"Huong's has been my favorite Vietnamese spot for a very long time. I have been coming here since 2015 and it's been just as amazing every single time. They staff are friendly, the restaurant itself is quint but ideal for just cozying in and enjoying your food. They have a large menu and there is truly something for everyone. It was my husbands first time trying my Vietnamese so we ordered regular spring rolls with shrimp, spring rolls without shrimp, beef pho, tofu bahn mi, and the pork and rice dish. We finished with an iced Vietnamese coffee. Everything was so amazing but truly I think their pho is the best in Columbus. It's full of flavor and depth and perfect for the winter time. I will of course be back hopefully soon"

We had crab cakes (lump-style, very good!), smothered chicken (mushrooms/cheese) & their special salmon which was very yummy! Food is home cooked & comforting. The place has been there since the 1800s and the decorations are so fun! Our waiter said his family has owned the place all his life and he still finds things he's never seen before. Go! Have fun!"

"An adorable place filled with evidence of history. History of architecture, decor, menu and importance. The sidewalk seating was picturesque and relatively cool on a very hot summer evening. We opted-out from inside dining ... the seated clientele felt territorial almost, like it was "their" dining spot and we were exposed as tourists. The staff is very properly uniformed and well trained though, in our case, still green. We were not offered bread as the other tables were and my request for a second glass of wine went unanswered for so long I finally canceled it and asked for the check instead. Trip to the restroom was interesting... nice decor once inside but the hall was quite cluttered with boxes and equipment and felt dingy. The food was okay. Three out of four dishes were labeled as such and I had two apps both very simple and easy to prepare, each however, felt lacking in one way or another. Prices were appropriate, thankfully, and all in all it was a nice experience but we felt an overwhelming sense that the potential wow remained deliberately hidden."

"Pho Bar new Vietnamese restaurant in Wooster. Lover of Pho, I had to try it. Ordered their Eye of Round Pho to go. Tasted the broth before assembling the soup. It was very good. They cooked the beef. I prefer it raw and cooking it in the hot broth. I really enjoyed the finished product. The service was excellent. A lot of people were coming in for lunch. This is a much needed Asian restaurant addition to Wooster. I look forward to trying other items soon."

"I've spotted this restaurant a lot whenever I'm next door at Sunrise getting groceries so I tried it one day for lunch.I got the salt and pepper chicken, sesame noodles, and the lunch portion vegetable fried rice. Delicious! It lasted me a few meals.Everything was flavorful. The sesame noodles weren't spicy, although it had a chili pepper next to it on the menu. The salt and pepper chicken had jalapeños which gave them a nice kick!I would definitely order more items from the menu. Lots of good stuff!A good handful of tables in here as well. But they seem to get a mix of people dining in and getting takeout."

"Hello fellow, foodies!I know Dakshin has been around for a while, but I recently discovered them a couple months ago, and I've been here twice.The first time I was here I ate outside and it was such a lovely day to do so, so I didn't get to spend much time inside.For this review, I ate inside, and I can tell you that the place is just very beautifully decorated. it has more of a darker ambience to it, and the music is not too loud but there is that wonderful Indian feel to it.They have jars with spices that line the wall and a nice bar that you can go to and have a couple drinks if you would prefer.Both times that I've been here, we were served by the same woman, and she is the sweetest thing. She reminds me of the mother figure who makes sure you're eating enough. She's such a gracious hostess. We ordered from their lunch menu and we were greeted with these small morsels of a verity of different foods: the main dish being what we ordered. I couldn't tell you want anything was but I LOVED that! When I was in the Middle East, they did this same thing so it's a little nostalgic for me.I don't think there was a single thing I didn't like. I also like the fact you get to choose your protein selection. I chose goat and it was fabulous.If you've never had goat, I recommend trying it here. It was cook so well. Mild flavor that took on the Butter Masala dish and it left me wanting more.Come and check this place out the next time you're feeling adventurous."

It was wonderful, they certainly didn't skimp on the meat or veggies and there were plenty of banana peppers to give it that good flavor, the lettuce tomato and onion were all very fresh and it was finished with a good mayo (Duke's?).My wife had the chicken tenders and a side salad. The chicken was very lightly breaded but had a very good fried chicken flavor. It is awesome watching this deli grow into a "go to" place as it evolves into something great. As far as portions, I had trouble finishing my sub and my lady has leftovers. Well done, I am so impressed!"

Would be a great place after a round of golf or to meet up after work. Tried the walleye and the burger. The walleye was really good and really big. Could not finish it. Watch out for the jalapeños!The burger looked really tasty with the truffle fries as the side. Apologies that I can't remember the really nice lady that helped us. One of which I'm told is the owner who mainly cooks.I was told if I wanted the experience, to get the Benjy-boy-girl, so I did. This looks like a gluttonous slop fest on paper, but oh no, it was delicious. I felt my head pounding as the salt load hit my blood from that and the fresh hot fries. That with a cold draught beer and I was was in my happy place.If you want some cheap delicious food that will fill you up so much you can actually feel the gravitational pull from your stomach affecting other patrons in the restaurant, you've found your place in Newark."

The tortilla were not special. Crispy and thin. I think salt was needed. Hubs ordered #41 burritos tipicos. He requested 2 chicken burritos. (One chicken and one beef was standard on the menu)Inside the burritos was Shredded chicken, grilled bell pepper and onions. The burritos were topped with cheese sauce and served with a guacamole salad and refried beans. My husband said the burritos were delicious! The refried beans were topped with cheese and very creamy. Delicious!The star of the show was my order #50 Molcajete. This $20 entree was the most expensive item on the menu and WORTH every penny!Molcajete is simply a large black stone bowl. Inside there was 3 large pieces of tilapia, lotsa steak, chicken and shrimp. Green bell pepper and slices of onion are swimming in fajita sauce with all of that meat. Amazing!On the side a large plate of refried beans, rice and guacamole salad plus tortillas were served. This is a large meal! Plan to bring half home, especially if you enjoy the chips and salsa appetizer! Mi Sombrero offered 2 Mexican beers on tap plus a mini fridge full of beers. Service was friendly and efficient. We will return and definately recommend supporting this newer restaurant in Plain City."

"I've had Chinese food in Hong Kong, Japan's "Chinatown" (in Yokohama), San Francisco's Chinatown -- and various places in-between. A vast majority of them were disappointing. Much to my surprise, Super Wok was not -- I love this place!It doesn't look like much. You walk in and there is a counter -- and you can see the cooks of the family-owned business hard at work over the stoves beyond it. The menu is on the wall, with large photos of many dishes.There are also paper menus on the counter.I've never seen anyone eating inside the dining room -- but it is a large space. Not fancy. But clean. I understand they have buffets here at lunch but I've only visited evenings. There are always people seated in front waiting for their orders -- this place is busy.EVERYTHING is very good! All of the ingredients are fresh. And the portions are HUGE. This restaurant is much better than many Chinese restaurants I've been to in San Francisco. I am amazed (and lucky) to have it so close to home here in Ohio."

"I recently tried Evowok after doom scrolling on DoorDash to figure out what to order for lunch. I checked out the reviews here and decided I'd give it a go.Y'all. I was not disappointed. The food was delicious. I opted for a lo mein base, chicken, several of the veggies, and sriracha chili sauce. For starters, it came super fast, and piping hot. The lo mein was good and so was the chicken. The veggies were FRESH, love that. The sauce was saucing. I would have to say the portion to price ratio is spot on, for me it was enough to have 2 meals. This meal was definitely very clean, it didn't leave me feeling weighed down and greasy as some other similar style cuisine spots do. Next time I'll be visiting in person to get the full experience."

It's a bit out of the way though being close to Powell when I'm all the way down in Grandview, so it took some convincing to finally get up here.This is your standard sports bar in a tiny strip mall, but it has a great TV situation for watching games. They had every NFL game on when we were there this past Sunday. There was a big crowd there, but we were able to get a table right away. Our server was super nice and very quick as well considering she was waiting on all the tables there.On Sundays, you can get 20 wings for $11 which is a pretty awesome deal, so my friend and I both got that. The wings themselves were pretty good, very crunchy and tender on the inside. One complaint I had was that the wings had a bit of an odd flavor to them that I think had something to do with the fryer. Either they were taking on flavor from other things or the grease might have been old. Also, I wasn't a huge fan of the sauces. The 911 isn't hot whatsoever, and the other sauces that we had, Parmesan garlic and hot garlic were a little too bland. I ordered a side of the hot sauce, and I think it was just Frank's Red Hot. Our other friend had BBQ boneless wings and really liked them.We didn't get to try anything else other than the waffle fries, and those were crunchy and tasty. They have great beer specials, $6 pitches on Sundays. Mondays offer $.50 wings and $3 32 oz drafts. they have plenty of other specials throughout the week, like a taco Tuesday, but I can't remember the others.Honestly, if the wings flavors I had were a bit better, I'd be back up this way, and if it was closer, I'd probably be there plenty. The long drive is keeping me from coming back, but if I'm ever up by Smoky Row, I would definitely stop in and maybe try some of the other sauces. The atmosphere and service was great too, so if you're on the North side and haven't been, it's definitely a great place to grab some good bar food."

"The kabobs here were perfectly cooked! I have eaten many kabobs made Persian style and they have been dry and have little flavor. Not these! These were the juiciest and most succulent flavor Persian style kabobs I have ever had! I also asked for the kabobs to be "spicy" - but no worries because they were not "spicy hot", they were certainly an explosion of perfect beef flavor! My friend ate the lamb chops and he commented they were absolutely delicious! This was the first time I have ever eaten Mirza Ghasemi: a dish of mashed up grilled eggplant, eggs, garlic and grilled onion. It is traditionally eaten with bread. At first it tasted like baba ghanouj- a traditional Levant dish made of grilled eggplant - but taking a second bite made my senses realize that this masterpiece is eggplant on FLAME! It was beautifully smoky and wonderfully spiced. It is an elevated baba ghanouj that I wish my arab forefathers would have adopted in their own culture. Mad props to the Persians for this exquisite flavored recipe! I should note the dish does not look appetizing, but looks are certainly deceiving with this dish. The service was spot on and we received refills and service timely!I'll be back here next time I'm in Columbus and I hope foodies of Columbus find this gem!"

He has one child and a Golden Retriever named Rex.He chose the Mohawk Restaurant because we often came here forbrewswhile living off campus. The restaurant dates back to the 1920's and is reflected in the ambiance. Brick walls, dark wood flooring, historic photos on the wall and an antique bar.As for the food, I ordered the Mother Mohawk (grilled roast beef, homemade chicken salad with swiss cheese on marbled bread). They offer a unique mustard with caraway horseradish sauce) $13.95. It paired well with a local brew they called CBC Bodhi $5.75. One brew often follows another.The service was sufficiently speedy considering the number of tables inside and outside she needed to attend to. She appreciated the tip. My childhood friend ordered the Bratwurst sandwich also $13.95. There is only street parking in the German Village."

"I am a salad lover so When I heard about this place at a Work Meeting, I knew I had to try it! The food is fresh and from the farm- by the way LOVING that you source from Fulton Farms- and you can make your own salad kind of like you make your own burrito at Chipotle. They also have wraps and quesadillas with the same ingredients available. I do wish they had different drink selections and that they were obvious. As a first timer, I wasn't sure where to see a list of drinks available and it looked like you had to have some of the 'premium' drinks in hand before you ordered. It was busy because of lunch hour and loud. I asked some questions but couldn't really hear the answers. I think they assumed I had been there before. One negative, I am a regular fan of salads, so I would get the dressing on the side next time. It was WAY too much. It's nice they toss it for you, but I didn't like how much was on it and it negatively affected my experience for sure."

I've been going here for a little over a year and I've had everything from orange/ General Tso's chicken, shrimp foo young, chicken/shrimp fried rice, minced chicken, curry shrimp and shrimp with broccoli ( and there is more). Everything I've eaten here has been excellent and I keep trying new dishes. I always start with the hot n sour soup and then depending on hunger, I may opt for the minced chicken wraps. I love this place, and the service is great. I may be greedy at times, but that's because the food is great. The location is in a strip mall down towards the end where DMV and driving school is located . Trust me you will not be disappointed. The staff is so nice and I always look forward to seeing the young gentleman who remembers me and my family. Love it, you will also!"
