Everything from start to finish at Cooper's Hawk was delicious! The restaurant was nice inside with low lighting and simple decor but had a comforting vibe for the holidays. We made reservations for Christmas Eve and although it was busy, we did not have to wait long for our table to be ready (maybe 20 minutes). Our waitress was spunky and hilarious (she introduced herself as Oprah lol). She was lovely and did a wonderful job with our service. We started off with their over the boarder egg rolls and died at how amazing they are! The pretzel bread was also insanely delicious and we also enjoyed the bruschetta and Italian sausage and whipped vuestra flatbread. Everything was great! For dinner, we ordered a variety of items including the prime churrasco grilled steak, the jambalaya, braised short rib risotto, and grilled tenderloin medallions. We all thought our dishes were quite tasty. The only hiccup was three of us ordered the churrasco steak and they did not quite get our meat cooked as each of us requested but aside from that, the dish was great and the cilantro-lime aioli was awesome! For dessert we enjoyed the salted caramel crème brûlée and some of the house-made truffles. Highly recommend! Lovely experience here and looking forward to coming back!

on 02/04/25 my husband and I went to Cooper's Hawk Winery Easton. I love this place because of the staff, ambiance, and great food. We were celebrating a promotion. Our waitperson was Curtis R. a very delightful young man with a beautiful smile had a great personality and very knowledgeable about the menu and the wines.I had the 8oz Filet Mignon Mac and cheese, and my husband had Dana's Parmesan crusted Chicken. His chicken was nice and crunchy, yet moist and tender. The Filet (without seasoning) was melt in your mouth delicious, nice and juicy and tender. Dessert was a shared Key Lime Pie that was so good. The graham cracker crust and the whipped cream blended with the tartness of the lime made it hard to put in a to go box. The restaurant itself gets 5 stars, I have never had a bad time here. As for Curtis, he gets a 10 out of 10. He really made our night extra special.

This was my first time at Coopers Hawk! I know shocker, but I enjoyed my self. Tried the wine tasting. Learned that I'm not a wine drinker but it was a great experience to learn that! Then we had dinner and it was incredible. I knew I had spent way more than I did and that was the topping to a great evening.

Stopped in to have dinner after doing some shopping with my family! The pot stickers were pretty tastey but the meatballs were PERFECT! I'm getting those every time I come! I had a glass of Merlot as well which was great with my meal. For me entree I had the braised short rib which I enjoyed as well! The service was quick and polite. I recommend a reservation if you'd like to sit in the bar otherwise the high tops are first come first serve, however, the booths are reserved for reservations. Ambiance It's a nice looking place with a unique bar entrance. The actual bar tables are are high tops are booth. Outside patio dining is available and they have a large dining room. Dinner was really good. Everyone loved everything we ordered. Photos included. Service was very good as well.

So I love me Cooper's hawk! So I travel for work and now I have a contract in Ohio . Of course I had to fine the location.. Wine tasting with cole or shalom is great! They are so knowledgeable and can multitask servings .tell them what you don't like or like . we are at that bar area tonight and have Tony as our server! Love me some him. Very attentive and got the food out for us just in time . The ambiance was nice not too loud very busy but we had reservation so we were all good . Will of course will be back next week .

My friend took me here since he has a membership and we did a wine tasting, which was really cool. Especially since I love wine! They were really busy we went on a Saturday so we had to wait for about 10 minutes to eat before we did the tasting since they were full when we got in there. Once we did the tasting, we were serviced by Cole work there. And he handled our side all by his self, so it was kind of slow getting serviced, but he was doing a great job and making sure everybody got serviced. Which was fine with me cause I'm very indecisive on what I wanted to try so it gave me time to look at different things.. I do wish the portions that was poured was a bit bigger. I went as a guest, so I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it. Also, I think the Tasting was only for members so since my friend was a member, they let me do it as well and my friend got bottles to go afterwards so it made me kind of interested about the membership. It was loud in there since they were extremely busy, but it was a Saturday and it was right before the new year so I'm not shocked and the loudness didn't really bother me because after a while being wine tipsy I feel like everything is loud overall rated a seven out of 10 I would go again

I started my evening with a wine tasting. My server, Becky, was excellent. She did a great job describing the wine and the notes. She offered suggestions and let me go off the script with my choices. Everything that I tasted was enjoyable. Some more than others. I left with a bottle of granacha. Dinner was another excellent experience. I tried the chicken Madeira paired with the Barbera. Both were excellent choices. I would definitely come back. I enjoyed my experience.
