They don't care at all about their customers but what's worse is they corner the market on buying kegs in Columbus . They are horribly slow and don't care how long the line is. They usually only have one person working with a line of cars wrapping around their building . The change their hours weekly and then don't update the website. Their prices are OUTRAGEOUS!! I would go anywhere else if I could.

It is sad, you would think that buying keg beer would somehow be cheaper than buying the same amount of canned beer. With Columbus Distributing and most other distributors in Cbus that is not true. It usually cost 5-10% more to buy in kegs. There is no packaging or wasted resources so this smells of collusion. When asked they always state that it is the tax structure. This is not true. No distributor in Columbus will actually sell a 1/4 keg for half the price of a 1/2 keg. Keg beer prices should be 10-20% under the cost of pre packaged beer.

With the help of Brett Chapman in the draft department, I was able to secure a tap box rental for my event. The pricing and availability far surpassed that of any other local distributor, and they have really stepped up their game on craft selection!

Service is extremely slow. I wish there were more keg distributors in Columbus. This place is has limited hours and needs to have multiple people working so it doesn't take so long.

If there was somewhere else to buy keg beer for home/personal use, I would absolutely go there!! Columbus Distributing posts their hours, but when I drove there today, they were closed. They have moved their location for keg sales AGAIN, and trying to simply purchase a keg has become a major ordeal.
