not the first time this happened. I told her that this happened the first time that I came to the store but this time the behavior was even worse. Ms Angela was kind of dismissive about the situation. I don't take these words lightly, but to me, if you are an establishment that is going to exude this type of bigoted or racist behavior, you should just hang a sign in the window saying, "Whites Only". At least I'd know where I stood and could respect that attitude or opinion. If I could rate Creative Chaos a zero, I would because they can't even respect that my money is green as everyone elses and not every person of color is a thief. To me, there is nothing in that store, that can't be purchased anywhere else, worth sacrificing my dignity or freedom. It's unfortunate that the store owner and her daughter haven't figured that out yet. Or it could be they just don't care how they come across. I cannot and will not support this business. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
