It's even cheaper here when everything is on Claire-ance.This is Barbie's favourite store in the massive Polaris mall although she said that there's a couple of better locations she's been to in Texas and elsewhere. It has so many cute things and it's super nice and the employees were nice as well. Definitely one our fave stores of the 100 or so that we went into during our afternoon/evening at Polaris, and that's quite a compliment because we went in sooooooooo many doe.

I had not been to Claire's in a long time! The adventure was to get John's ears re-pierced! You are given a large variety of earrings to choose from. I'm always amazed at how busy the store is at Polaris Mall! You have customers that range from little girls to adults of all ages! They have such variety to offer their patrons!

If you can stomach the glitter, overuse of the color pink and the large clump of teenage girls at every turn you might like this store. The store is full of fun finds but really inspect your pieces because everything seems slightly picked through and might be missing a piece here or there. But having said that, Claire's return policy is pretty good so you needn't worry if you find that your purchase is less than perfect. Brandy S's review was spot on. During Christmas they have some mega-great sales! Again- you need to dig, but if you are into that sort of shopping, you will be happy to accept the challenge.

Want adorable stuff and fashionable accessories? Go to Claire's. I have loved them since forever. Just about every location I have ever been to...has been perfect. The only complaint I could ever have is sometimes they are a little cluttered. Friendly staff - great merch - fair prices - sweet sales. I love that they have tons of cute jewelry. The fashions cater to mostly girls but women too, a little. They have scarfs, gloves and hats. Hair assessories of all sorts. There are fun odd and end items. You can get pierced - which is cool. Thumbs up, Claire's!

Lovely shop still open at the Mall at Tuttle Crossing. On the lower level next to Build a Bear which is also still open. I was searching for clip on earrings as a Christmas gift and they had a great selection at a good price. Recommend!

Claire's Polaris Mall. As my child is a minor, I was asked to sign ear piercing waiver. I got all the blanks filled up EXCEPT the "I have observed that the associate wore new disposable ear piercing gloves" and "that the associate cleaned ear piercing instrument and each of my child's ears with antiseptic wipe before piercing", because Associate #1 refused to do them unless I signed. I said I needed to see her don gloves, and wipe the ears before I sign, which is clearly what the waiver says. She went to Associate #2 saying "she's giving me a hard time". I showed Associate #2 the waiver, she asked me to stop talking. I introduced myself as a medical professional, as well as my sister standing next to me, to let her know that we deal with waivers in the job "Am I giving you a hard time?", she said "Yes". I shut up. I would understand if it's the end of the day as they must be tired. It's only the second business hour when we came in. Both Associates were rude and unprofessional. What happened to the "Our highly trained Certified Piercing Specialists deliver a safe, sterile, and EASY EXPERIENCE"? I wouldn't mind paying more for the package if it comes with pleasant customer service.

I always come to polaris but the last few times I've gone into Claire's have been awful.the icing store is fine, with friendly and trendy employees. I honestly have no idea what is going on in the Claire's store tho. The employees are rude, and awkward. They don't want to help you. I was looking for a phone charger and a rude older women said "we only have cords" I told her that's what I was looking for and i needed help finding them. They seemed annoyed that I asked for assistance. Another experience I had, I was looking at nose rings and a younger girl, very weird and unsettling by the way, said that the fake ones were on a different rack, i explained to her that I was getting my nose pierced next week, and I just wanted to check out the different jewelry they had and look at the prices. She then told me "oh well we only do ear piercings, and we don't pierce cartilage either" this I already knew and I never said that I was getting it done there. She then kept going and told me I'm not supposed to change the jewelry until it healed, which I also knew and didn't ask her for her opinion on that. All in all, very disappointing, it felt like she was trying to convince me not to buy anything. Won't spend my money there again.
