"The food was excellent. We had the burger and steak, both cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The service was not only friendly but also impressively quick. The restaurant's ambiance added to the overall enjoyable experience."
"We had a great experience! Jordan, our server, was amazinggg. He was right on time with everything, had good recommendations, and anticipated all of our needs. We had our toddler with us and the staff was very accommodating. They even brought out a cut up banana from the kitchen just for him to snack on. The restaurant itself is gorgeous inside. My favorites of the night were the Godfather Sushi roll , the crab cake, and the butter pie (melts in your mouth). Everything from beginning to end was delightful. (Not pictured, but we also had the thick cut bacon, carrot cake and limoncello tiramisu)"

"Excellent portions and one of the best presentations at the table i have experienced. Taste was awesome. Potion sizes were awesome. Great good and great experience!"
"The Top Steakhouse exudes old-school charm with its dimly lit, retro ambiance and classic steakhouse vibe. We opted to dine at the bar, where the environment was intimate and relaxed, perfect for an upscale yet unpretentious meal. The Meal: 4.5/5The 30-day dry-aged sirloin was a standout. Expertly cooked to a perfect medium-rare as requested, the steak had a robust, earthy flavor with a tender yet firm texture characteristic of well-aged beef. The charred crust added a smoky depth, making each bite memorable. While the steak was fantastic, the accompanying sides could have been slightly more creative or adventurous to match the star of the plate.Pairing the meal with a pour of Pappy Van Winkle bourbon elevated the experience. Its rich caramel and vanilla notes, paired with hints of oak and spice, were the perfect complement to the bold flavors of the steak. It's an indulgence that lives up to its legendary reputation.Ambiance: 4/5The dark, moody interior of The Top Steakhouse sets the stage for an intimate dining experience, whether you're seated at a table or at the bar. While the vintage charm is appealing, the lighting may be a bit too dim for some diners, especially those who prefer a more contemporary aesthetic.Service: 5/5The waitstaff were attentive and accommodating without being intrusive. From ensuring our drinks were refreshed promptly to offering thoughtful recommendations, the service was impeccable. Dining at the bar felt like a personalized experience, thanks to the bartender's friendly demeanor and knowledge of the menu.Overall: 4.5/5The Top Steakhouse delivers a high-quality dining experience marked by superb service, an excellent dry-aged sirloin, and the indulgence of a fine bourbon like Pappy Van Winkle. For those seeking a classic steakhouse experience with a touch of nostalgia, this spot is a must-visit."
"We used to go to Hickory House in Reynoldsburg during our childhood and it was amazing! So we needed a place to go for our holiday party and I said hey, let's try the Hickory House in Gahanna. The cocktails were amazing and the food was fantastic! If I had anything to say at all, I would say that the old 20 or 22 ounce Porterhouse is so much thinner now. I would rather pay more money and get a thicker steak. But it was cooked to perfection and delicious. We also had onion straws, which were done perfectly and had lots of other appetizers. Lots of people loved the cheese curds. If you haven't been here in a while, you really should try it out. We all left Happy."
"My godparents wanted to take my husband and I out for a nice dinner since we hadn't seen them in many months. They suggested The City Square Steakhouse. My husband and I had never been, so we were down to try it! The second I saw seafood bisque on the menu, I knew what I was ordering. It's not the easiest to find any form of bisque in Ohio, let alone one with scallops, crab, and lobster. It was perfect. In fact, I am savoring the last bites of my leftovers as I type this. It reheated well! I ordered a salad to accompany the soup and opted for the Bistro Salad- Mixed Greens, Mustard Vinaigrette, Toasted Pistachios, Baked Goat Cheese Crostini. It definitely needed cheese, so I asked for some goat cheese to add. Then it was perfect. My husband got a burger and my godparents got shrimp cocktail, side salads, steak and baked potato. The petite steaks were smaller than we anticipated, but were apparently still good. They give you bread and butter for the table too. My godmother wanted dessert and insisted I get some too. She got creme brulee (which I tried. It was great). I got a special-- cranberry curd on a ginger cookie base with little meringue cookies on top. It was so delish and perfect for this season."
"Went here for my 1st time as my birthday gift with my Daughter and her boyfriend. I only gave 4 stars just because it deserved a 5 but figured I give it benefit of doubt and wonder if it gets better. Make sure you go here hungry! It's all you can eat and we'll it's not cheap but I also generally felt it was semi worth the price because oh my the meat was excellent. And this grilled pineapple they had was incredible too. You can just order salad bar if you want. Here's a few pictures but don't give it justice."
"The restaurant sits right on the river and there is a nice view from the patio. Service was prompt and efficient and staff were very friendly. We ordered the prime rib special and the portions were very generous and the food was cooked perfectly."
"Best Barbecue in Columbus hands down . Service is superb. Price is very reasonable for the portions"
"On short notice they accommodated my party of 10 even when they had a big party so that was cool. I also got their lemon drop and truffle bucatini pasta with lobster. 10/10"
"Siam Hibachi might be the busiest Asian restaurant in Grove City! On a Tuesday night every table in the small dine in area was filled and plenty of take out orders were heading out the door. I would give service 5 stars for sure, but they need and deserve to have a bigger sit down restaurant space. I came for the pho and wasn't disappointed even though this meal isn't a highlight on their large menu. The broth was flavorful and delicious with plenty of garlic and nutmeg flavoring. The steak was more like pot roast which isn't my favorite for pho, but it was still good! There were also meatballs included in the beef pho. I don't think this will be my go to pho restaurant in Columbus, but I'll be back to try more of the menu!"
"This place is no joke. It's straight up a legitimately, very good restaurant. I had the York Filets, an iced tea & a slice of cake. With $3 to leave for the server ( you can opt for cash back to leave at the table), the bill came to just over $31. I don't think it was worth that, but it WAS very good. Steak was cooked the way I wanted & was soft & juicy. I chose Steak Fries w/my dinner & roll (which was so-so) & the fries were decent as well. Only downside was the cake, which was DRY, but edible. The server was acceptable; nothing worth noting. He refilled my tea once. He was available too in case I needed him. The dining room was clean & presenting. Very nice atmosphere. I had a very nice dinner, & I'm sure you would too. Definitely a go-to, 3-star restaurant. Nice, sit-down, quiet, tasty but not a destination place. Still, it's worth trying."

So, stop waiting until you lose ten pounds, until you gain ten pounds, until you have kids, until your kids leave the house, until you start work, until you retire, until you get married, until you get divorced, until Friday night, until Sunday morning, until you get a new car or home, until your car or home is paid off, until spring, until summer, until winter, until your song comes on, until you've had a drink.... there is no better time than right now to be happy.

I had very high expectations and hope for this restaurant as I've never been and have heard it hyped up my entire life. My husband and I finally went for an early Valentine's Day, and I'll have to say it is good, but not worth the price at all. It's very very expensive which you know going in, but I just felt that for the price there are much better steakhouses in Columbus. We ordered the surf and turf special which was $65 for the special and $118 originally, the chicken dish, and lobster Mac and cheese. The chicken was good, the steak and lobster were good but the salad that came with it was amazing, $65 felt very affordable for that dinner, but $118 absolutely not. The lobster Mac and cheese was good, not phenomenal and $45 for a small casserole dish. The restaurant had plenty of parking near and valet but we did not use that. The inside is pretty and what you expect with a fancy restaurant with the moody lighting and rich colors. I was a little surprised because it took almost 30 mins just for someone to come give us menus. I felt like again for the price, the expectation, and how the restaurant was not busy, we should have at least been given menus sooner. I'm glad I went because the experience was good but we likely won't return.

I had been wanting to try this place for some time but hadn't gotten around to it. I am so glad I finally did! We did the hibachi, we really enjoyed everything that we ordered. The miso soup was unlike any miso soup I have had, I usually hate miso soup but this was so good. I ordered the steak and shrimp with fried rice. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were huge. I will be back very soon!

I had a great time at The Top! Our server was so kind and helpful, the wine was amazing, and the food was delicious. I wish the onion rings and whipped potatoes were saltier, but that was nothing I couldn't fix on my own. The steak was phenomenal, and it was an incredible date night.

We were starving after my little one's ballet lessons and I didn't want to cook. I texted my husband to meet us at Hickory House because it was nearby, and I heard great things about it on a FB group. Of course we stopped by the restroom immediately because...Kids. The bathroom was dated, but it was odorless and each surface was clean. There was plenty of soap and paper goods. My husband said the men's bathroom floor was sticky, but I can't vouch for that. We were promptly seated on a Monday night, around 7 PM. There were a total of 8 occupied tables. I only saw one server, Trinity, and she was a doll. The staff was well-groomed with good manners, but the service/ pacing of the meal was off. Our server took our drink order, but not our appetizer order at the same time. Our dinner salads and bread came out after what seemed like forever, but like I said, we were hungry. I would have loved to have the bread while we looked over the menu. I was disappointed the bread and salad came before our appetizer, but I was glad to get SOMETHING. We ordered fried oysters as our appetizer, signature salads with house dressing, filet and rib combo, Porterhouse steak w/ mac & cheese, a kid's menu cheeseburger & fries, and a Hickory's Best cheeseburger with fries. The oysters' crust was delicate without too much batter, but so much sand that my younger daughter lost a loose tooth. I ate two oysters, but after seeing the first sandy oyster wasn't a fluke, I decided to spare myself further discomfort. My kids ate the rest because they clearly weren't offended. The salad was good, as salads go. I wouldn't order house dressing again because it didn't have a lot of flavor. Maybe oil and herbs? There were enough fried noodles and bacon to give the salad some taste. We were done with the appetizer & salads and we felt full. We wanted to pack up and go home, but our entrees arrived just before we lost our patience. The mashed potatoes were lumpy, could use salt, but seemed homemade and not out the box.The portions were heft, and I can't say I feel cheated. I ordered my Porterhouse steak cooked MEDIUM, but it was cooked well done. I struggle with eating steaks cooked that way, so I asked for a box. I don't generally send food back to the kitchen, lest I get the "special sauce". Husband ordered the rib and filet combo with the filet cooked medium well. His steak was cooked well done too. My macaroni and cheese was watery and not fit for a dog, but the presentation was nice enough. The kids liked their burgers and fries. The kids menu burger seemed just as big as the Hickory's Best. Cashing out was efficient; our tab for 2 adults, 1 teen, and one child was $131 +tip.I probably won't try this place again. Too many other places to get a steak that doesn't lay on my stomach like a brick.

Literally the only reason I stop here is for the seafood bisque. I make a point of pulling off the highway everytime Im passing wooster to grab myself a bowl. You should do the same and I promise you that you wont be disappointed. This time I also got the burger, ordered it medium rare and they nailed the temp. It was absolutly delicious.

Dropped by the Tuesday evening of Restaurant Week. Plenty of activity at the sports complexes, and the place was quite busy but very well-managed. Our serve, Jade, was delightfully friendly, fun, and helpful - we'd ask to be in her section again in a heartbeat. Food was excellent - the meats as well as the cold and hot bar items. Well done, Columbus Rodizio Grill! I have a feeling we'll be back before the end of Restaurant Week. As an aside: immeasurably better than TdB; far less pretentious, far better quality, much more lighthearted and friendly. Tremendous kudos to Rodizio Grill for using quality meats, authentic seasonings, and thoughtful preparation instead of relying on MSG-loading and salt-crusting that the 'other' Brazilian steakhouse uses to compensate for lack of quality and rushed preparation. Quality and character triumph over drama and pretentiousness every time.

This place is such a great place to eat and chill. The environment was so inviting and the staff is top notch. The owner was there and he thanked us for stopping in. Great food & great experience. We will be eating there again the next time we're in Zainesville!

"Steve (proprietor) and company are always on point. I appreciate their attention to detail and ability to handle a table of 2 and a table of 12 with the same excellence. I recently attended last week for a retirement party with 11 people. It was on point; drinks were full, and food was fast and great. Looking over my shoulder, at 5:30 on a Wednesday, there were 20 people waiting for a table. Glad we had our reservations -- highly recommend or be ready to sit for up to an hour. On to the food. Caroline Steak is a staple for dinner for me. Tangled O'Rings and garlic butter atop a beautiful Angus beef sirloin. You can't beat it with the fresh green beans and a potato choice. Are you a burger connoisseur? Try the Caroline or Russ Burgers. For $1 more the Russ is hard to beat. And when you order your burger medium, no one panics, because the kitchen staff knows how to not kill meat. I find other places are timid to do anything less than medium well, perhaps because their beef is lower quality. Appetizers? Southwestern Eggrolls are fantastic. Also, crabcakes- shareable and I'm talking real true crabcakes like you would get in New England, not filler garbage. These are true to their name 100%! You'll soon be ordering a second order. Sorry no photos but The Caroline deserves a top spot on your list!"
"Can you say "muy ocupada los fines de semana?" Very busy on the weekend!!! Our waiter was nice and hooked us up with a free birthday treat. Other than that, he was super busy with other tables and not around-which was fine since we were ok with our food and drinks the entire meal. Nina got a free fried ice cream and they sang happy birthday, which was super nice. Food was exactly what you would expect at Americanized Mexican restaurants, very good, not great. Decor was pretty much the same festive style as well. As this was the closest restaurant to our hotel, the first night it made sense to walk and eat here. I would recommend doing the same if you're staying close by. PS. they have happy hour until 8 but the drinks are only about 50 cents off."
"One of my favorite spots to go for happy hour. The service, drinks and food are great. They have a private parking lot so that's easy. In the spring, summer and fall they have a wood burning fireplace with outdoor seating. That's a nice place to enjoy the evening.Today I opted for the Exotic Mojito and my fav, the surf and turf. Perfect portion for me. I love that they remove the entire shell from the shrimp, even the tail so you don't miss out on any bites. The chimichurri on the steak was great.Much thanks to the three people in the bar area for providing great service and getting everyone taken care of."
"I visit Akron often to hang with my brother. He picked this place because it is a go to for a neural friend. She is vegetarian and gets the veggie past dish - huge portions! Huge! So let's go...Prices are decent for the portion sizes, come on they are huge. Pasta, ribs and chicken dishes are the winners. The side veggie egg rolls not so much. Don't order them if you are expecting $15 egg rolls because that is not what you will get. The bread is fresh and warm, so good! The oil dipping sauce is tasty as well. The service was great, very attentive. The mixed cocktails were excellent. When you think golf course, you have to remember this is Akron and this place is on the edge of a neighborhood. It was nice enough for the enjoyable dinner we had for decent prices. Again the service was on point and the cocktails rocked. Bonus for having vegetarian options. I look forward to returning and enjoying the patio that over looks the golf course. They also set up a few weekly events so be prepared to see an artist preform on a random night."
"Contrary to the majority of the reviews on cazuelas, I found the dining experience here to be well above average. We were served promptly, the staff is super friendly, and the margaritas are excellent! If you're checking out a film at gateway, or you just happen to be in the area this restaurant is worth a stop."
"A very good experience. Started off a little shaky; somehow our Saturday reservation, made through the website, was for 6:30 am, not pm. The manager, Dave, quickly handled the situation and it was all good from there.Everything we had was delicious. My wife's filet was cooked to perfection and my peppercorn crusted strip steak was very flavorful. All of the side dishes were excellent as well, especially the Cowboy potatoes. Our waitress was very attentive & efficient. Dave came by several times and really added to the whole experience; a true professional who set a great example of customer service to the young staff. We came because we had a gift certificate that was burning a hole in my wallet, but we will definitely be back!"
"Our family likes going to hibachi for special celebrations and we found ourselves at House of Japan for my brother's birthday last evening. All entrees include the mushroom soup, bacon salad and a shrimp appetizers. The chefs provide an interactive show but unfortunately due to their insurance they can no longer do the flamin' onion volcanoes. It still is fun to watch despite! Food is delicious and always huge portions with enough to take home. If you get any type of seafood make sure to get the egg yolk sauce--it's like hollandaise--and super yum. Prepare yourself for a pricey bill but for a special occasion it's worth it!"
"Absolutely loved Fusion Steakhouse! The service was absolutely incredible! The ambiance was nice. We sat in the private seating area and loved it. The food exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be back when we're in the area!"
"Best soba noodles and srimp topora. The service is so nice this one lady always service me is just the sweetest."
"I had an absolutely random experience here with friends, but it was fun!We were in the area with the goal of dining at a different restaurant nearby. Unfortunately we didn't have a reservation and the wait was going to be about an hour. Instead of sticking around, we whipped open our Yelp apps and found this Japanese steakhouse across the street. Their Yelp rating wasn't bad and it had been forever since any of us had been to a Japanese steakhouse so we headed there ASAP. We arrived, were greeted right away, and taken back to a table immediately. Our waters were out in an instant and I also ordered a plum wine, my guilty pleasure when dining in this environment. As for food, I ordered the shrimp Hibachi which also came with soup, salad, and two shrimps as an appetizer. As we waited for our chef to get ready, our table filled up to just the right amount of people. While our table was more on the quiet side, we made the most of it and our chef read the room (well, table, lol), really well. He didn't do much of the fun jazzy stuff you expect from a Japanese steakhouse but it was fine. I pretty much ate every bite of everything that was placed in front of me. I was really hungry, but more importantly, it was good eats. Fun fact: They also have sushi on the menu. My friend ordered a roll and enjoyed it. They also have pretty darn good lunch specials."
"The server was kind and friendly. The cook at our table was amazing with the kids. The food was good. The prices are high, which reflects why the place is always dead. The ambiance was the same as it's been for years. The bathrooms could use a nice cleaning. Overall it's a nice experience for the kids once a year."
"Great great place.Food was absolutely amazing.Wine was great too.Service was great and barmaid was very sweet. Provided us with insight on the menu and some great choices.Big bill but worth it."
"This place is excellent, outstanding service, outstanding food, outstanding atmosphere, always some nice locals to chat with over a beer as well, highly recommended!"
"El vaquero is many Mexican restaurants around Columbus. Stopped in a for bite to eat and service was very quick and nice. Our food came out hot and delicious. Plenty of seating, happy hour ends at 8pm which is amazing. Things were clean and ready for the next person."
"Take out in Dec. Everything was good. Seaweed salad was the same taste as most places that offer it which I like. This comes on a tiny bit of shredded lettuce, I think slivers of cucumber is better but this is still good. I liked the Mercedes-Benz Roll better than the Empire State of Mind Roll but both good. You can order online."
"Great steak!!! In town alone, sat at the bar, service was great and the food was presented well and tasted delicious."
"Absolutely delicious and really reasonable prices! The portions are huge so come hungry! There's a good selection of appetizers and drinks available in addition to the hibachi. We came with a very large group for a birthday party, I think there were at least 20 of us. We were taken care of quickly and there was no problem with doing multiple checks."
"The food was amazing. I had fish, and it was plentiful. The fried pickles were good, although a few pieces had a little doughy batter. The beers were cold and delicious. Cool place to hang out on the patio and enjoy the good weather. The staff was friendly and the service was quick enough to not take all night."
"Amazing experience! I loved this place so much I wanted to keep it a secret. Wise Guys is an absolute gem. I came here from Tampa, FL visiting relatives and was astounded at the experience at this restaurant. With an old world speakeasy kind of feel, this was the most welcoming establishment I have ever visited. I had the crab cakes, second wedding soup, and the nightly special of pho. This was THE BEST FOOD I have eaten in years, and I also was treated to wonderful conversation. The owner even came to our table to ensure we were satisfied. I would recommend this establishment to anyone-its the perfect place for date night and long conversations. Will definitely return!"
"Came here for my birthday a few weeks back. The short ribs were phenomenal. My parents both ordered steaks and they were also excellent. Came on a Thursday without a reservation and we were seated immediately. Great atmosphere too! Can't wait to come back!"
"Unlimited parking. Japanese Steakhouses all have a similar form and menu. The ambiance here is understated. The biggest difference and a plus was the lack of the giant, noisy exhaust hoods over the flat cooking surface. The chef did the normal routine of skilled food manipulation and flames. He did try twice to throw rice from the spatula into my mouth, unsuccessfully. He did hit my head each time and it was all in fun. I had chicken and scallops with fried rice. Everything was plentiful, tasty, and stove hot. The meal started with a clear soup, and a salad. The scallops had an egg yoke sauce option which I accepted. They have a full bar and specialty drinks. The staff generally spoke better English than many similar restaurants. If you have someone who's never been to a Japanese Steakhouse, especially kids, this is a satisfying introduction. Nothing extraordinary but clean, well staffed, good quantities of freshly prepared foods in front of you with skill and levity."
"Always a great meal/ steak with awesome blueberry martinis ! Every one is friendly. The restaurant may not look like it from the outside , but the awesome food speaks for itself !"
"My wife and I needed a getaway! For a change we opted to sit at the bar. The bartender did not seem fully at ease, and I must say I never recalled anyone eating at the bar during our previous visits. That said, it was still a good overall experience! We started with adult beverages, a Manhattan for me and a Whisky Sour for my wife. Sitting at the bar, it's nice to watch the preparation. My wife really enjoyed her beverage and mine was pretty good. I only needed to remind the bartender to add bitters to my Manhattan. Unfortunately they did not have Angostura Bitters, only Orange. Oh well. We did not order any appetizers. My wife decided on their Chicken Strips with a Spinach Salad and Curled French Fries while I opted for their Fried Shrimp and Scallops, Rice Pilaf, and French Onion Soup. The soup was served along with my wife's salad. I thought the soup was very delicious! My wife's salad was fresh and the warm bacon dressing flavorful. Our main courses came out after we were finished with the firsts. My wife's chicken strips had a light cornmeal breading and the fries were really thick. My scallops and shrimp were fairly large with the same cornmeal breading. Very delicious! Overall a pretty good visit. We arrived about 1645 and departed about an hour later without seeing anyone else come in?"
