I went in here a few weeks ago - I was just looking, not prepared to buy that day. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant, but not overly so. You know how sometimes you feel like salespeople in places like this are pressuring you to buy something big? That was not the vibe here. I was helped by a couple of people- Scott, Mike maybe? They were very helpful. I didn't end up making a purchase that day, but I will be back.

Very bad store, please never buy there any thing ,I order a furniture there 6 weeks ago ,dining ,living and master bedroom ,they told me two weeks to get my order , until today that never happen, they also told me every week when I call ,I going to get next week , never happen.

I have purchased furniture here several times over the years. You definitely get your money's worth. They have better prices than typical retail and the products hold there value. I have had my bedroom furniture for at least 13 years and it is still in really good shape.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Do not purchase anything from this company. I bought some furniture from this company, they told me they would call me the following week to set-up a delivery time. They never did, I called them back, they said that my furniture would be in the following week. This went on for close to 6 WEEKS! The manager was never "available" to talk, and they told me they could give me a refund and then told they weren't sure if they could. When I went in there to finally get my refund (they wouldnt let me do it over the phone, I had to go in for them to swipe my card again) I heard the salesman on the phone with another angry customer, telling them the same things that they told me over and over again. That the furniture would be coming in the following week. This was a HUGE hassle and a HUGE waste of my time, having to call and argue with these people every week.

i purchased a sectional with a chaise. I specifically asked about the cushions moving due to another sofa i had and that was a MAJOR pain to deal with. I was assured by the salesman there was velcro holding the cushions in place and there would be minimal movement of them. WELLLLLLL, ONE piece of velcro did nothing and all you have to do is sit on the sofa for 10 minutes and your butt is already between the back of the sofa and the cushion that moves while you do nothing but sit. The underside of the cushions have torn and the stuffing of the back cushions now is all over the couch if you sit in the "worst spot" on the couch. I won't be back to this store for anything else. The quality of the sofa was/is poor, it didn't do what the salesman said it would and I'm ready to donate it after only a year due to how poorly it has held up. I was initially very excited to do business with this company and came in with high expectations. Sadly none of it was met and just a BAD experience all the way around. Save your money and put towards the good furniture that you will have for years and years to come, not months.

Vero74I wish I had read your review before buying from CLS in Ohio. I had exactly the same experience. On March 10th, 2012, I ordered a sofa. Sergio, who calls himself the owner of this so-called company, told me that the sofa is on back order but would be in within 7-10 business days. A week later I called in several times, and suddenly the 7-10 business days' delivery became the beginning of April. When I asked for my money back, Sergio bluntly refused and became very rude. I have never, ever encountered a business person sitting on such a high horse. He acts as if he does not depend on customers. I stopped calling in but sincerely doubt the integrity of this Sergio. I am considering to report CLS to the Better Business Bureau, and if this fails to take legal action since he refused to refund my money let alone stick to a timely delivery.

Ordered a couch and a loveseat. Order did not come for at least 3 weeks after expected and the love seat was still on back order. They damaged my door and the door frame doing hundreds of dollars worth of damage. Took the couch back because it did not fit through the door. Then told us we could not get a refund. There was no mention of this in the store at all. Very shady and poorly operated business.
