Chicken Salad Chick

I've been wanting to come here for some time, being a chicken salad aficionado. My expectations were exceeded. I had the Fancy Nancy (for obvious reasons) with Fuji apples, pecans, and grapes on a toasted white bread, with pasta salad as my side. The meal also comes with a dill pickle slice and a mini buttercream frosted cookie. I don't know why, but I was expecting it to be served in a croissant, but oh well. They do have the croissant choice, so I guess it got lost in the communication.I like that there's so many choices. There's 12 sandwich choices and 5 fresh sides, plus a soup. The number of combinations is mind blowing! I think I will be back to try them all.

I recently had Chicken Salad Chick in Polaris and it is delicious!I tried it before when someone had it catered and I thought it was good then but a few days ago my daughter brought me one of their salads and a cookie... omg it was fantastic and I'm kind of picky! It was so good that I decided to go in to the restaurant today on my own for the first time and it was such a great experience. Not only is the food awesome, but so is the customer service and all of the food choices! I will certainly be supporting this business! The food is fresh, healthy, and packaged so cute. If I could give them 10 stars I would ;)

We ordered catering for our Teacher Appreciation staff lunch and it was delicious and so reasonably priced.We had two huge trays of assorted chicken salad on crescents, along with pasta salad and broccoli salad (don't miss trying this salad) and cookies. I would certainly recommend them for any catering event!

I decided to try this place and I am so happy I did. The service was quick and excellent, the order taking guy offered samples of the various chicken salad options which was so great for a newbie like me. I ended up getting the chicken salad with jalapeño on toasted wheat bread and it was excellent. I would definitely get it again. The sample of the lemon basil one was also very good and I'm sure the classic is money too.

Chicken Salad Chick, as its name implies serves up all things chicken salad. They have flavors that I didn't even know were possible for the savory sandwich spread. You order by the scoop or on a sandwich (white, wheat, croissant).They also have pimento cheese (regular or spicy), soups, and a variety of sides (broccoli salad, pasta salad, grape salad, fruit, or mac & cheese). For an additional $2.50 you can add two sides, which can include an additional side scoop of chicken salad or pimento.I was between a couple different flavors and as I voiced this to the employee taking my order, without hesitation they asked if I wanted to try samples. This was super nice and not something I was expecting. I ended up going with the 'Sassy Scotty' chicken salad on toasted wheat bread. I don't know who Scotty is, but we must have similar paletes because I love everything about ranch, bacon, & cheddar cheese. For the sides, I went with spicy pimento and pasta salad.Once you order, they give you a number and you find a table. It took less than 10 minutes for the food to be ready. Unfortunately, they brought out the wrong sandwich, but were quick to fix it when I brought it up. The chicken salad was excellent. The pasta salad was decent, but the pimento cheese was average. Next time I will probably just stick to a chicken salad sandwich and I'm interested in trying some of the other flavors. Lastly, it came with a mini Cheryl's cookie which was a nice touch. I thought this might be unique to this location given Cheryl's is also based in Westerville. However, I talked to one of my friends in Indiana who said they also do this at those locations.

Yum yum yum!!! I love this restaurant and location! I went for dinner today and got the classic carol, chicken poblano soup, pickle, and sweet tea! Everything was made fresh and perfectly. They let me sample the soup as I have never had it and gave me a generous portion. So good! I would recommend to anyone! The workers are always so kind and everything is so clean! 10/10 service! Also with every order you get a delicious little cookie!

If you like chicken salad in any capacity, I recommend coming here. If you don't like chicken salad, I still recommend coming here. I never knew chicken salad could have so many flavors, all that I tried were delicious. They have a large variety of both sweet and savory recipes. You can put a scoop on a sandwich, croissant, salad, or just naked with a fork. If you want to make your own sandwiches, they have a refrigerator with containers with all the flavors to take home. The sides are also very good. As the name suggests, this place is not the best for vegetarians. The vibe is very nice walking in. The service is exceptional, with a warm welcome at the register to the employees picking up your trays when you're finished eating. If you forget to grab napkins, don't worry because there is a napkin dispenser at every single table. I am not sure about the other handful of restaurants, but this one is not open on Sundays, which is unfortunately when I'm mostly craving a chicken salad sandwich. Another thing that I feel is negative is that they include a packaged Cheryl's cookie with every order, which seems great, but for all the people that do not want them, they throw them away and it is very wasteful. I think it should be offered and not guaranteed. In conclusion, this place is great to stop by for a quick bite.

The staff here is so friendly and caring!! The food is always top notch and you get a lot for what you pay! As someone who traditionally does not like chicken salad, I love it here!! So many choices!!! The spicy pimento cheese is actually a fav non-chicken salad option too. I recently placed an online delivery order for 20+ different meals and they handled it with ease! The manager even followed up prior to make sure we were okay with the quality of the order possibly being compromised due to it being delivered via door dash. Everything was perfect and our bridal party raved about the food. Several having it for the first time!

This chicken salad chick didn't seem to have as many options as the other location I have been to, but everything was good! I tried the lemon basil, sassy scotty (cheddar and bacon), and one of the fruit options (with the grapes and pineapple.) The sassy Scotty was my favorite! I liked the fruity one, but wasnt blown away by the lemon basil- it was a little bland to me! Love the broccoli salad, and I got a little cookie with my meal! I love places like this that are simple, delicious, cheap, quick and have a pretty healthy menu- that arent Panera, lol. Wish there was one in Pittsburgh!

My co-workers and I ordered this today for lunch and this was my first time trying this restaurant. I was excited because I love chicken salad!! I ordered the Classic Carol sandwich on a croissant with a side of pasta salad. Needless to say the croissant was so stale, chicken salad was so bland, and the pasta salad was so dry. I was very disappointed in my lunch and I spent $14.00 on this because we used door dash to deliver this. I'm not sure if I'll try them again or not.
