Cedar Grove Lodging

Wow this place was great! Clean, warm, inviting! We planned a hiking trip and stayed here for a few days in December. The hot tub was wonderful to sit in abs watch the snow come down. The cabin itself was spacious. We could hardly see the other cabins from ours even without leaves on the trees. It was really great and we plan to go back again.

I absolutely loved my stay, not a thing wrong! My girlfriend and I wanted to have a secluded cabin stay with the comforts of home and a hot tub; and we got exactly that!The overall size of the cabin was perfect for us, the great room, dining room / kitchen were the front half and not cramped. The back half was split with the bedroom and bathroom with the bedroom having a door to the rear balcony and hot tub.The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils along with dishes, glassware, and silverware for four. It also had a full size oven / cook top and refrigerator along with a microwave and a Mr. Coffee.The great room had a comfy couch and chair along with a nice rocking chair a coffee table suitable for playing games on. There is also a TV with Satellite dish and a DVD player. Rounding out the room was a wonderful gas fireplace that kept the cabin comfortably warm on the cool spring nights.The bedroom had a comfortable queen sized bed with great linens and wonderful pillows. There are nightstands on both sides of the bed and a great dresser for all your stuff. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and well stocked with towels.The front porch had a porch swing, gas grill, and table and chairs while the back patio had two Adirondack chairs and the hot tub. The hot tub was perfect, clean and ready for use upon our arrival, along with additional towels.There is absolutely nothing that I can say that was a problem or wrong with my visit. I will certainly look to stay with Cedar Grove Lodging the next time I look for a cabin get away.

Attended a wedding in July, while the venue was pretty, the planners, owners and hospitality wasn't. The coordinator was changed several times from when it was booked until the day of the wedding. The coordinator, was rude to guests that were asked to help with things from wedding party. Owners didn't care the listen to complaints from the couple either. Definitely would not recommend holding an event here.

The cabin was beautiful inside and out as well as clean. Check-in and check-out was simple and there was a lot of privacy to sit on the porch swing, by the campfire and in the hot tub. The main attractions were only a few minute drive from the property. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Hocking Hills area.

I usually don't bash small businesses publicly, but if there was ever a reason to do so, it would be after renting the event facility here. My wife and I got married here at the end of July and we were less than unimpressed. The owners, Kevin and Julie, avoided our phone calls for the months leading up to the event and were nonexistent in the event process. We had 3 different planners during the months leading up to our event, each one having no idea what we had planned with previous planners. Lara, the current event "coordinator" was MIA most of the day, I only met her 2 hours after the ceremony had ended and we had finished our dinner. They were reluctant to mow the grass for our outdoor ceremony, forced attendees to carry supplies and decorations from the outdoor ceremony to our indoor reception (wooden arch, flowers and ferns, etc). We had no outdoor microphones like we were promised. Worst of all, a family friend had to coordinate our ceremony because Lara could not be found. All of these things were promised during the planning process but revoked day of! The venue is beautiful but not worth the half the price they charge for the poor hospitality, lack of planning, and disrespectful service.

This was a great experience! We had a family reunion of 34 people, ranging in age from 10 months to 65. We comfortably fit 22 in the main cabin overlooking the pond. The other 2 cabins of 6 each were a quick walk away! All the accommodations of a hotel with the feel of a new house/cabin! Hot tubs and fire rings at all three cabins but all the eating and socializing happened at the large cabin with the two decks!

Had a work event here, and the food was phenomenal, along with the service. The event hall was clean, well kept, and very nice. The staff was accommodating to my needs when I asked if I could have leftovers from the night before, instead of the breakfast they offered. The cabin we stayed in was incredible. We comfortably fit 20-30 people, but likely could have fit many more. I also forgot my shoes there when I left, and Julie Claus was incredibly helpful when I talked to her. She found my shoes and express shipped them to me up in Toledo, and didn't ask for payment of any kind. Absolutely fantastic place all around

Such beautiful place with Beautiful vibe. The place is just good place. And I wish I stay here for years. The place has hot tub. A pool table so you can be with balls. And theres litterally 3 STORIES. The place was also big. And the place comes with tablet and I saw somebody logged into roblox on there so I donated me all of his robux on pls donate. Sorry for Jack or somebody that was logged in.

Thanks for people that set this up it was best and beatiful! and the wedding was awesome i was dancer and IT WAS COMFY i couldnt stand it i want stay there longer.

Beautiful lodge with tons of room. Awesome games and movie screen. Nice hot tub as well.
