Coach Quarters

After another trolley company cancelled on us the week of our wedding, we were scrambling to find someone to take our wedding party of 23 people to our picture location! We were thrilled to find out that Coach Quarters had a trolley available for the short amount of time that we needed it, and were willing to book with us ASAP. We were SO pleased with our service. Our driver was promptly on time, kind, and accommodating. We had such a blast and the trolley was one of our favorite parts of our day! Thank you so much!!

Mike the owner and Ben his side kick were terrible to deal with. They didn't send the trolley we paid handsomely for- they sent a bus and Ben the driver seemed as though he'd never driven before. He tried to turn the bus around and got quite stuck- from two tires off the ground. the groom (my hubs) and our wedding party pushed and pulled with our Jeep to get him out. Ben then said "ok we'll we're are we going"- and claimed to have no instructions- all of which had been emailed and confi several times. once we told him he claimed to have no navigation and requires my new husband to sit next to him the entire time giving turn by turn instructions rather than partying with our family and friends. When we called Mike the following Monday he was incredibly aggressive and rude and hung up on us.
