We contracted Classic Limousines 4/9/2020 and paid a deposit for our wedding June of 21'... leading up to the wedding we reached out to Classic every way possible, with 0 response. Not sure if they went out of business. But they ran off with the money, with no way of contact. Still to this day, can't reach anyone.

BEWARE!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Contracted our reservation (paid) in January 2020 for limo services in a 20-22 passenger Chevy Suburban with ice provided for 3 hours in August. The vehicle that arrived was a 16-18 passenger Hummer H2. The interior of the Hummer H2's door fell off upon the driver's attempt to close it (we have photos). The vehicle had Zero Air Conditioning and no ice was provided. Upon further examination, the wheel wells were dented, the rear black areas were faded to grey, and the driver's side exterior was significantly scratched and rusted. We decline the use, and were not provided transportation services because the vehicle was not safely operational and would not fit our party of individuals. Immediately, on the day of (during out wedding) we placed a call into the office. Additionally, the driver communicated with his dispatch. The company offered to communicate a resolution by Monday. Although many attempts have been made in the last two months to communicate (messages have been left with the representatives) with this company both book representatives Nicole and Amanda have failed to provide an opportunity to speak with Mr. Evan Ellis the Operations Manager. We are requesting a full refund. However, to this day no resolution has been discussed because management is not willing to communicate. Additionally, the booking representatives have failed to provide a resolution. This company did not provide transportation as contracted. Nor did they provide comparable or safe transportation for our contract.

My husband and I went out for our 1 year wedding anniversary tonight in the 1961 Bentley and it was the perfect touch for our special evening! Our driver, Jamie, was fantastic! He showed up early for pick-up and went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time! There was even a blanket in the car in case we were cold since the temp was pretty low tonight! Scheduling with the new owner, Shawn, was super easy and we received a text to let us know when the driver arrived and what his name was! Great customer service!! I highly recommend Classic for all your limo needs and special outings! They will definitely make the day extra-special!

We rented the Cadillac Escalade 2 Limo which was extremely cool! Our driver was prompt, courteous and patient. Honestly from Booking through the end of the experience, myself nor 20+ passengers had any complaints during the entire evening. We also rented the "EXTRA" red carpet so the individual whose birthday we were celebrating would feel extra special, and that was a total hit! It was certainly a night to remember.I have rented several limos in Columbus and I was completely satisfied with our experience at Classic Limo.

Thank you to the team at Classic Limousines of Columbus! They picked us up post wedding to drive us around downtown Columbus for a bit - it was a rainy day and they made sure we stayed dry by running out to cover us with umbrellas before we got in the Bentley. They also let us decorate the car with some florals! Super professional driver and team - thank you for letting us relax and get some much needed quiet time between our wedding and reception!

Crew from Oregon State flew to Columbus OH for the OSU vs OSU football game 9.1.2018. Party Bus was our choice for a 3 day visit. Airport pick up to drop off at golf, bars, football game, casino, restaurants etc. were great. Clean Bus each day. Drivers were on time, knowledgeable and curious. Owner checked in on us. Accommodations were above the call of duty. They built a custom black jack table for us. No question we will use again when in town

We have used classic limousine many times over the years. My company uses them consistently each week in the fall. They have excellent equipment and give superior customer service. I would consider using them for any event!

I came into town to visit my sister who goes to OSU and we decided to take a limo out with some friends to make the trip even more memorable. We called around to a few different places and after speaking with Classic Limousines we knew we had the right company. Their rates were reasonable and I really felt like they wanted our business. Kyle was awesome to work with on the phone and our driver (I wish I could remember his name) was 10 minutes early and in contact with us throughout the entire night. The customer service was over the top and the limo was everything they promised. We rented the stretch Hummer and it was amazing. I highly recommend Classic for any special occasion. First off, as someone who myself has worked in customer service, I don't particularly like to post terrible reviews of businesses but when customer service is this offensive and distasteful I really have no choice. I had a hard time finding reviews for any Car Company in Columbus because there weren't very many choices so we chose Classic Limos because they had a few more good reviews than bad reviews on the internet...what a mistake that was!Scheduling was fairly easy and I made sure that the driver who would be picking us up would be able to help with the luggage as we were coming in for a tradeshow and didn't want the hassle of getting the items to a taxi. This was specified to have a baggage cart ready because there would be a suitcase and a pretty big box that had to be handled. The receptionist did not even hint that this would be a problem and after securing that she had a driver, we signed, paid for, and sent over our contract, where I wrote in the notes that we would need to "have a luggage cart ready." Fast forward a few weeks later, when we landed in Columbus, the person waiting for her was an 8-month pregnant woman without a luggage cart and obviously unable to help and unprepared. The driver asked a baggage handler at the airport to help, which was not what we asked - we simply needed a $3 baggage cart ready. Everything else about the trip was fine, so we overlooked this mistake and even tipped the her.A few weeks later, we discovered an extra, unexpected charge from Classic Limos- there was no damage to the vehicle and the luggage amount was what was stated so we were sure where this charge generated. I called the company to inquire about the charge and was met with a man who didn't seem to know, but he said he would have the owner call me back. The owner never called so I called back a few days later, the same man very arrogantly told me that it was because we had to employ the help of someone from the airport.The man explained to me, rather rudely that they were not our "baggage monkeys" and did not have to handle our luggage. Also, he said that we "stiffed" the baggage handler at the airport and they had to pick up our tab. He also ranted on that "You people are the reason that those guys can't afford to feed their families," and other nonsense that didn't really pertain to our conversation or the situation in general. All racist and classist undertones aside, these comments were unprovoked and extremely unnecessary-especially when taking into account that we, the "You People" he kept referring to were paying customers of his company. He then went on to explain that the owner (the pregnant woman, apparently) had taken time out of her busy schedule to drive us. This struck me as extremely odd, since we did not force this company to take our business and our money. The owner never did get back to us and I'm not sure why that is. I do know that I would never, ever even consider using this company again. We decided to hire a car company versus using a taxi for the very purpose that we wanted help and an extra level of service. With other car companies, it is a given to have a baggage cart ready and this should have never even been an issue. Furthermore, if there was going to be a charge this should have been stated at the time, not a surprise charge later and a rude response. Classic Limos did not show us any respect as a customer but instead they belittled and degraded us as well as the baggage handlers of the airport. Beware of this company.

When my daughter moved to the Columbus area almost 3 years ago, I had to find a car service to take me to/from CMH to her home in Lancaster. I contacted Classic and was very happy they could accommodate me. The price of $120.50 was a little steep but after using them multiple times, I felt it was well worth it. That was then. I needed to fly back to Arizona and my daughter was unable to take me to the airport. Not to worry, right? I'll call Classic. So I called and made the reservation and was told the cost to the airport was $204. I said that couldn't be and Brandon, the reservationist, did tell me the last price I did pay was $120.50. I figured that was the charge. I received an email confirmation with $204 as the cost. I sent an email back telling them this was in error and that I should be charged the $120.50. I have the email if they are in doubt because it was never acknowledged. Had they read it, this situation may have been avoided. Today I was checking my bank account and saw a $204 charge. I immediately called Classic and spoke to Brandon who told me that, yes, the charge was $204. I asked if there were new owners and I was super upset. I told him to cancel and refund my money and that I would never, ever use Classic again. He said he could cancel my reservation but could not issue me a credit, only Billing could do that. Ok. So I called my bank and they told me if they didn't credit me in 3 days they would handle it.I could have lived with that but the best is yet to come. I get a phone call from a guy in Billing. He told me that he would honor the $120.50 but just this time. I explained to him that I wanted a full refund. He argued with me telling me that this was a luxury service, blah, blah, blah. Yeah. It is a luxury service which is why I was willing to pay over $100. I was NOT willing to pay $204. My airfare to Arizona was not that much. All I wanted was a total refund and I would never use Classic again. This is the best part. He told me I was "emotionally attached" to the $120.50. When I responded with, "how dare you", he hung up on me! If this man owns the business he should be ashamed and if he doesn't own it, he should be let go. All he had to do was refund the money. He chose to likely be one of the worst, most unsophisticated people I have experienced in a long time.I would imagine the limo business is a bit off with COVID19 but businesses who treat customers in this manner, do not deserve to be in business anyway. I gave it one star because they did answer the phone.
