As of 4/20/2022, Copley Park is under new management of Birge and Held. The previous ratings was for Champion and Champion was great. Birge and Held has been neglecting this property and we have yet to see anyone in the office. It's been an awful experience. The ratings on apartment ratings is based off Champion's team since they bought the properties. When asked about amenities, the regional manager basically stated they don't have to provide them or give notice of discontinuing so beware. I've already given notice to vacate and they don't seem to care since no one has responded.

I relocated from CA to Ohio and the whole relocation process was tough as it is, thankfully the staff especially Jordyn and Sara were very helpful with the application process got me approved the same day I went to take a look at the apartment with $0 deposit had me moved in 2 days after. I love the suite the staff is very friendly and beyond helpful.

My husband and I toured Copley Park yesterday and were greeted by Sarah! What a sweet gal! She truly made us feel like Copley Park could be our new home! She knew her stuff! She greeted us, offered us coffee, and was so pleasant! We toured the two bed two bed and really loved the unit! Hoping to apply soon as our search is seemingly coming to an end. What a professional management company with so much to offer future residents. Location is great, pricing is reasonable especially for the beautiful community and so well taken care of!!

We moved into Copley park over a year ago and I have to say this is the best community that we have lived at! Caitlyn the property manager will go the extra mile! Jesse the maintenance supervisor is always on top of our maintenance issues! We had a leak and he was at our apartment with 25 min of us calling at 1am! We would have lost so much if it was not for him! If you are looking for a home check Copley park out!

The apartments them selves are okay at best not worth the price they charge, after moving out they haven't answered my 4 emails or countless phone calls about getting my utility switched out of my name or getting my security deposit back, they also raise their rates to get people to leave, living wise it's okay, management & execution 0/10 also make your animals ESA it's cheaper

I've lived at Copley Park now for 4 months now. I love my apartment. I got a second floor one bedroom for the balcony. My friends come over and are blown away with the quality of amenities and how nice every little detail is with the interior design. As someone who takes action to improve the environment, Copley Park couldn't make recycling any easier: you just put it outside your door and it is picked up every Tuesday.From my first meeting with Sara when I came in with no appointment to this very morning where I'm going to stop in, I've notice a consistent attention to detail, rapid follow up and an innate curiosity about your life like you'd get from a friend. She even makes introductions to people you might be have common interests with.I'm lucky to be living here. I rigorously researched A LOT of apartments, both online and in person in search of the best combination of quality of living and price. This is it. There's a reason that Copley Park has the highest average Google reviews for apartment in the area. If you are in the market or will be soon, make sure to reach out to Sara or stop in and see her. She actually cares about finding you a new home . The management company differentiates itself from other apartment groups with the training and who they hire.

So glad I found this place! I moved here somewhat apprehensively and with pretty high expectations due to loving my previous complex. From the moment I got in contact with Copley Park staff, Erin & Beau have been amazing. They're super responsive and friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure residents' needs are met. The complex itself is in a great spot--slightly in the cut, but close to absolutely everything. It's is smaller and quiet, grounds are kept clean, and neighbors are respectful. Apartments are spacious, yet cozy. Parking is never an issue. Maintenance responds quickly and thoroughly. Utilities are through smaller subsidiary companies, but not bad. Highly recommend!

The pool is relaxing. The iced coffee in the clubhouse is fantastic. And the staff is friendly and super helpful.

I lived here for two years when the property was owned by champion and had a great experience. When Birdge and Held took over in April I was given no way to pay rent. There was no one in the office, calls were blocked, emails unanswered and the website would not let me make an account to pay online. I had previously paid through the champion app and was shocked when I wasn't given any instructions to pay and sent weeks calling, emailing and leaving reviews to get no response. When my lease was up in June I HAD TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER PROPERTY to find LITERALLY ANYONE to pay my remaining rent and turn in my keys. When I went in their phones were down, and the girl said the wifi had also been down for days. She said she would waive the late fees and then gave me the amount to pay. All was well until I got my deposit back and had over $100 charged in a "rent fee". I had to call multiple times to get someone to look into it, then finally they said it was the late charges that were supposed to be dropped. They then said there was "nothing they can do" and that apparently the girl who I turned everything into has since quit and since she left no notes they are charging me anyway. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a apartment, months of stress trying to find a way to pay rent, literally had to hunt them down at another complex (that I only even knew about because another tenant commented on a FB review where I was pleading for help) and then they cheated me out of money for their own incompentancies as a management company. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS!!!
