Small, friendly, hard to find natural foods at decent prices, knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed the international choices and local products as well.

A good place for organic and vegetarian food. It's owned by Portia who runs the nearby restaurant. This is small but it has a good selection. It's good having another natural foods place in Clintonville. This fills a void by the Clintonville Community Market. It has many of the same things you'll find in health food stores like bulk foods. It has lots of coffee and grains. These are most of the bulk selection. A lot of other good products are elsewhere. At the front of the store are beverages. Most of these are teas. It has several locally made kombuchas. The prices on these are high for some, but there's a few for about $3 or so. It has those energy cubes made of things like coconut and spirulina. There's a big assortment of energy bars at the front counter. It's about $2 or so for energy bars. The bulk foods can vary but these are about $7 for a pound of certain flours. It has a good amount of products for the space. It packs a lot of interesting things inside. They don't have the best prices but it's comparable to most stores like this.

Portia (yes, the same gal who started/owns Portia's Cafe just down the way) started this small, local grocery store based on the rising demand for healthy VEGAN foods. First off, Portia is amazing. Besides having knowledge about her offerings, she's just a genuine kind, enthusiastic, friendly gal. If you haven't met her, you're missing out. It's a small space, but has a good variety of things. If you like herb and spices, I'd suggest you make a stop and check out the back left wall! I was perusing the few refrigerators/freezers and came across vegan, gluten free, chilled chocolate chip cookie dough. Bright eye! Jazz hands! Sparkle fade.... Yes, you've assumed right, chaching for that item. And, because of the "vegan" thing, it can be eat raw right outta the tub. Can't wait to enjoy a few spoonfuls.

Great little place and lots and lots of products. If they dont have it, it porbably doesn't exist. Jk. They do have a lot and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Average prices for these niche specialty shops but they even offer a few selections of fresh produce and I'm assuming it's probably all organic like the rest of their products. It's worth the drive.

Oh where have you been all my life? They have a small but mighty selection of natural goods. It is amazing how much they pack into a tiny space. Definitely take some time to peruse the shelves, freezers, etc because you may miss something good at first glance. I found several products here that I was unable to find anywhere else in Columbus (after weeks of looking). I heart you CNF.

Checked out this place after eating at Portia's Cafe down the street. If I lived in Columbus, I'd definitely frequent this place for bulk spices and soy beans for homemade soy milk! The staff allowed us to use our own clean, empty containers for bulk products. They have a counter with a scale to weigh your containers, small stickers for writing the PLU #, and separate bins for clean and used "scoops" to avoid cross contamination. I was so excited to find some products I previously was unable to find sans plastic packaging, including brown mustard seeds and activated charcoal.

Super tiny, but nice selection of spices. That's about it besides the standard natural foods fair. Wasn't that impressed so don't think I will be returning. Very nice staff though!
