Went back on a weekday- Baby K is on spring break, others aren't. Definitely a better time to go. We got there around 1145, almost empty. By 1 it was starting to pick up but not crazy. Mostly toddlers, and parents were on top of them, so it wasn't chaotic.Forgot all about the app, but it does sound like it is worthwhile. Got 60 minutes of games, which gets you 30 extra, so 90 for $28 I think. Go for that- better deal and you don't want to get 30 or 45 and run out. Loads of different games, she had fun, I had fun. Got a half pepp half cheese pizza, and enjoyed it more. Not amazing, but not bad. Still overpriced. I didn't even notice the salad bar till we were leaving, and for I think $11 it wouldn't be bad- not huge, but a decent amount of choices and all looked fresh. If it is AYCE it's a great deal.Service was great, minimal but friendly and helpful. She got a few trinkets. Tickets/points add up and roll over, so save the card or check the app, and use them next time. All in all a fun time, for a kid and even for me. Avoid weekends. Go when you can run all over and play anything. It ain't cheap but as an occasional splurge they love it.

Typical CEC...prize options seem to be well stocked...games work...this location now has a trampoline area...it isn't included with general admission...I think the employee said it costs $12 for a wristband...personally I don't think it's worth it, but maybe you will

It was good to try out this location since it's fairly new. The other location is a little dated with that being said it was a good change of pace. The staff was friendly and the food we ordered was good and came out very timely. I enjoyed that it had plenty of games and attractions for the kiddos. My daughter loved this place and she love all the prizes they had to offe with your tickets that you have won. We definitely will be back.

Saw that there is a chuck e cheese on morse rd, where the old david's bridals use to be, decided to take my child on a tuesday afternoon. first things first, this location is probably booked and busy on the weekends... its small. One door for entrance/exits. I appreciate them stamping you and your child's hand upon entering, however there was no one up front when we left to check the hand stamps *shoulder shrug*The small kids rides are located in the back, numerous games DID NOT HAVE TICKETS or the screen flashed "see attendants" *major side eye* My child is under 2 so it wasn't a big deal (but still). There were maybe 3 people working (that EYE saw), food took longer than the estimated time (ordered from the table thru the QR code) and the fries were WAY undercooked. There were crumbs all over the game floor and on games, so no one was cleaning- I got there about 1215pm and the place opened at 11am more than likely will go back, again on a week day to take my child.

My 4 year old daughter was severely injured in their trampoline area. A much older, larger boy blindsided her and landed on her. The worker monitoring the barely admonished him and didn't make him leave. With my daughter crumbled on the ground, the worker didn't clear the area. She walked over, roughly picked her and dragged over to the trampoline entrance. Rather than exercising any caution, she could have exacerbated the injury. The impact to the knee/leg was severe enough to cause a buckle fracture. We're facing weeks to months of rehab and now thousands of dollars worth of medical bills. Exploring our options. Also - the place smelled like pot and the bathrooms were completely unsanitary and disgusting.

My son's sixth birthday party was so easy for us, and the kids had a blast. We did the 9am Sunday morning party and we were the only ones there. There was only one employee with us for the first hour and he was hustling making sure we had a great time. It was a great experience. Nice and clean and the kids loved the pizza and drinks.

I placed an online food order for an extra large pepperoni pizza, personal cheese pizza and cheesy bread, which came to a total of $40.66. I checked the food in my car and noticed that all of the food was overcooked and burnt. I returned to the store. While standing in line, a man in a blue shirt looked my way and did not acknowledge me. The man went to the back kitchen area. Once I made it to the front of the line, the cashier asked what I needed. I informed the cashier that the pizza was overcooked and would be difficult to eat. The cashier took the entire order back to the kitchen ;the man with the blue shirt, came to the desk to address my concern. The man turned out to be, who I was told, to be "Jared, Sr. Manager" per one of the staff members. Jared's first words were "what is the problem?" I told Jared that the pizza was an online order and I picked it up and it's all burnt. Jared said, with an attitude, in a rude tone "well, the pizza isn't burnt, it all looks like that." I told Jared the pizza doesn't normally look burnt like that. I recently had a party there earlier this month and had no problems. I asked Jared to have the order remade. Jared refused. Jared told me "I'm not remaking the pizza because I don't like your attitude." I told Jared that I'm am not his child and I'm a paying customer. I wasn't upset until he was rude to me. I treat people the way I want to be treated. He was very unprofessional. I told Jared he should remake the pizza or give my money back. Jared told me I have to "request the refund on the app." I told Jared I did not order the food on the app. Jared walked away and refused to talk to me. I asked for the corporate number and he said "find it on the website." I asked for his last name and he said "I'm not giving you my last name."The cashier found the corporate number and provided Jared's name so I can address this issue. Never have I been treated so horribly by a business. I have been taking my kids to Chuck E Cheese for over a decade. I tip the hosts well everytime I'm there and always respect them. Jared does not represent the Chuck E Cheese brand well at all. Jared's behavior was 100% unprofessional and unacceptable. My husband tried to look online to figure how to request a refund since we left with my kids not eating, no refund and having to order food elsewhere. The website referred any inquiries or problems to be addressed at the store where the food was purchased. My husband called the store and spoke with Jared who couldn't figure out how to handle the issue or refund the money.
