Do not ever, ever, ever rent from them. Don't ever even view any of their properties. They are liars, and con-artists. I'm not one for writing this bad of reviews, but if anyone deserves it, it is them! I would be ashamed to be someone working for their company. If they call something a "security deposit" they actually mean "holding fee." You will never get that money back. We gave them a "security deposit" before moving in, but then never signed a lease because they had a bunch of ridiculous add-ons in addition to the rent price. They never gave us our money back, and have never even called me back after I have left them 7+ messages or met with me when I have driven up to their office to talk with them. I am STILL attempting to get in contact with them. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS, DO NOT EVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!I would give them negative stars if that was an option.

Worst real estate company I have ever worked with. Completely unreliable and the communication is terrible. Plan on not getting a response for up to five days later every time you reach out to them. The agent at the particular property I was looking at was on a conference call the entire time she showed the house and lacked any sort of knowledge on the property. She said "she had no idea what the property line was" on the property and never made any efforts to answer any questions on the house. This place will put you through hell.

Before you give them your money, everything will SEEM great. It's not, it's all a lie. First of all, $79 is only the minimum and there are extras that will cost a lot more. (A possible reason why they wouldn't service me as I didn't opt into many of their services)Once I gave them my money and my keys and the horrible person named Cassandra Petty came and took pictures of my property, I never heard from them again. I emailed them countless times to no avail. Finally, I got the below response from the BBB. Do not use this company, you will regret it. "Unfortunately, delving further into the comparable rentals and sales in this sub-market, we feel that, based on our target property type and overall service parameters, we are unable to continue for this client. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service and, in keeping with their request, have refunded their full operating reserve and wish them the very best with either the sale or rental of their property."

Please read comments on Better Business Bureau before doing any business with this company or even Working with this company.........Also read your contract before you rent from these guys

They don't even deserve a 1star --Worst Company Ever! I rented my house for the past year and there is zero communication- they don't return phone calls and if they return an email they might answer 10% of the body of the email. They are NEVER in their office and they only give you their office number- ironic right. They, without contacting me the owner, allowed my tenants to go month to month and checkout in the slowest time of year.... in addition to that, they couldn't fine a renter without dropping my rent price 400 dollars (insane) so I said no way and have been trying to close my account. My last rental income credit was 250 less than normal and I've been trying to get it resolved for the past month (with zero response). I have also been trying to close my account and still no response on how to get my money back and they keep bailing on showing up to return my keys. I am about to call the cops and have put a claim in with the better business bureau. These guys should not be handling anyone's property- they are wreck-less and do not value your assets. This has been extremely stressful and I'm done- I'm letting Legal matter take care of it.... oh and last thing that I discovered- my so called account manager - who I thought was someone totally different- has never contacted me in any shape or form through my time renting my house through these guys... stay away from Brett Stone, Karen Farrell, and Maggie McKittrick----/ they've done nothing but lie and be unresponsive which again makes me think someone horrible is going on with my home- or maybe they never work.

If I could give a zero I would. I was a property owner and they managed my rental property. They placed bad tenants, didn't enforce their own lease, and didn't inform me it tenant issues that eventually lead to their eviction. Unprofessional, unethical, and borderline criminal.

My family and myself cannot thank Property Management Pros aka Real Estate Pros enough for the past two years we have resided in one of their rental properties. My husband and I were desperately trying to get out of a horrible living situation and our realtor Susan Hart made it her mission to work with us on every avenue possible. We do not have one complaint at all. People need to consider the fact that Property Management Pros manages a very high volume of properties and as long as the tenant can have a little patience (a couple hours, tops), they WILL respond to your every need. The convenience of their online customer portal makes paying rent and requesting maintenance smooth and seamless with everything the client needs. We can't thank you enough propertymanagementpros.com and HIGHLY recommend to everyone!

Is there anyway we can give -10 stars? This is a fraud company. We had contract for no pets & they allowed pets at our house without any notice. When our neighbors told us, your tenants has pets, we asked them. They didn't say anything. As pets were in the house, now we are not able to rent the house. We have to change the carpet as it smells pets litter. The house was in bad shape, broken, parts missing. They took money day after day from us & didn't do any maintenance for our house. Don't be fooled like us.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Super suspicious that all of their 1 star reviews on google disappeared in the last few weeks. I personally left a detailed review months ago when I lived with them detailing how terrible they are, and now it's gone. I also had multiple people contact me about similar experiences they had and they had also written reviews, and now they're gone too.Here's just a short list of some of the main problems I had with them: Disgusting condition when I moved in (including rat traps in my room that they mentioned nothing about), we had to make a 2 page list of things that needed to be fixed and contact them weekly for MONTHS until they fixed it, our garbage disposal was broken when we moved in and they charged us $300 to fix it after telling us they would not charge us, they then cussed out me and then my mom on the phone after we politely called to ask about the random $300 fee on our portal, and to top it off--when we moved out, we cleaned the apartment to a 100x better condition than it was when we moved in and they still took over half of our security deposit. When we asked why they took any of it they basically said there was water damage under the sink, which we literally had pictures of that exact water damage that was there when we moved in that they of course never fixed.I cannot say enough bad things about this company.

This company has their owner, Greg Babbitt writing reviews for them....see below. He owns a few homes that Real Estate Pros.com manages, but he doesn't pay for maintenance or fees. This is the shadiest company I've ever seen, and the fact that the owner is writing reviews is pretty shady.
