Great Stromboli! We were very well taken care of, everything was prepared very well, and the atmosphere was a cross between 50's ice cream shop and local deli.Definitely a place to stop if you're looking for an eclectic local establishment in Hebron!

It's an ok looking place. Slight cafeteria vibe. I guess they're known ror their Stromboli, but that's not what we were in the mood for. Hubby had burger and fries, I had chicken fingers and onion rings and we shared some deep fried mushrooms. Though everything tasted fine, that was it, just fine. Not memorable. Our waitress was really sweet. They had board games you can play while you eat and hang out. I don't think I'll be going back to find out about their pizza or Stromboli because they were quite expensive for blah food.

Best restaurant in Hebron. Friendly staff. Portions were great and food was tasty. We finally got to sit in the new seating area, formerly the kitchen. You are quite intimate with staff nearby at all times, but for us that was fine.

Clay's is... that local place. Kids work here. (They're kids to me, dammit). It reminds of the "first job" a lot of people get. The food isn't fine dining, but it's *good food.* They have ice cream. They make pizza (and while the crust is okay, the pizzas as a whole are pretty awesome). I've gotten ice cream, pizza, random sandwiches l, BLT, etc etc. it's... simple. Classic. Timeless even. It's not five-star dining and it doesn't need to be. It's just simple, good, food.

Had dinner at Clay's with a group of three. The restaurant is newly remodeled with several new menu items. Our server did a wonderful job of explaining the new items including the homemade pasta dishes. I got the spaghetti and meatballs and another in our party got the chicken fettuccine. Pasta dishes come with cheesy bread, a really nice house salad and house made Italian dressing. The main course was unusual in that it was covered in mozzarella cheese and baked. So it was more like a casserol presentation with the pasta and meatball under cover. Too cheesy for my liking, but the meatball and pasta were good. I'll order the fettuccine next time.

We were in the area and looking for a place to eat dinner. Good reviews so let's try it...There are two seating areas, one in the diner/ice cream parlor area and second is more of a dining area. We got a booth in the parlor. Super cute diner. There are board games to use while you hangout... looks like it was Reno'd recently. Where we sat was right up against the bussing area so through the whole dinner we just had someone slamming dishes around. Not a huge deal but annoying. Food: app we got the "famous" fair fries, loaded. Decent. Bacon was def pre cooked salty bacon bits. This is where I was kinda bummed, I got a side of ranch... it's an old school diner, they should have homemade ranch right? Nope. So sad. Dinner: I ordered the fettuccini Alfredo with chicken. First, they make their pasta fresh. So let's start with the noodles, pretty good. Sauce... very bland. It was just warm cream... chicken, freezer burned over cooked bland chunks. 17.99 for that but came with salad and cheese breadMy wife got spaghetti and meatballs (1 large meatball) they didn't have the spaghetti and asked if we were ok with fettuccini. Sauce was very watery. Meatball was decent but dense. 16.99 came with salad and cheese breadSalads: prob my fav part lol. Dressing was tangy and the salad was loaded with tomatoes, olives, cheese, pepperoni and pepperchini. Cheese bread: I didn't eat mine but wife ate hers, bread was crunchy on the outside but fluffy inside. Good amount of cheese. So over all not bad. I like that it's locally owned. Clean. Had some of those little things been difference it would have easily been 4 stars.

Great place to take the family! Great Stromboli and if you're a banana split fan, they have a whole section of the ice cream menu dedicated. Make a stop at Clay's! You won't be disappointed.

I have been living in Hebron for 15 years (a lifelong local from Millersport) and used to love the food from Clay's... until they sold it. Now, the food is bland, overwarmed, and not like the original in a bad way. Clay's was once a local legend, but now they are a local disappointment. I will refrain from ordering here.

The Stromboli was the best I've ever had. It had nicely balanced proportions of toppings to crust. The ice cream sundaes were delicious and generously portioned (good for sharing!)
