The sleek modern trailer reminded me a lot of Black Box Fox. The staff quickly took our orders and got our food to us. The Mac and cheese was so rich and creamy. The soul rolls were filled with yams, collard greens and more of the Mac and cheese with a spicy saucy covering. The salmon was the true star, both in crispy sauced nuggets and maple glazed options. What a delightful meal it was from first night to last.
