Unlike another review (posted 15 hours before I arrived here) the place did NOT have cobwebs and was not, in any way dirty. I noticed the author of that review was from San Francisco CA so I have to believe he got confused and reviewed this restaurant by mistake when some awful Asian place in San Francisco CA was meant to be reviewed. The reason for my slightly below average rating was that the food was all pretty bland and, worse yet, the woman working the front desk acted as if she was doing me a huge favor by waiting on me. Asian food is not supposed to be so bland it tastes like it should be served in an old folks home.The one bright spot was the excellent hot and sour soup, which was unlike any hot and sour soup I've gotten anywhere else. It was pretty spicy and full of so many items that it was very unique. The only thing I'll likely purchase if I come back to this will be the soup. Otherwise, there are just too many other great Asian places where the help can crack a smile when they serve you.

First and last time customer Came in to order food, heard a man hock a loogie 4 times while I waited for my food. Between loogie hocks I heard one giant belch--very appetizing. I could see a woman in the back chopping food wearing no gloves, also very appetizing.

The fried wontons are the only food worth consuming here. The chicken had a distinct fishy smell and taste. It was as if the same pan was used to cook the seafood and chicken. The atmosphere is outdated and dirty. This is NOT a restaurant you want to dine in--take out only. The prices are very reasonable but not enough to overcome the other negatives.

I have eaten General Tso's from Chinatown in L.A. to Chinatown in New York City and countless places in between. It's my go to dish; I love it. I don't know what China Wok put into that sacred little paper bucket, but it was most certainly not General Tso's! The color of the glaze was wrong, a red suspiciously similar to BBQ sauce. The flavor was wrong, though strikingly similar to , surprise, BBQ sauce... And the fried rice was absent the usual egg, peas and optional carrots. The wonton soup was good, with a good portion of wontons. However, the soup is just not enough. I will not be patronizing China Wok again.

Very dirty in the restaurant and the lady working can barely hear them talk at all. Food tastes old. Cobwebs all over the place the bathrooms look aweful filled with cobwebs and holes are stuffed with paper towels. Absolutely no toilet paper available at all!!! And had to throw the paper towels in the trash after been soiled with human aftermath!!! According to their sign on the wall stating that they were out of toilet paper! The health department has been notified moments after we left the establishment!!!!

Excellent wonton soup and steamed dumplings. I also call to order plain lo-mein noodles because I love them and have never had any trouble with ordering. Polite owners and speedy delivery.

I don't know why this gets bad reviews the service is good the food is good love this place...steven rodgers here))

I got the chicken curry with onions and the pork wontons which are always really good. I really don't understand how this restaurant is rated so poorly. Every time I order from here the food is always good.

the best crab Rangoon you'll get in town so good good portion size as well and fairly priced

The food there is really good. I order over the phone as they deliver and, honestly, the only problem I have with them is their customer service. It's somewhat substandard. It's sort of hard to explain. Anyways, the food is spot on and the prices arent too bad, although i feel like it's rather much for the proportions of food you get. Overall, I'd only eat it about once per month.
