"The owner is one of the nicest people you could meet, he has a wonderfully attentive staff, prices are affordable, the ambiance is great, but the food omg! We only had the special for the day which was an incredible soup. Can't wait to go back to try other things in the menu!"
"Well, this place is working wonders. Stuck in the middle of nowhere Ohio, doing DECENT, YES DECENT Mexican food, I salute them. This is a small joint and it's nearly ALL KITCHEN. I walk up to the window and wait really long seeing as I'm 3 feet from the girl behind the glass. If they open the window, you could almost make your own food.I ordered a breakfast burrito, which is served all day but took about 15 mins and 2 Mini tacos. She apologized for the delay. The Pros:Great size for a burrito. The eggs were great.Food was hot.The Cons:The food lacks flavor and heat. Mild Pico De Gallo is just tomatoes and onions. The cheese is cheap. You can tell if you've had the good stuff.Eggs are cooked on the grill. This is a NO-NO. Get an EGG PAN, it's used only for eggs(thus the name). Ugly eggs are just bad.The tortilla develops a sweetness when fried, it's almost like a sopapilla. Prices are slightly high, especially for the quality.Tweak a few things and step up the quality of your ingredients. ADD SOME FLAVOR. With that said, FOR THIS AREA, it's ok but take a trip to Texas and get some pointers! Keep at it!"

"First time for me at what is a regular dig of my co-workers. Not at all disappointed. Antipasta salad was original and delicious and the portions were huge! Yum! Will eat from here again!"
"Quick service. Really good food, margarita was excellent and was $10. Highlight of the tacos was the birria. Followed by the Carnitas, and el pastor. They were all quite good, and they came out within a couple of minutes with the order we appreciate it the good service. But order the birria. Outstanding."
"So if you're a regular or my reviews, you'll know that I have an Achilles heel when it comes to Al Pastor. I used to have a regular place that I loved to regularly go to in order to indulge my delicious weekness with, but they have sadly changed the recipe and style of their Al Pastor tacos! *shaking fist to the sky* Why God, why?? After years of perfection, they have finally peaked and fallen, which left me without a taco place for my fix . Luckily, I have found my new place to get those delicious little tacos at that know how to marinate, cut, and fry up just perfectly (cooked on a spit with a pineapple on top with big flat pieces cut off and lightly grilled to perfection). It's so mouth wateringly delicious! The texture is crispy but juicy, the marinate isn't spicy but flavorful, and the amount is plentiful per taco but not so much you can't fold it to commute the little sucker in your face thankfully. Other than my Al Pastor tacos for my daughter and I, I picked up a carne asada monarco burrito (mozarella cheese, pico de gallo and guacamole stuffed with steak) for my partner who seemed to be filled and pleased! It was definitely a big burrito and should tame even the hungriest beast of yours. I also was blessed enough to be treated to a cancelation carne asada torta (thanks and good looking out Los Guachos!). The bread was fresh and fluffy, the steak was good (not as good as the Al Pastor IMO but still yum) and half will fill you up if you're someone who doesn't eat a whole bunch and the entire thing would DEFINITELY make you full. The fish taco is crispy and flaky. They serve it in a flour tortilla, which tastes freshly made in house IMO. The Chipotle sauce that they drizzle on top of the fish is smoky and not too spicy, so if you are afraid of it being too hot to enjoy, don't worry. The al pastor gringa YES. JUST YES. Truly, you can't go wrong with the tacos or gringas. The only difference between the gringa and taco really is that it comes with cheese... might be something else in there too, but sadly, I inhaled that too quickly to report... well, it's not sad for me .... You can tell the word has gotten out about here because people were waiting on the parking lot for it to open including myself! So if you're near this place, just GO. Oh, and try that orchata because it won't disappoint ."
"I enjoy visiting Yellis tacos. The people are really nice! The first time I had a torta and it was too much bread. It was a giant sandwich, but just too much bread. I like the accoutrement that was provided with it though I went back for tacos and got Al Pastore, a chicken and one other one - 4 tacos total for 20 bucks and it was so good little spicy but everything was delicious green salsa, which was really good. I recommend this place."
"All around this place was pretty good. We tried the hummas and it was tasty. Super smooth with no large pieces. Would like to see them have additional flavors. The falafel tacos were really good. The kids and wife liked the ceaser salad. We will be back to try other things on the menu."
"Ever since they were at their old location on Hamilton, Tacos Fogoncito has been one of my favorite taquerias in Columbus by far. It's pretty similar to Los Guachos (I think the owners may be related), and you can tell in how well it does the al pastor justice here. They don't skimp on the meat either, so you will be full. I believe Thursdays are their BOGO taco days for al pastor. The thing that sets them apart from Los Guachos to me is the quality of their other meats. The chorizo is particular I really love here. You can also get some huaraches and tacototes here that aren't as common at other spots around the city. The sauces here are also fantastic and flavorful with a good amount of kick in their red sauce. The staff has always been super friendly, and the food comes out quickly even if the dining room is full which it usually is. There's plenty of parking here even if it's at an odd intersection. They also haven't seemed to have raised the prices too much, so it's just a great lunch or dinner spot for a quick and cheap but very tasty meal."
"Not to bad the truck kind of through me off very colorful. The food was good they did short my order but we did not feel like driving back . The portions are nice for the Quesadillas and the shrimp tacos were good according to my family"
"Run, do not walk to this amazing taco shop! It is so nice inside and so clean and kept up. The quesobirrea tacos and shrimp tacos and probably pretty much anything on their menus are sooooo good. Prices are good and the food is fresh and delicious. It is quickly becoming one of our favs."
"Wow! What a surprise!I am not a fan of most American Mexican food. I thought this food truck would be more of the same. But these tacos were absolutely out of this world! Slow roasted beef and so amazing. Packed with flavor and came with a dipping sauce. And their sauces to put on it? There is an amazing green sauce which has a mild flavor and then a red sauce that is super hot. Personally I put both of them on my tacos. It was amazing"
"Who loves cheese?A burrito wrapped in grilled cheese and fried to perfection, yes please!I love food trucks, and I absolutely love the Macho Mama's grilled cheese burrito. It's loaded with black beans, corn, tomatoes, queso, tater tots, Mexican cheese, chipotle and Hulk sauce. Then it's wrapped in a blanket of cheese and dunked into a fryer for even more fun.Add the Incredible tots and you have a great meal to share with your friend.ALERT - It's official, Macho Taco will have a permanent location at the East Market Trolley Barn. (Projected to open in August)I can't wait!!Where is the truck now? Use Street Food Finder or check their Instagram page for updates.@ohiofoodlover"

Stopped by for taco Tuesday! Super affordable pricing. A nice variety of options. Everything we had was full of flavor and authentic. Blistered Chilis and Nacho Grande with street corn and chicken are amazing. They had a DJ and the Vibe was great ! Will definitely return. Excited to see this spot flourish!

Meal (*****)It's hard for me not to order a.) loaded nachos b.) nachos & queso. There's something about the liquid cheese that makes a man feel like he is a child, sucking on a cheesy baby bottle. Imagine a baby bottle, full of liquid queso, that never gets clogged. O_oAmbiance (****)There is no dine in. There are tables outside, but the clientele can be a bit rough (present company included - I like to get aggressive with my watery cheese.) To Me: Eat your cheese in the privacy of your own home, please. -MeI took one star off because the outdoor microphone is just getting ridiculous now. It doesn't even sound human anymore - and it barely did before.Service (*****)The people here work extremely hard. Pay them and tip them. They're amazing.

Really good street tacos and the jalapeño margarita was on point. The first time I went the young man at the register was just shy of rude. Went back and very polite other workers.

$15 for ONE torta sandwich. Hard pass! That's crazy expensive and it's not that good given the price.

I had no idea this was inside the Bubbly Hall, but I'm very glad we stopped in! Friendly staff who told me all bout the location, the menu and the chef- who did a marvelous job on my chicken gyro by the way. Sauce, a decent amount of chicken, all the toppings and wrapped well enough that if I wanted to walk and eat it I could have with no problem. The prices are good, a solid selection of hummus, falafels, baba ghanoush and anything else you'd expect to find from a Lebanese restaurant. Grape leaves, lentil soup, lamb chops, burgers, wraps and PIZZA!They cater and are available through many of the delivery apps. There is indoor and outdoor seating, LOTS of parking out back.Look for the black and yellow Mr Hummus Grill van. :) Nice place despite the horrible signage and marketing of the Bubble Hall.

Realitivly small menu but every thing is delicious. Their salsas are very good. They also have chips and guacamole or salad you can buy but it's not on the menu.We particularly like their al pastor (pork) with pineapple.

"Wow. I actually made them this Yelp page so I could leave a review, that's how excited I was to come. They've only been open a week, so they get a pass. I got all their fb pics and added my own so you all can go in prepared. Because you want to be ready. Now, Springfield already is graced by a larger than average supply of stellar authentic Mexican restaurants (Guerra's KrazyTaco, Senor Pequin, Tacquiera la Reina, La Condessa, Mariana's Tacos Y Paletas) but this... It's a whole new level. The menu is large, so take your time. They are very nice and welcome all questions. They know this is new. The front half is your general lineup of Mexican favorites. The middle is decidedly more real Mexican with authentic tortas, menudo, and real "street" (and the crunchy American style) tacos in a wide variety of traditional favorites like cabeza, lingua, tripa as well as al pastor, chicken, beef and pork. The second half of the menu though... Adventuring foodies rejoice, you've arrived in seafood nirvana. I'm not going to lie to you can say the seafood offerings are cheap. This is the Midwest, seafood isn't cheap. But you get a whole lot of bang for those bucks. Probs are HUGE!Until now most of this I've only seen on globehopping YouTube videos jealously. Hollowed out pineapples heaped with seafood drowning in creamy savory sauces, covered in chili. Overflowing bowls of seafood, Micheladas, whole grilled fish, crabs, octopus, oh my! I went big and got that pineapple one... pina loca de mariscos. And it was amazing. It arrived on a boogie board sized platter. I'm not kidding, it was at least 24 inches long. The pineapple chunks were piping hot and sweet, the seafood was perfectly done. It was too much to eat. I'm laying in bed typing this because I'm so full. And happy. Very very happy. We have a new place. We will go back often I think, maybe not for the seafood everytime, but first time we had to. Just had to. There's about ten things I'm dying to try next. I'll update this as I go!"
"This truck is unreal. The BEST tacos in Columbus!! The flavor is so amazing. We had the Al pastor, chorizo, pollo tacos, the rice, and beans and chips. the Al pastor tacos were my favorite! The chorizo tacos were also really amazing and flavorful. I would recommend getting the hot salsa with the tacos, the salsa is incredible. Such a great truck!! Will be coming back often."
"Had not been to Cinco Tacos for years and had 3 different owners, but the third owner made it more eclectic with a true Spanish theme with lots of love. I had the 50-50 of chicken and chorizo burrito bowl and it was much better than a regular burrito with being less messy. The owner and staff were very friendly that gave great service. I will be going back to Cinco Tacos soon and can get catering for your office."
"This place knocked it out of the park again! So good! The street corn is phenomenal and the service is prompt and friendly! You need to try the smash burger! I had two on this visit!"
"Super yummy! This truck stopped by a local neighborhood during the pandemic, and it was a real treat! Good tortillas, thoughtful flavor combinations, good quality cheese, and an interesting vegetarian taco option. Small menu, but we all liked what we got. I wouldn't say it's perfectly authentic Mexican like la Poblanita- but it's a good American-fusion type taco stand thats really worth trying out."
"Lengua and pastor tacos were amazing ! Would definitely come again! Service was also great!"
"Best tacos in central Ohio! We drive quite a while to get their food! The people who run it are great!"
"I'm a little conflicted on my feelings about A&R. There were tons of positives to mention about my experience, but there were also some pretty prominent negatives. I'll start with the positives. TL;DR - most everything was fabulous aside from the service/staff.Location - GREAT! Very convenient and within walking distance of several hotels.Decor/Vibes - OMG! I loved how beautiful it was in here. The artwork, the chandeliers, the dinnerware and glasses. Everything was gorgeous!Drinks - I had the Jalapeno Pineapple Marg and it was good!! It was sweet, but the the spice from the jalapeno was a nice balance with the agave and pineapple. My colleague ordered another margarita and thought it was too sweet, which is totally preference. The agave is obviously a sweet addition, so just keep this in mind!Food - Awesome! The tacos are legendary for a reason. The Birria options are especially unique and tasty. My friend got chicken and raved over them! I really enjoyed my "Epic Tacos", too. I got the Gangsta and the Swipe Right. They were HUGE and tasty. I also LOVED the queso and salsa. The salsa was chunky and fresh, unlike any I've ever had. Prices - it's a little pricey, but the portion sizes are large ($8+ for a taco, but I think it was worth it!)Service - I think this is where they fell really flat. Look, I am super easy going and understanding. I still was in this situation, but there were just several little things that added up. It wasn't very busy when we went, but it took about 15 minutes or more to be sat. Our waiter was nice, but several things were forgotten and missed. It could have just been an off day. But overall, the staff just wasn't super friendly or efficient. I'm not sure what was going on, but it was really off putting. All this to say, check out A&R! The food and decor are well worth the trip, but maybe this location or this day was just struggling."
"I could literally sip on their fresh made hot sauces--both red and green--flavorful and spicy in their own ways, but both delicious!Discovered this taco truck up in and around Lewis Center--have enjoyed their Fajita Burrito now twice. All menu items are made to order and the burrito is huge--like a little burrito baby. The inside is piping hot and so good. Fresh ingredients and rolled with love--and that rice inside is tasty. This truck also offers churros and Mexican sodas. You can pay with card or Venmo.Maybe I'll try other menu items someday, but for now I'm obsessed with the burrito and that's all I'm ordering!"
"Wonderful tacos, both Mexican style and Supreme. Great food, low price, super friendly."
"Did take out, but the service was still great. Online ordering is pretty convenient. Had the birria burrito, got to try the birria quesadilla as well. Both were phenomenal. Will definitely go back. Meat was super tender, full of flavor, and the birria sauce was a perfect accompaniment. Also- queso dip is not too spicy so the kids will like that."
"Very impressive. Great food, interesting menu. Mainly carry out. A few bar type seats and a couple of tiny tables. I met a friend here for lunch, so it worked for us, but a group would not work. Service was excellent. Just counter service, but still, friendly and helpful and patient, and they brought our food out, and cleared off our table. We came at 11 AM on a Monday, right after they opened, so it wasn't busy. They have a specials board as you walk in, and they all looked very good. On the other side of the room is the main menu, and it looked good all around. I wanted to get half of the things. My friend got the Monday special, a burger with interesting toppings. He said it was very good, but that the meat got overwhelmed by all of the stuff on top. Cheese, sauce, pickles, several other things. He ended up eating it with a fork. I got one pickled egg to start. You can get six or 12. It was good, but I am glad I didn't get more. It has salami and jalapeno, which added to the flavor, but didn't make it exceptional. Just really good. I got the brisket smash burger sliders. They also have regular brisket sandwiches. Great burgers, great buns, just a few little toppings, so the meat was the star. I got the combo, so it came with a side, and I picked baked beans. OMG. Thick, flavorful, and a big-enough serving. Not spicy, but packed with flavor. I really liked them. There is so much else on the menu I want to try. It is really not near anywhere I go, so I will have to make a special trip, but it will be worth it.Negatives: limited drinks, basically Jones soda in a cooler. Also bottled water and Arnold Palmers, but I think that was it. Very flimsy plasticware. No bathroom, which, well, for old guys can be an issue."
"Blackbird has some of the best wings I've tasted. We had the Alabama white and the garlic. Both sauces are amazing and the wings were cooked perfectly. The service at Woodlands Tavern is top notch. The bartenders are very quick to refill your glass. My wife and I sat on the patio on our visit, which is a really good sized space with ample seating.Woodlands exudes a very relaxed vibe, and if I didn't have plans for the day I could've spent the rest of it here, chillin', sippin', and people watching."
"Good food and not super expensive a Def improvement over some of the local taco trucks and restaurants"
"Kept seeing this when driving across 17th, never had a chance to stop. Made a chance today. 17th is closed for the Quarterhorse Congress, so plan a route using 4th and Summit. Easy access, though, right on the road at the carryout.Friendly owners. A menu with all the usual suspects plus a few. It all looked good; I just went with 2 asada tacos, 2 pastor, and some tostones. Oh, and some horchata when I noticed that (they also have Jarritos I think.)The tacos were very good. Diced, tender, flavorful meat. Fresh veggies. Sauce on the side, plus limes, etc. 4 was plenty. The tostones were perfect. Huge, crispy outside, a little soft inside. Come with a thick, slightly tangy sauce. Yum.The horchata was pretty standard. Rare enough that I get it when I see it.Nice little parking lot. A couple of big tables with umbrellas. Everything you could want for a quick lunch. Tasty. reasonably priced, fast."
"Grove City has a new gem! This authentic little mexican restaurant is fantastic. It's very unassuming on the outside, but nicer than you'd expect inside. I think it's fair to call it a taqueria, the menu is small but everything was top notch, fresh and deliciously spicy. Table service. My wife started with a cute little frozen margarita. It was $4.99 for happy hour. Not sure exactly when happy hour is, but it seems like it may be pretty generous 'cause I think we were there after 6 on a Thursday. I think our server indicated it coverred a decent span of time. The drink was very nicely presented with sugar on the rim (salt was also an option). My wife enjoyed it.We started with chips and queso. The chips were hot, crispy and fresh. Cooked in fresh oil, I would say. The queso was nice, a little bit plain but delicious. But with the sauces, the plainer queso worked. The star was the sauces. I loved the hot red sauce. A little bit creamy, tasty with a kick. My wife was a fan of the green sauce. A little more gardeny, but also with bit of a kick. There was also guacamole sauce, but we're not big guacamole fans. We split the Alambre quesadilla. Very delicious. Bits of steak, onion, peppers and cheese. It came with frijoles charro, a delicious bean soup.I got a grilled chicken taco. I just loved soft corn tortillas, tender soft and melt in your mouth good. The chicken was nicely spiced, not a ton of kick, but there's the sauce for that. All of the flavors of all the dishes were balanced very nicely for a good blend and nice mouth feel. Definitely something special.Things were served with nice fruit or veggies accent on the side like limes and cucumbers. Our server was friendly and efficient. I could tell she was proud to work there. No doubt this was going to be 5 stars for me. Five and a half if I could. It's a fairly new place, I predict great success."
"Solid Mexican restaurant owned by a nice family that has multiple locations. Good service and a great selection of food options for everyone. They have homemade tortillas!"
"I've been wanting to stop by here for a long time. They are stationed in the parking lot. The tacos are all $2 all the time. They have other things on the menu as well. I got the steak and braised beef tacos. The meat was marinated with such good flavor. The steak was chopped very fine so it was over cooked. I wish it wasn't chopped into such small pieces. The food comes in closable containers so you don't have to work about it tipping over in the car. Overall it was good and I'd like to try more from the menu."
"Scratch wagyu burgers, house hot sauces for perfectly cooked wings (and cauliflower wings!), pulled pork on everything and killer fish tacos. Great beer selection and giant TV's everywhere. This place "feels" the most normal with a good packed crowd most weekend nights vs that empty feeling and service staff that know what they're doing and take really good care of you. Play some bingo, let you and your kids scream and cheer on your favorite team and give some love to this local sports bar."
"The food is amazing, fresh served hot .Went for the first time today,I drive a semi and there is parking along the street however it is a very busy street so you got to play frogger but it's worth it..Will be going back to try other food Had the Taquitis Dorado's,Quesabirria and pork taco we split everything not one bad thing to say about any of it.I want to try the whole menu."
"The food was amazing, the service great. Taco truck ambiance but fair prices and delicious salsas. A hidden gem in an otherwise unassuming location.....make sure to take a detour for this amazing food and courteous staff....a ten out of ten time and time again, not a bad thing on the menu."
"Finally got to try La Chapis and so happy we did! We were craving burritos and hadn't yet tried this taco truck in the Vic Village Beer store parking lot (where Junior's taco truck used to be). Both hot burritos - one pastor, one asada. Got both verde and rojo salsas to try. The menu also had something like loaded nachos which is unique - don't think I've seen that offered at other taco trucks nearby! Quick, friendly service and the burritos were seriously so good! Zero complaints and absolutely recommend!! The salsas stood out because both were also a bit different than other trucks' salsas. The verde was flavorful and mild but a creamy salsa. The rojo had a great slightly smoky flavor and a good heat without ruining the flavor. Some of the best salsas I've had in a while. They were refrigerated too which made me happy for food safety's sake. Don't sleep on this taco truck! I def am going to try some other things. Tacos next probably with a side of esquites! Pretty sure I spied churros on the menu too."
"I wanted to only give three stars because I paid over $9 thinking I was getting three tacos not only two. The menu needs to be changed so you know what you want getting. I'm giving it four because I called to complain and the staff was extremely polite and the food was good."
