We recently used Caterers Three for our wedding reception. The food was by far one of the best and the price was even better. We chose the carved roast beef, green beans, mashed potatoes, smoked chicken alfredo, salad, bread and appetizers. The dressings were all homemade. The food was tasty and served warm for everyone. (We chose buffet style.) The food tasted the exact same as the day we tasted it. Sometimes the food is not the same as the tasting. This is due to preparing food for 2 vs 100's. The servers the day of our wedding were professional and extremely friendly/polite. We LOVED our servers!!! We still get compliments on the food at our wedding!

We used Caterers 3 for our wedding May 21, 2016. When I originally talked about our date I was nervous because Gloria [the owner] had another commitment, and only her other staff would be there. My worries were unfounded. The staff was professional, helpful, and provided great service. We chose the buffet with beef tips and rice, Russian chicken, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. Everyone said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. My parents and my husband's parents were told by several guests how good it was. The broccoli was overdone, but our entrance was delayed by pictures, so I wasn't upset. Besides, everything else was good enough to make up for it. We also got a bartender and bar set up as well. We chose to buy stemless wine glasses as wedding favors because only plastic cups were included in the cost. We brought large coolers and had ice on-site, so drinks were cold and right where our bartender needed them. They asked to put out a tip jar, and we said it was fine. Overall, the only negative thing from several meetings and the reception was the tablecloths. I picked them up the day before the wedding so we could decorate, and many were off-white instead of white. Some looked like they had not been washed and had grease spots on them. The remaining tablecloths were not even all the same material, and didn't hang square. I called Gloria immediately and she was quick to contact their linen provider and fix the problem. We picked up the rest of the cloths the same night and everything was fine for the wedding. In short: ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS food, professional and friendly staff, and excellent price, but get your tablecloths elsewhere.

We used Caterers Three for our wedding reception. Gloria and the rest of the staff were wonderful to work with, they are personable and fun personalities. The food was above our expectations with many compliments on the lasagna and Chicken Gloria from our guests. The bar staff was great and a lot of fun. I highly recommend going with Caterers Three for your next event.

We used Caterers Three for our wedding a couple weeks ago and I have nothing but good things to say about them. From beginning to the end, Gloria was amazing and so much help. We had roast beef, chicken Gloria, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, green beans, rolls and salad as well as the starter station of fruits, veggies, cheese and crackers. Everything was delicious! It was all good quality food at an even better price. I still have people from the wedding telling me how delicious all the food was. Caterers Three was a huge hit at our wedding. I highly recommend using them for any catering needs you may have. Thanks again, Gloria!!!

My husband and I booked this caterer for our wedding in May of 2016. We used her for the food and for bartending services for our wedding. We met with the owner (Gloria) several times throughout the planning process. The food was fine. I really had no issue with that. The staff were extremely helpful for us and for our elderly guests. My issue is with the bartending services. The way this caterer does the bartending service is she will charge you a set amount hourly for a bartender (ours was $12/hr min of 6 hours) and they charge you a bar set-up fee per person- I believe this was about $2 per person. On her site this fee is for "Complete Bar Set-Ups". You can supply all the alcohol. We asked several times if there was anything we needed to provide for the bar and Gloria assured us no she would be taking care of everything including the cups, any fruit, etc. During one conversation Gloria specifically said we provide all drinking and beer ice. Wedding day rolls around and since we were getting married at a parks and rec building we had friendly and family helping us set-up. Gloria was able to get into the facility to set up around 3:30 the day of our wedding and everyone else was able to get in at 4. My friends show up to help decorate and drop off the alcohol at 4. Gloria said she (meaning the catering company) would handle the bar setup previously. Gloria is nowhere to be found and there is no other official "bartender". My friends said she was in the bathroom changing for 20 minutes while they set up. She also brought no ice and nothing to put drinks in to cool down. I'm not sure what her definition of "Complete Bar Set-Ups" is, but in my world that includes ice and containers to put drinks in. Otherwise you just brought pop and fruit. My friend asks Gloria, when she finally come out of the bathroom, about the ice and was rudely told that ice "was outside the scope of her services". They also asked about containers and got a similar response. I had used two large plastic bins from Target for decorations, which my friends emptied and used for the ice and to cool down beer. Gloria used these all night and then dumped them out once she was done using them and left them at the facility--considering this is something she should have provided I though it really rude to just dump it when she was done. I'm not sure what happened to these, but we didn't get them back. There also was an issue with tips. We were charged $400 for gratuity based on a percentage of our total owed-completely normal and fine. I also would have had no issue with an actual bartender putting out a tip jar, if they were in fact a staff member. But, having the owner of the catering company as our bartender (when you paid $12/hr specifically for a bartender) who also puts out a tip jar comes across as really tacky to me. It's one thing to have an employee doing it, but this just seemed like the owner trying to make as much money as possible, which we didn't appreciate. Also, she frequently left the bar--assuming to go take care of other services-- and we had guests who had to pour their own drink. Overall, the price for everything is really low, which was great if you're trying to save a buck, but I really didn't appreciate the lack of respect from the owner and her trying to get every last dollar she could off of us. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely choose another vendor.

This caterer left us holding the bag two weeks before my daughter's wedding the first weekend in June. We had contacted Gloria the owner several months previously and said, after trying the food, we wanted to hire them. Two months out, I contacted her again, had her send a contract to my daughter who filled it out and sent it back.I was to give a deposit of $650. Now, I did drop the ball by forgetting to immediately do that, but Gloria never reached out to check on us. When I did get ahold of her just before the wedding she informed me via email she had not heard from us since November, which was totally a lie. Then she said she would have to check to see if she was already booked. I followed up over the weekend for two days with phone, email and a visit to DK Diner where she operates from. I got no other response, despite my desperation. My daughter, who had been out of town, reached her on that Monday and was told they could not do the wedding. She didn't say they were already booked, she just said she couldn't do it.I know I should have delivered the deposit promptly, so that's my bad, but I am puzzled that she wouldn't take a minute to reach out to see if there was a problem. I've talked to other caterers and they said they would definitely make a quick call to follow up after receiving a contract. It all worked out in the end, but this is not a good way to run a business. I would never recommend this caterer, ever!

We used Caterers Three for our daughter's wedding reception two weeks ago. We thought the food and service were outstanding! We chose the Chicken Gloria, Lasagna, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Salad, Bread, and Appetizers served buffet style. And we served donuts at 10 pm! We were extremely pleased with the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the servers. Superb!!
