Well done bake, light on the sauce - Classics has a crispy crust, and this was great

Why did I wait 9yrs to try CP?The phone recording encourages online ordering, but this first timer had questions. After friendly, helpful ordering, our order was delivered by their own delivery people. Prompt, and friendly service again. Pizzas arrived still over 130° hot. Thin crust that had a golden brown bottom, with just enough crisp to avoid limp or brittle. The dough was NOT over-mixed to create that gummy/chewy bite. Sauce was right on point with flavors of garlic and herb, rather than sugar. Cheese has a nice gooey pull without that rubbery snap-back. The enzo pepperoni and sausage was vividly flavored, and paired well with the sauce. We tried the recommended Italian sub pizza which uses the creamy Italian dressing for the sauce base. I'm so glad we did. It was a big hit. Our second visit we did carryout. Small place with a small grab & go private parking lot. Again with the friendly staff. No tables, no chairs. You pay, you go. Small interior for customers to loiter. I did like that they had the touchless TapPay machine to use your phone. Added a sub this visit. Worried the sub didn't even measure out to 7" was for not. The double meat & cheese Italian sub did not suffer a loss of contents. Well worth the price. I do require more than 2 slices of tomato, so I will order extra next time. Lastly, I always recommend people bring an insulated bag to carry your food home. You want that food as hot and delicious as the way they prepared it for you. Hope this helps. #UpCloseSavor

I received a free 1 topping pizza coupon in the mail and we ordered one for pick up that same day. We got half pepp (for boyf) and half chicken (for me). We chose the thin crust and it was really a great pizza. I want to try their cauliflower crust next time, and also a veggie pie.It's pretty close to home, and we are excited to use them.

Their pizza was pretty good...I sometimes prefer thin crust over thick crust, so I appreciate having a place to go to if I want thin crust; but I have to say this will not be one of my favorite pizza places...it is just okay for me. I am still on a mission to find the best pizza in Columbus.

Updated Review: not great this time around. Couple issues. I decided to order a 16" cheese, with a $2 off coupon it was $17.20, so pricing on their flyers/menu is off (listed at $17.95 less $2) including the one that just arrived last week.They do a good job at curbside delivery during covid...and i noticed the box looked like a standard large box when he was bringing it out, got home and checked...only 14" - which is the size of their large, a great deal on MON/TUE for 11.95 w/one toppingAdditionally, plain cheese was just not good...should have got pepperoni. Overall 3/10

Amazing pizza! Small little shop with carry out only. Subs and wings are good but the pizza is top notch.

The aroma when you walk in is wonderful... you know you're about to pick up an amazing pizza!Staff is friendly and efficient. We ordered ahead, and I paid when I arrived a few minutes early. The pizzas were ready exactly when they said they would be... 20 minutes after the order was called in!While I was waiting they prepared pizza after pizza... nonstop. They were doing a great amount of business!There are lots of pizza choices in the area, but many are chains or sit-in restaurants too... Classic is strictly takeout... basically a counter and a kitchen... just like most of my favorite pizza joints!The pizza held its temperature well by the time we got it to the house... and proved to be the best I've had in Westerville. Square-cut (on the thin crust deluxe), sweet sauce, and generous toppings. We had both a deluxe and a pepperoni. The pictures say it all... beautiful and delicious. This will be our primary Westerville pizza choice from now on!

Classics Pizza is our go to for when we want to order in. Consistency is key for me in a favorite restaurant, and since we've been ordering from Classics sine the early 2000s, they certainly meet this criteria. My son loves their wings, and Hawaiian pizza with added jalapeños. I love the sauce, not too sweet or too tart. I also appreciate they have a gluten-free crust as a few of my friends are GF.

I called to order a pizza at 8:55 but was hung up on. So I decided to order online. My order was placed at 9:03pm around the time the pizza was supposed to arrive. I was quoted 55 mins. Around 10 I checked my phone to see that the driver had texted me 30 mins prior saying the pizza was on the porch. I looked and there was no pizza. I texted back but got no response and the store closes at 10. This store doesn't seem to answer the phone after 8:30. Definitely going to be calling tomorrow for a refund.
