$8 credit card fee..? For real? I enjoyed the selection and would want to return, but like others' experiences - no verbal or written alert that I would be charged a fee.Will not be returning - first and last time.

Chateau Wine and Spirits to the rescue! But for real. It was Thanksgiving afternoon and my family suddenly had a craving for a cocktail. Unfortunately, we didn't have any of the ingredients needed to make it fun, if you know what I mean. We searched Yelp and found this spot rather close by. We decided to give it a try and were stoked to find that they were open... and busy at that. They had a great inventory of wine, liquor, beer, etc. and had exactly what we needed, prosecco, schnapps, vodka and fruit puree. I'll also add that despite how busy they were, the staff was great. They helped us find what we were looking for while we wandering around aimlessly trying to find the goods. Prices were right on money, too. I don't live in the area, but my sister does, and I have no doubt we'll be back when need be. #grateful

I went here because their reviews were very high. I am guessing they do a good job with allocated stuff because I wasn't overly impressed. They have a good selection of stuff (I am a bourbon and cocktail person) but nothing amazing. What really frustrated me was around payment. They charge a fee if you use a card: their prices are the same as other stores who do not charge a fee to use a card. Anyways, I used a debit card and found out, after, I was charged a fee. They did offer to refund my charge and I could pay with cash but I did not have enough cash on me.In my experience, this is the ONLY store I have EVER been charged a fee for using a debit card or credit card. It just feels greedy.

My go to spot. Friendly people who are willing to special order an item if they do not regularly carry it on the shelf.

I love this store the most they always have their stuff stocked and they always have everything you could possibly look for and the service is honestly the best they are always super nice and super sweet and always recommend stuff to you if you've never tried it.

This place is tucked away in a shopping center. I didn't know it existed until I searched for a liquor store on Yelp while I was picking up some food near Polaris. It's pretty hidden from the street and faces sideways if looking from the road.I was glad I stopped though. They had both items I was looking for on this night and plenty of options - wine, beer, and liquor. Both associates were helpful in finding what I was looking for and glad to be of service.I appreciate the service and selection. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

I love the staff and the selection. Always super kind and helpful, and they always have the most obscure and rare items in town. We tried the sold out Watershed limited release strawberry gin at the distillery and loved it. Coincidentally, the next day, I read that a select number of liquor stores were receiving one case. I called Chateau on my way home from work and sure enough they had some! I was able to snag two bottles and surprise my wife who thought she'd never have that amazing gin again. Thanks guys!

It has a very large selection of wines and other liquors and spirits. And there's so many options to choose from. The staff there was very helpful and friendly and allowed me time to look around without pressuring me to buy anything. It had a lot of items there that I don't normally find at other liquor stores.

Irritated that this place charged me $8 "convenience fee" for using my credit card on a $300 purchase without any notification (verbal or written). This kind of deceptive sleazy practice will have me taking my business elsewhere.

The staff was extremely helpful and literally walked me through the store to find what I needed and offered me suggestions for my anniversary!!!
