My wife and I were looking for something to do while in Mount Gilead and came across this winery. At first, we are very well impressed. Very chic and trendy. Kind of amazing for the area. We perused the menu and ordered our wines. A flight of red for me and a next flight for my wife. We also ordered a charcuterie and cheese plate. Wines poured and we started to enjoy them. Must say the wines were very nice. The Reds were very fruity and I really enjoyed their unoaked Chardonnay. All very drinkable! And then our charcuterie and cheese plate was delivered. It was all prepackaged and needed to be cut up. I guess you can't should've been the menu that it was going to be different. I can honestly say I was not keen to it, hence the 3 stars. Perhaps it's just me, but after all I dislike salad bars and cutting bread at my table.

So, stop waiting until you lose ten pounds, until you gain ten pounds, until you have kids, until your kids leave the house, until you start work, until you retire, until you get married, until you get divorced, until Friday night, until Sunday morning, until you get a new car or home, until your car or home is paid off, until spring, until summer, until winter, until your song comes on, until you've had a drink.... there is no better time than right now to be happy.

We didn't even know about this location until we heard about it from a winery nearby. There is a good amount of parking, there was a food truck and live music setting up as we arrived. The theme is wine and art which can be seen throughout the tasting room including on the wine bottle labels. We tasted all the wines and liked the Malbec the most which surprised us since that usually isn't our favorite.

Cote Winery is an absolute hidden gem! From the moment you drive into the gorgeous property you're enveloped in relaxing and creative atmosphere. The wine and food options are excellent and very well priced for the area. The owners have nailed the community feel, making Cote a perfect spot to relax and connect with family andFfirnds. It's not just a winery; it's a cool experience you won't forget! I highly recommend checking out the winery and the classes!

Made a visit to this winery based on a recommendation from another winery in the area. It is a newer winery and may be working out some kinks. I did a tasting of each wine and liked the Malbec wine most. Although, the wine seemed a bit muted in flavor relative to the wines I have had from other commercial and local wineries. If you prefer wines that are medium-bodied, this will be the place for you. The atmosphere was nice and the decor within the winery is pleasant. The wall art is the creation of the owner and is quite beautiful. However, I was not impressed with 2 things: 1. The Chief Wahoo flag being flown on the property (as it is known that this caricature is offensive to Native Americans); 2. The price listed on the menu is not what we were charged for our tastings (menu said $8 for 8 pours and we were charged $14) and we're told after payment that the new pricing just wasn't updated on the menus yet.Update: A refund was provided by the winery due to the miscommunication and is appreciated.

The owners are so nice and the whole ambiance was warm and welcoming. I loved Bill's pizza food stand. Amazing. Overall, a great vibe. I loved the artisan hosting the "make your own earrings bar"!

We had a great time on our first visit here on Valentine's Day. We had some mulled wine and a red wine flight. Then a glass of Malbec and Cabernet. All were great. Awesome spot with a great vibe / will be even better in warmer weather. Congrats to Brittni who has a great spot here. Live music and other events look to be fun. A beautiful dog hostess. Can't wait to come back. Support this place Morrow County!!!

I have been here twice now and I've absolutely enjoyed my time both times. The wine is very flavorful. I prefer the Cabernet Sauvignon, but I'm sure the others are just as well. The atmosphere is wonderful. I am looking forward to visiting during warmer weather and watching this business grow.

I've made the nearly one hour drive to visit this winery multiple times since it opened last year. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a wine, as they have multiple white and red options along with food pairings available. I love the monthly presence of food trucks for an added food choice. I learned the artwork around the winery are original pieces created by the owner, which I think add to the wonderful charm of this small business. The wines (I personally recommend the Summertime Chardonnay and Zinfandel) are very affordable and wonderful gifts.

I have been to Cote Winery several times. Love the owners and the wine. They frequently have food trucks and enjoyable entertainment. In the warmer weather there are wine slushies and cooler weather malt cider. I am really excited about the launch of the strawberry zinfandel. They also have vendor's homemade items on consignment available. Great ambiance for relaxing with some friends or unwinding after work. I've attended her art classes too, very helpful. The prices are good also
