Cheesecakes At Mystical Retreat

Anyone know if they have online ordering??!!??Love their stuff! If they don't do online ordering, do Any stores in Cincinnati area carry them?

This is the best cheesecake you will ever have!!!! I grown up with it and still can't eat any other cheesecake. Use to live 20 mins away now 2 plus hours. I just wish they would ship! I would big $$$ just to get a slice shipped to my door! Also Streber's I think still sells slices!

The slogan for this joint is, "Quite possibly the world's greatest cheesecake"...I think they are selling themselves short, because it's the best. damn. cheesecake. ever.Any time I make my way down to Bainbridge I stop by and pick up a few slices to take home because it's just that amazing. Think of the best cheesecake you've ever had. Now imagine that it's utter crap compared to this place. Yeah...we're talking ultimate food-porn worthy here.The varieties are amazing, with flavors like:Lemon Curd (a personal favorite)SnickersPeanut butter cupParadise (pineapple, cherries, mandarin oranges...like a pina colada in a slice)OriginalStrawberryPumpkinWhite chocolate raspberryOreoSeveral other mouthwatering flavors I can't even remember because I"m now drooling from the memory.The crust is neither too thin or thick, and the consistency of the cheesecake itself is the perfect denseness without being heavy. The filling is not too sweet, and the flavor is also used to decorate the cheesecake, and trust me, THEY DON'T SKIMP ON PORTIONS! If you order a snickers slice, be prepared to not only have snickers pieces incorporated throughout your slice, but practically an entire bar chopped up on top with caramel drizzles and yummy bits of stuff that I've dreamt about freebasing on some nights.Going too long without this stuff requires a 12 step program and a sponsor...so be sure to get extras when you go. Trust me....no, seriously.

Word of mouth via Facebook brought us out on a Sunday ride 30miles away just to try this cheesecake. Worth every mile! Now, I am no stranger to desserts and have tried many cheesecakes in my time. I can say that the base cheesecake is very good and creamy with the perfect amount of non soggy crust. However, for me it is the way they dress the cheesecake out that sets them worlds apart from others. They spare no expense in turning a very nice piece of cheesecake into a gourmet tastebud exploding experience! I chose the praline and am crazy about the praline sauce! I also brought a white chocolate raspberry home to the hubby. He is not a big fan of any cheesecake however loved this one!

I live in the area and this is one place I'm sure to take my family and friends to, when they come and stay. I've tasted a lot of different cheesecakes from around the country and yes... They are not flattering themselves. Most definitely the best cheesecake I have ever experienced . Well at least thus far. Lol. And yes, it's an experience! Oh my! The selection is insane! While I'm " anything chocolate " let me tell you, praline, coconut cream, banana or pineapple is just pure tastebuds delight. They will let you sample different one. Just GO!

This cheesecake rivals the Cheesecake Factory (and is WAAAAAY less expensive). I loved it!! We did not try it at their store (in fact I never heard of them before). While eating at a pizza place in Wilmington Ohio (Generations), we noticed they had cheesecake for dessert. We were too full to eat any more after dinner so I grabbed a few to-go.They were pretty big slices of cheesecake in individual plastic containers. With the cheesecake, was also a lot of extra toppings. I tried an Oreo cheesecake (and it had a bunch of Oreos!!). That was my fav! We also tried the Lemon cheesecake (it had a lot of lemon sauce on the bottom) which was outstanding. Our third piece was a Turtle cheesecake (which a bunch of extra chocolate shavings). Not one I would eat again but it was still good.

Step into the past and visit this historical home and enjoy a piece of wonderful cheesecake.

What a great surprise in little Bainbridge! When living in the area, this became sweet addiction! We love that they usually have a nice selection of flavors to choose from. If I had to choose a favorite flavor, it would probably be the German Chocolate or Lemon Curd.

Not the typical New York cheesecake here and that is a Good thing, because this place a very nice velvety textured cheesecake. They usually have a selection of maybe a dozen flavors, but have more flavors, which I wished they had more availability, hence the 4 stars.

I've been everywhere man and this is absolutely delicious! I don't know how to say how wonderful this is! O my favorite Praline!!
