Currently, I am a resident at Central Park Apartments and I've lived here for two years with my fiancé. We live in a great community and this apartment has been the perfect place to live for both of us. We live in a 1-bedroom apartment and pay around $858/per month (including laundry, taxes, sewage and water). We wanted to live in a nice neighborhood as well as be centrally located to the highways. He works in Dublin and I work Downtown Columbus. If you're looking for a quality first apartment - this is the place to be. There are a lot of apartments being built around the city, but this apartment is affordable and nice. APARTMENT:The apartment is modern with high ceilings, neutral colors and floor length windows. They have wood flooring with a mixture of carpet, but our bedroom now is getting too tight for us. There's not much storage room in a one bedroom. We'll probably live here another year, but then move into homeownership due to outgrowing apartment living.PARKING:The parking for the neighborhood is relatively tight, but I've never had an issue with parking too far from my car. They plow the snow in the winter months and don't require a parking fee. If you want a garage that costs extra.UTILITIES:We have AEP for our electric and we pay anywhere from $70-$80/per month which is great because AEP has a new energy savings initiative they've implemented for their customers.LAUNDRY:If you don't have a washer or dryer they have a rental company that you can contract through for $20/per month that is added to your rent. We found this extremely efficient since we weren't ready to buy a washer or dryer.CLEANLINESS: Their landscaping is kept clean, but sometimes their can be a trash overflow if the city trash doesn't stop by (which doesn't happen too often). Other than that it's pretty easy to get rid of your trash. SERVICE:They are very customer service focused and I have never had an issue with maintenance. They literally handle your issue within 24-48 hours as long as you provide permission for entrance. They provide the best e-mails to contact so you can receive a quick response from staff. Also, when my keycard wasn't working for an event I was hosting at the clubhouse an off-campus staff person immediately responded to my need. Loved it!Overall, my fiancé and I are both young professionals in our 20's and we enjoy the amenities they offer which includes: a beautiful fountain pool during the summer along with a game room and theater. We've hosted an annual Christmas Party since we've lived here and the leasing agents have always been accommodating to our requests. Also, there is no deposit to reserve the room, all you have to do is leave the room as you found it. * Pet friendly neighborhood and dogs have a grass area where they can play and complimentary doggie bags are provided for waste. The only reason I did provide the apartment four stars was because of the construction that is located right next to the area. The traffic in the morning used to be really bad, but it's gotten better in the past few months. This has nothing to do with the apartment staff itself, but the area in which the apartment sits can be a major deciding factor for future renters. Also, I will say that a movie theater is right across the street along with Starbucks, Chipotle, Bob Evans, J. Alexander's, J. Gilberts and much more. Also, you're right down the street from Worthington Mall and a Kroger's.

My boyfriend and I lived in the largest 2 bedroom layout (Belvedere) on the 2nd floor for 15 months. We liked the apartment itself. It was large and the selling points were the built-in bookshelves in the dining and living areas. There was also a built-in desk in the dining area. The kitchen island was enormous (10'?). It was lovely. Big bedrooms and big bathrooms. It was walkable to bars & restaurants, and a movie theatre. There are pretty trees on the property and a big grassy area for dogs to run. There is a fenced dog park on property and poop bag dispensers. The pool is nice. I used it a lot.The staff host resident events, which were mostly really nice. Right after we moved in, I went to a Friday brunch that included mimosas and good food items. Nice. Another was for Valentine's Day. They had lots of stuff (candles, candy, chocolate, and beauty products) laid out to choose from to make a basket. So nice. They also had a bookcase with books to borrow. I borrowed some, and added some. The garages are $100 extra, but that is cheaper than other complexes.Good response to maintenance requests. There is no third party electric (a plus!).They rent the party space for $50 (cheap!).The negatives:Train noise with loud whistle blowing ALL the time. Upstairs neighbor stomping & dropping heavy things ALL the time. We complained but it kept happening. Trash builds up by the dumpsters. Residents don't break down boxes for recycling and don't use the compactor enough.Exteriors are not power washed. The property mgr left and there was no communication of this or of her replacement. She was very personable so she was missed.Narrow balcony big enough for plants, not enough room for a table or chairs. The mandatory add-on fees for digital lock & valet trash pick up are ridiculous. They were around $20 each, but the valet wasn't necessary since the trash and recycling bins were right outside our building. There is no walking path or park close. The traffic was noisy, but it is located on Rt 23 so expected. We also heard cars racing multiple times, perhaps away from the main road.We did have an issue with a leaking hot water tank that the maintenance guy attended to. He found mold in the washer/dryer area and sprayed it. He said we needed a new tank but they didn't have one available. We never heard another word about it, even though I followed up.I also believe I left some kitchen items in a lower cabinet but was told it was checked. If I did, it was my fault, but a courtesy call would have been nice. My stuff was probably thrown in the dumpster.I think that is all. I wouldn't live here again.

Most unreliable apartments that have no concern for your safety. Ive had one incident where fire alarm was going off for 6 hours. I called leasing office multiple times, emergency maintenance(which will never answer..ever) and even though they were aware of the situation, no one came. Went into office and leasing people were chatting with maintenance person. Even then, he said "alright, ill be there in 15 minutes". it had already been 6 hours of me trying to do schoolwork outside with my dogs because they were crying at thw fire alarm all day!!!Next, my keypad battery is drained and I cant lock my door. ive called emergency maintenance 15+ times. Made sure the number was right w the leasing office, who also took 45 minutes to get ahold of because they only have 1 person there on the weekend. Our original keys dont work in the door. She gave us a master key- which also doesnt work or turn in the door whatsoever. I had to stay home from work yesterday, was told someone would come out. No one has!! Im about to miss a second day of work, risk being fired because someone isnt doing their job!!!Ive had my garbage disposal left for 2 days broken and sink leaking all over the place bc the maintenance person broke it even worse. Last year, my boyfriend went into anaphylactic shock and almost died due to bee stings from a big nest on a tree near our home and the office person was rude and said they couldn't help since it was an "outside problem". I know this place is cute, but it's not worth the headache. I wish I just went through the trouble of moving out already rather then put up with more incompitence and being treated like my issues here are completely unimportant. please save yourself the trouble and go to any other complex near here, theres tons

My wife and I have really enjoyed our time here at Central Park. The dog owner community is very welcoming, and the various apartment events have been fun. The front desk is always helpful and responsive, and maintenance is very prompt and kind. I think that this is one of the few apartment complexes to open their pools during the pandemic, which has been very fun even with the safety precautions. Honestly, living here during the pandemic has been such a blessing, because we really have been able to still feel a good sense of community during these crazy times.

I lived there for a year. Here's the positive: The office staff are very nice; responsive maintenance; and my deposit was returned in full! Of course my apartment was spotless but still that was nice. The not so great: the apartments felt institutional and cramped on a busy freeway, many facing onto a 24 hour lit parking lot. The driveways are full of potholes and the landscape is shabby. If you want quiet, I recommend the one bedroom units where you may luck out with one neighbor or a quiet couple upstairs. The two bedrooms are packed like a tenement with noisy children and dogs, and the management will do nothing about it. I feel sorry for the people who moved in after me under the five people jammed in upstairs. So the place is not terrible if you don't mind paying more than a mortgage and lving with nose to nose with other people's dogs and children.

Have been experiencing mold in our apartment because of humidity since June. We always turn our bathroom fans on and leave doors open. Spots keep turning up after maintenance comes in to clean them. Issue has still not been resolved. Our electric bill has increased since we have to use the dehumidifier often to keep it remotely comfortable. They offered us a $300 visa giftcard but that is not enough to cover the damages and inconvenience and stress this has put us through.

Just moved in recently, this is the first warm weekend to really enjoy all of the amenities! Our pool area is unique and beautiful! Such a gem in northern Columbus, easy access to everything! The lady,Chelsea, who works in the leasing office is so helpful with every little thing. I have to admit I wasn't sure about living in a complex like this but I'm glad I took the gamble it's great!

I have been a resident here for over five years and I love it! At the time when I first moved in, the complex is what sold me. The landscaping as so beautiful. Lots of magnolia trees in the back, tons of tropical plants and flowers around the little waterfall/bridge and I really cool lazy river looking pool! The new grills are super nice and my family and I love watching movies in the big theatre. My neighbors are nice and I am friends with a good handful of them. And my apartment is amazing. It's spacious, newly renovated and pretty good pricing. A little high, but that's to be expected of this area. Most of all, I love the staff. They have always been pleasant and caring. It's what makes the little situations that go wrong, easier to handle. Even maintenance is super friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Absolute worst customer service of any residential management I've ever experienced (and I've lived in 10+ different apartments across the country). Although I really liked a couple people I spoke with (Tamara and Cody), the manager Gabriella is unfortunately not understanding at all. It probably has to do with the money hungry corporate management of Central Park through Trilogy Residential, so just warning you they may act nice at first but once you have issues with them beware! They are really money hungry and will turn on you!Disclaimer: My Yelp name is not my real name so the business cannot say I was never a customer.
