Columbus Mad For Chicken Ck

Another place at the Columbus Food Hall. They have a nice diverse set of cuisines there. This place had some hype. Quite a big menu. A few salads, lots of different kinds of chicken, I think one sandwich, sides, etc. I got the scallion chicken, and the crab salad. It's crab with a K, plus lots of nice mixed greens. And a ton of thin mustard sauce for dressing. Both this and the chicken seemed pretty expensive, but both are very large portions. The salad was healthy and tasty. The chicken was eight thin pieces, a little dry, but mainly tender. I had hoped for better. Shredded scallions and onions sprinkled on top. And again, a ton of that thin mustard sauce. It kind of needs that, but not that much. Solid middle of the road chicken; not as great as I had hoped. Both of these items could've been so much better. But, decent food, and a large amount for the money. Easy pickup at the food hall; there's not much parking. And I do not like the payment system that it seems all the places there use. It defaults to saving your card, which is an invasion of privacy. It would not take my PayPal for some reason. And you cannot set a pickup time, or even find out the pickup time till after you pay. I would've waited to order if I had been able to get a time estimate before placing the order. So my food sat for about 10 minutes before I was able to get there.

The cartoony look of the logo gave me pause. It is a ghost kitchen, so anything and everything is possible. A bit of research showed them to be quite popular in the Née York area. Free delivery was also helpful in making the purchase decision, the food arrived much earlier than expected. The cartoon logo on the bag. After setting it down I realized it was much higher quality than your typical delivery order. I carefully cut it away to show the packaging job. The kimchi fries had a pleasant tang. The wontons were crisp and wonderful. The chicken was great in quantity but quality wasn't quite there. When chicken is in the name, it should be on point.

Lunch time....I love how the bag up they order and staple the bag. No tampering. I ordered the lunch special via Doordash. $12 is a good deal for lunch.6 Korean Crispy wings, truffle fries and fried dumplings. I got full off 2 wings... ijsWill recommend and will try again.

I saw this on Instagram and personally like Korean Fried Chicken and want to give it a try.I'd say the sauce was delicious! I ordered soy-garlic and it's my favorite compare with another restaurant BUT the wings itself was not... I couldn't taste anything, it was super tasteless and dull, I only can eat the crispy part that have sauce cover and throw the meat away, at least they should season it with salt&pepper, isn't it?I also added 2 radish and was so disappoint that it wasn't pickled... I paid $6 extra for 2 small cup of regular radish, I think this is soooooooo expensive.Last one was truffle fries, this one was good. But I would recommend the restaurant poke a hole on the lid so the hot air from fries can come out, when the food arrive to customers house it's still have some crisp. Because when I got it it was soaking and soft.Overall, I'm not very happy with my purchase this time, not sure I'll go back again or not.

We tried the garlic soy and spicy garlic wings and parmesan fries. The wings were crispy and flavorful! I liked the spicy garlic more which I think had more flavor. I want to say I wish it was a bit more saucy but not sure if having it delivered played a part but it was still good. Fries and aioli were on point. The daikon could be more pickly but it's a small side so who cares. I hope this place continues to grow in popularity! We need more KFC in Columbus!!
