Went on a Saturday early evening. It was pretty busy and many of the lanes were in use. It was $3 for a shoe rental. Each game per person was $4.75 so a round for 2 people was $15.50 in total for the firsg round, but $9.50 for each round after since we already had rented the shoes. They have glow bowling at 9pm and are open daily. There were a decent amount of bowling balls to pick from. Other people had to show us how to input our names into the machine and that there was a reset button on the side of the bowling. It was really fun bowling. Sadly the rates were not posted so not sure if there were by the hour rates available or what. The machine also didn't have instructions.

I've never been much of a bowler, but my daughter wanted her birthday party here. Easy enough to set up a reservation. Gentlemen on the phone was very polite. A 2hr (for one lane) is $40. Upon arrival, there was another party going on, on the lanes next to where they put us. We asked to be moved to the opposite end d/t the chaos of all the children & considering there was no one else bowling, I wouldn't have thought it would've been an issue. But, apparently they keep all the party goers together d/t the food. Well, if I'm not mistaken, anyone on any lane can purchase food from the connected restaurant. I didn't feel like arguing, so I left it be. We weren't allowed to bring outside food or drink, just cake/ice cream. Needless to say, we ended up buying pepperoni pizza ($11.99) from the connecting restaurant. I've had better pizza out of the trash! They use extra large pepperoni, super salty and completely wayyy to crispy for a thicker crust! I asked for paper plates, and of course they don't have them, I was offered regular plates. Well that'd be great! When I went to the counter to get a pitcher of soda, I was informed that "the new owners wanted to do away with the fountain and just sell cans" for $1 A CAN!!!! Are you serious right now? A bottle of water cost $1.50! I asked if I could get the case of water from my vehicle and bring in because that is just ridiculous! I buy a 32pk for $4! I thought to myself, oh my! I had to go talk this over with the family, they couldn't believe the prices either! This is supposed to be a place for families. Well apparently the owners don't live in the real world and take into consideration the price of things, when you do have a family. I finally seen someone walk through with a pitcher of water. Well, that would've been nice to have known! I went back to the counter to ask how much a pitcher of water was. IT WAS FREE!!! I was absolutely shocked! They also had paper cups, to my surprise, free! I don't think I'll be bowling here, nor checking out the connected restaurant in it's entirety anytime soon (or ever!!)!!! It was an experience for sure!

If I could give this establishment -5 stars I would. There was literal human feces on the ground in the bathroom which I stepped in. The employees were very rude and their bowling lanes are trash. They will not see my business again. To hell with Colonial City Lanes.
