Coppa Gelato

This place is a nice change from the regular ice cream places around. I went on a hot day and the place was full of people so trying to find a place to eat made it a little less enjoyable. The employees were very nice and helpful. They have many flavors, which makes me worry that it is not real, homemade gelato. The gelato was very good and they even have gelato flights which is fun. The prices weren't too bad either.

First time coming here, thankfully the line was not too long, only at the door but not out the door. I ordered one scoop of gelato on a cake cone, and a medium cup choosing three flavors. The gelato was delicious and very creamy. The cake cone was a different story-- The cone was stale! I noticed everyone was ordering their gelato in a cup, so that may explain why the cone was stale because rarely does anyone order the gelato in a cone. I would like to make a suggestion that they do better in storing their cones to make sure that customers receive a fresh, crunchy cone. I read another review where a customer stated that the waffle cone was stale. After this, I doubt if I ever will order another cone, whether cake or waffle. Also if I'm not mistaken, the menu board stated that a one dip cake cone was a little over $5, and the medium cup was a little over $6, but my bill came to $13. Now unless there was tax added for carryout, I think that I was overcharged...I do not have a receipt. I did not realize this until I got home. Now I am feeling a little short changed being overcharged for my two items, plus receiving a stale cone. This will not stop me from returning, but I will pay more attention to what I am being charged, and only order gelato in a cup. Customer service was excellent. Nice quaint and cozy shop, with seating inside and outside.

I now understand why Coppa Gelato is the Best Dessert in Westerville 2023 and Ohios Best Ice Cream Shop in 2023. My friends and I happen upon this gelato shop after going to dinner next door. The shop is setup as a cute ice cream parlor and there is a sign that says gelato vs ice cream and explains the differences. I didn't know that gelato is lower in calories, fat and carbohydrates. This shop has cups of ice cream, cones, pints, and shakes. I was able to try four different gelatos, including Stracciatella (my favorite), Cookies and Milk, Cookie Butter Crunch and Bourbon Pecan. All amazing flavors and I cannot wait to come back and try more. Definitely come out to this gem of a shop and try the amazing gelato. I appreciate the fact that I didn't feel very full or overwhelmed with sugar. I will definitely be back!!

So glad I finally tried this place! It's not on a main road, so I never would've known about it if it wasn't for all of the local write ups. I got a medium cookies & milk and pistachio. The medium had a generous portion of both flavors. Pistachio is always my go to when it comes to gelato, but the cookies and milk was incredible. It wasn't your average cookies n cream. I look forward to going back and trying more; especially since they rotate seasonal flavors in addition to their normal offerings. There was a decent amount of seating so we were able to sit and enjoy our gelato. The staff were nice and friendly, and let us try multiple flavors.

Very convenient since it's next door to Napa and I was at Napa. I got 3 flavors to go. Friendly service and amazing gelato & sorbetto. They only had a few flavors left because it was late evening, but still a decent selection.Cute space with seating too.

Our family has been here a couple of times. Servers have always been friendly and you can get samples which is great to make sure the kids like the flavor they want. Parking is easy. The gelato flavors have always been delicious! They come in multiple size choices and say how many flavors will fit in each choice. There is also an ice cream flight which we want to try on our next visit! The gelato is a bit expensive but the quality and service is worth it.

One of my fav places in Central Ohio for cold treats. I want to say ice cream, but I know it's not exactly. It's better than ice cream. Owners and employees are so nice, product is pricey but so worth it.Get the straciatella (sp?) If you like chocolate. Fun for the whole family or for a date.

Delicious gelato with home made waffle cones. The service is great. Good place. Seating outside which is nice.

Phenomenal frozen concoctions, ranging from familiar flavors to more exotic fare. The best gelato in the city, period.

Always great!!!!! Coppa Gelato is our go to year round treat! The staff is very patient and knowledgeable!
