"I've wandered into the Jeffrey Thomas many times while waiting for a table at neighboring First Watch. The boutique carries men's, women's and children's' clothing and accessories. It's hardly haute couture, but fasionistas will encounter offbeat designers and slightly higher-end brands, such as Tommy Bahama, Cole Haan, Toscano, Nicole Farhi, Le Top, Nicole Miller and loads of other designers I've never heard of. I want give Jeffrey Thomas a two-star review based on the dismissive service I have received every single time I've shopped here, but bumped up the rating an extra star, because their clothes and accessories are unique and stand out among the chain clothing stores that seem to pervade the Upper Arlington malls. I can't say I dislike Jeffrey Thomas, because I am often drawn in by the quirky outfits in the window displays. I just get the sense the sales associates don't have the time of day for you unless you LOOK like you are going to drop a ton of cash, which is usually not the case for me. I generally shop in comfort, meaning jeans and Crocs- but this is not to say I won't buy a high ticket item. I actually came here several times looking for special occasion outfits and never once felt welcomed. A male friend, likewise, grew up shopping here and as an adult has experienced the same sort of dismissive and rather snobby service. So, if you can endure snotty, aloof salespeople and don't mind paying slightly higher prices for brands often carried at Macy's, then by all means spend your money here. Despite the crummy service, Jeffrey Thomas remains an independently-owned bright spot in the otherwise blase Kingsdale Mall."

"Right when I walked in, I knew I would find cute things. I loved all the Valentine's decor and the colorful clothes. It was getting me excited for spring. Staff was very friendly but laid back, and let us take our time to browse the store. They carry clothing, jewelry and the Hammitt line of bags (hard to find in Ohio). I did not see any shoes, so don't think they have those. The prices are on the mid-higher end, but they did have a few sale racks with 50% off items. I loved that they have really diverse styles from trendy to work clothes."

"I saw this shop here on Yelp and decided I wanted to stop in and check it out. I had never been here before and really didn't know too much about it other than what I saw and read online. In one of the pics I saw a little beehive Christmas ornament so thought I would go check it out (my mom is bee anything crazy).I wasn't sure where the GPS was taking me but once I saw the beatiful mural on the side, I knew where I was heading. Really friendly staff and some really cute gifts here. I was promptly greeted when I came in and was offered some coffee or water. I had to pass as it was a quick stop but I really liked the vide here.The shop had a bit of everything including clothing, candles, jewelry, and all sorts of gifts including some gorgeous drinking glasses. Definitely worth browsing just to check it all out. Overall, it looked like the general price point is on the higher end but nothing too outrageous for a boutique shop. I did find the ornament I saw in the picture but I know my mom already has the same one, or one that could pass off as its twin anyway.So many cute gifts and would totally visit again even though I didn't find something this trip. I really had to resist buying something just to buy it (holidays and all) but they have so much cute stuff."

Prices are extremely reasonable and I love that there is a way to shop sustainably while still experiencing that boutique feel. If you'd like to sell items, there are very clear guidelines on their website. I have sold items a few times and love that I can get a bit more if I choose to get paid in store credit as opposed to cash. Any items that aren't selected for the shop get donated, which is awesome. If you're in the neighborhood I highly recommend checking out this little shop and the other sustainable shops (Koko and Little Light Collective) next door."

"I've driven by this place many times, but never had a chance to stop when they're open. (Weds-Sun 12-7, I think.) It's a cute little building, and there's all kinds of cool stuff inside. Eclectic, well-organized, and tastefully displayed. Little trinket type gifts, games, candles, clothes, books, and more. Dog stuff. Kitchen supplies. Just all sorts of things. The owner is very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Parking isn't bad, for German Village. Well worth a stop for gifts, for others or yourself."

"My clothing size varies anywhere between a 14 and an 18 (i.e., plus-sized) and I have been so burned so many times by vintage and thrift stores that either don't have anything at all in my size, or have a few things that all look like giant paisley rain ponchos. So when I called Deja Vu in advance to ask if they had plus sizes and the girl on the phone said, "Yeah, of course!" I was very encouraged.When I got there, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they had a great selection of plus sizes (I only looked up through size 18 so I can't speak to the availability of larger sizes than that, but they had a LOT of 16s and 18s) in all of their categories. I was looking for casual pants, jeans, and casual skirts, and found a lot to choose from. The clothing was all in excellent condition, much of it with tags still on. Name-brand stuff; I noticed Old Navy, DKNY, Chico's, and Talbot's, just to name a few. And the prices were fantastic. I left with a bag full of four pairs of pants, a skirt, and a blouse, for about $50 total.I also have to say that the service was first-rate. When I entered the store, the saleslady (maybe the owner? Not sure) welcomed me, but kept her distance and didn't harass me. When my arms were full of items, she offered to put them in a fitting room for me. She made friendly and polite conversation and was helpful without being in my face (which I really hate at any clothing store, and it seems to be particularly bad at boutique vintage stores for some reason - but not here).This is definitely going to become one of my first-round stops when I need to buy clothes. Very pleased with my experience."

"I went in here last night looking for a dress for an event this weekend and remembered this place had good sales in between seaons. I didn't even realize this store had changed ownership until i walked into the sleek new design. I found the jewelry to be most appealing if you like simple costume or silver chains and small earrings. Jewelry ranges in price from $20-$45 and seems worth it. The collection in general is unique.Clothing is pretty basic styles and a few retro mod pieces ranging from jackets to jeans and plenty of knit shirts. I tried on a cute cotton dress that was reasonably priced. While I was in the room the clerk received a call and I heard her chatting. I was pleased to see that as soon as I left the changing room she put the phone down and was very attentive. Prices range from $40-$200. Judging by the style quality and designers this is reasonable and worth it. Nice new addition to the Short North clothing scene."

"I'm shocked that this fairly long standing business in the Short North hadn't been added to Yelp yet, well.. Until I just added it now. It's connected to the White Castle building, snuggled right near the entrance to the apartments, Penzone, and Orange Theory. They sometimes have mannequins out front to call attention to it but it can be hard to miss.Once inside the staff is incredibly friendly, always providing help and suggestions when needed. The aesthetic of the store is pretty much black and white. I've never seen a lot of color here and when I do, it tends to be more neutral tones. The clothing can be fun and unique or even classy depending on what you're looking for. I will add that it's not very size inclusive. As a size 6 I was having a hard time finding something that was true to size.Overall, it fits nicely in the Short North and prices compare to the other boutiques in the area. It's definitely worth a stop, especially if you are a tiny person that prefers a fairly monochromatic wardrobe."

"Just discovered this place thanks to another Yelper and so glad they hooked me up! It is in a strip mall in Dublin and you could whip right past it if you weren't looking (I mean how often do we stare at stores in strip malls while driving? Don't answer that, that's bad driving! ) but once you are in it is get your shopping fun on!They aren't a thrift store, they are a resale/consignment store. You can bring your stuff in to sell outright - they give you your money right then and there - or put them on consignment. I went in to investigate and left with some goodies (although I might try selling some stuff later). They have almost every brand you can think of in here! H&M, Talbots, Ralph Lauren, Express, Charter Club, Dana Buchman, and on and on. This is strictly a ladies shop so sorry guys. Jeans, coats, jackets, dresses, purses, jewelry, hats, shoes....you get my point. I scored two Charter Club cashmere turtleneck sweaters for $14.00 each! Sweet! Not everything is priced that low, some things were in the 20-30something dollar range and there was a leather jacket in there for 70$. It's up to you and your budget like any place else. There is a no refund but you can exchange w/in 7 days of purchase policy and shoes are always final sale. With women bringing in bags and boxes of stuff while I was there I can see me coming back here periodically."

If you need a boot question answered, I guarantee they'll have an answer. Visiting from out of town and curious about the history of Mansfield? They'll have those answers too!They also sell clothing, including Ariat jeans, button up shirts, coats (seasonal), socks, fashionable leather bags for women, graphic t-shirts and accessories like jewelry, scarves and hats for men and women. You get a mild Midwest Bohemian Chic vibe in the shop. Even though they have apparel, they're main focus is on boots. Yet, the small amount of clothing they do have is very well curated-nice selection for any taste. They've been open for over a year and are still evolving and growing with the community's needs, which they take great pride. So, if you're looking for a dress boot for some boot scooting' on the town or a work boat that will make your 9-5 a little more tolerable, The Bootlife in Mans, OH is your place to be. Shop local!"

"Ladies! If you haven't visited Jolie Occasions yet, do yourself a favor and stop in! I've visited a couple of times over the past few years, but they recently moved down the street into a new store front and I was excited to check out the new space. I was in need for a new dress to wear to a wedding and I didn't have any luck at the Easton shops I had visited. So, I stopped by on a Friday afternoon after a meeting close by. The moment I walked in I was greeted right away by a friendly young lady. She was quick to offer me a dressing room and any assistance if need be. The space is open and has tons of natural light. The clothing options were definitely spring/summery, and I found several options to try on. To my surprise I found exactly what I was looking for. I ended up going with a champagne slip style of dress and it only cost me about $60 with tax and everything. Really affordable prices, especially for a nice dress. It's beautiful, good quality, and it's perfect for the occasion. I will absolutely be back!"

"This is officially my new favorite clothing store! I've literally never heard of it before and was simply blown away as soon as I walked in the door. This store is a whole vibe. It had beautiful plants and the employees were all friendly and very informative. The selection was perfectly curated and laid out beautifully throughout the store. I felt like I had room to shop as nothing was crammed together. It had a nice boutique feel to it. The quality of the clothing seems to be top notch and very fashionable. I wanted everything that I came across in the store. I haven't gotten this excited over a shopping experience in years! I would compare it to my previous favorite shopping experience at Free People, but better. I was also pleased to find out that they have a website so that I can shop from the comfort of my home. "Although they have a beautiful venue full of gorgeous dresses, I will not return to this business nor will I recommend it to others after a recent experience. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding this summer, and was invited to an appointment to try on two specific styles of bridesmaid dresses that the bride was considering purchasing from Henri's, and getting them altered there. When we arrived we were treated as if we weren't allowed to try them on, and made the bride feel very uncomfortable. She told us "we don't service customers that aren't ordering from Henris"... which we were. The bride had set all of this up in advanced and called of make sure they had the samples to try on. She hardly assisted us once we were back in the fitting rooms, didn't make small talk or even talk to the bride about her wedding or seem interested in facilitating a sale with our party. She admitted that she didn't even know who the bride was. It was SO bizarre. I would be surprised if the bride decides to order the gowns through Henris after they experience. I NEVER post one star reviews but this experience was embarrassing and the staff should be ashamed of how they treated my friend and her party as they prepared for the big day."

This is a fantastic store to check out if your looking for a gift for family or friends. The store has an eclectic vide, kinda country chic but not really. The perfect way to support local, and a great excuse to spend your afternoon or evening perusing the wide selection! I definitely plan to go back and look more at the clothing items (several great picks, so I need to return)!! The gal manning the store was very pleasant and welcoming, too."
