"Unassuming little spot tucked in the corner of the complex but has 4.5 stars and I'm a sucker for Mediterranean food so had to stop in. It's a unique concept where you pick a "base" of either pita, salad or hummus and then add protein, toppings, heat level (or not) and sauce. I picked hummus base with chicken swarma and all the toppings, house sauce and comes with pita. It was built quickly by staff and came out as a FULL to go box worth of food. Wildly delicious and a monster amount of food for the price. I loved it especially the house sauce."

"This is a very unassuming restaurant in a sort of industrial part of Worthington. Definitely a sort of hole in the wall, easy to miss place but def worth the drive and find! The owner was super friendly and recognized us as first timers. He provided a quick run down of the special of the day.I ordered the combo number 1 which is a gyro pita with fries and a drink. We also got the trio dip which had hummus, spicy feta, and eggplant. All the food was really good and came out really fast. The pita on the gyro and for the dips was so soft and fluffy with a nice crisp to it as well. The fries were also great dipped in the various dips. The owner actually came out and gave us a free brownie dessert with ice cream to welcome us, which was a super nice gesture.Definitely a great little Greek restaurant with amazing food and service! They also do delivery so if its too middle of nowhere for you, get some delivery!"

"A big part of my five stars comes down to the service. Our server could tell I knew a bit about the Greek world from how I ordered, and then we were off to the races. He gave us recommendations, he taught us a bit of Greek, he told us about where his ancestors had lived in Anatolia, and he invited us to the Greek festival. I don't often rate a restaurant highly because of the service, but this service was incredibly friendly and made me feel like family.The food was also great! We started with kopanisti (spicy cheese), followed by the souvlaki bowl and moussaka for mains. The highlight was the moussaka in all of its creamy, delightful bechamel goodness. The souvlaki bowl wasn't bad but a little underwhelming -- if they asked me for recommendations, I could punch up the flavors! Needs more vegetables and herbs. But all in all, a great meal and I'll happily come back again."

"I visited with a large group in town for Origins Game Fair. Our organizer said this was a great restaurant that he returned to every year, and having been there, I see why. The building is beautiful, the service great, and the food about the best Greek food I have ever had. I ordered the Dolmades. The grape leaves were stuffed with ground lamb and beef, and wow, the seasoning was great. I especially loved the lemon sauce over the top. "I came to Taste of Jerusalem for their lunch, and upon entering the building, all of the seats were taken! After trying the food, I see why, lolI ordered the Mixed Grill Kabbab which come with one skewer of  chicken kabbab, one skewer of kufftah kabbab, one skewer of beef fillet, hummus, rice, pickle, and red cabbage, and a side of falafels. I thought since this was my first time here, the mixed grilled kebabs would give me a sample of the main ingredients on their menu. Everything tasted so good! The meat was seasoned and cooked well, the rice was delicious, and the hummus and pita bread tasted so well together. I started dipping my kabbabs into the hummus and couldn't stop until all of the kabbabs were gone.The three gentlemen in the kitchen were very nice and helpful with giving recommendations on their menu. I really enjoyed my lunch here and can't wait to try Taste of Jerusalem again! Highly recommend them!"

The dishes came with potatoes and they were also delicious. My favorite was the lemon chicken soup. There used to be a restaurant called Fisherman's Wharf on the North side that had the best lemon chicken soup I ever had and I haven't found any to compare in over 20 years...until now. Next time I will order a bowl instead of a cup and an extra one for lunch the next day. It was the perfect consistency, thicker but no gloppy, with shreds of chicken, ,orzo pasta and a savory/tart lemon flavor. I am wishing I had some more right now, I will dream about this soup! The prices are also very reasonable with lunch and dinner prices available.Definitely adding this one to our permanent rotation!"

"Great food and a fun spot! Tried Koble for the first time and was impressed. I wasn't sure what to expect but was met with a wide array of food options and a casual environment that was easy to have dinner at but would also be fun to grab a drink at! Uptown has convenient parking with several lots, and is very walkable! The DORA also makes it fun to explore, especially on a summer night. Koble is a grab a table and order at the counter option (which is not the vibe I would have immediately expected) but nicer than most restaurants this style and the waiters still bring you your food! They have a large bar and menu with food options to please everyone. I was very pleased with my Greek salad - I forgot to take a picture before I started but tons of toppings, an appropriate amount of dressing (though you can always get it on the side), and a delicious warm pita! Overall a great dinner spot uptown!"

"I know this has been here for a few years at least but I only recently decided to stop in when I needed a meat-free quick bite. My first order was the falafel on the rice and lentils. Not only was the falafel probably one of the best ones I've ever hard, but something in that bowl was practically magical. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, the garlicy house sauce maybe? The sauce with the banana peppers? Something in the lentils? I don't know maybe it was the perfect harmony created by all the ingredients together but I was over the moon with that dinner. I've also tried the chicken shawarma and gyro which was just as delicious. Eating in was great because I love when casual dining places have a few flavors of iced teas, lemonades and fruity drinks. I got to mess around with flavors to make a really yummy iced tea.Service here is friendly, the cafe always seems impeccably clean. I find myself always craving a bowl here!"

And I got their Lamb Schwarma platter to go for another meal. The woman that owns Go Go with her husband was very friendly! I was a bit concerned as I sat down to wait on my meal - I forgot to sample a few of their sauces (which are made in-house every morning!), but was glad I went with the suggested gyro sauce - garlicky, smooth, rich flavor; tasty as fluff. I picked their Classic Gryo because I wanted the feta cheese, but asked to leave off the banana peppers. It was so so soooooo good. The pita was warmed. The meat was tender and juicy, and there was a ton of it. The sauce was the perfect compliment. The side of fries were hot fresh outta the basket. They could have used some more seasoning, but I'm not complaining. I got the Gyro & Rice entree to go, and managed to forget to take a picture. It was just as good as the sandwich. The seasoned meat and rice were wonderful. I also used their sauces on this dish, and itwas an added bonus. I'd FOR SURE get this dish, should I not be feeling the pita bread that accompanies the gyro meat. I can't wait to get back to GGG! I wish I worked closer, I'd be there much, much more."

"I just visited Greek Star for the second time (the first being takeout) and once again, I was fully satisfied.  Having grown up with a best friend whose parents were from Greece, I've enjoyed many authentic meals throughout my teen years.  The problem with that being you can't find good food in half of these restaurants.Being a fan of gyros, I have been told that shawarma was very close, but primarily a Middle Eastern dish, so I gave it a shot.The first time I had the lamb and beef, which was absolutely amazing!  Seasoned incredibly well with great texture (I had a tough spot or two, but nothing to complain about).  Sadly, I was eating while driving and spent more time licking the dripping sauce off of my forearm than I did chewing!  That's my own fault for treating it like a burrito.Today, I sat in the restaurant and had the chicken shawarma.  Let me tell you, this was better than the lamb and beef imho.  The chicken was prepared perfectly, the vegetables were fresh and mildly crunchy, the bread was firm and tasty and like before, the texture was amazing with each slow chew.  It was saucy, like before (I didn't think to ask what kind of sauce it was), but at least I could handle it with two hands and eat it at the appropriate angle.What I really enjoyed about it was the aftertaste.  It was like the inverse of the pain of stubbing your toe, a millisecond after the act.  Once the food passed down, you got a reprise of that great flavor that stayed with you.  The only hearbreak was drinking my strawberry lemonade after, washing it down.  By the way, I'm big on a drink flavor that compliments the main dish.  As far as non-alcoholic beverages go, strawberry lemonade is a winner (I don't drink, so you'll have to figure out what else goes good with it).Definitely a must if you're looking for something new..."

"My wife and I decided to meet friends and go to Eat Greek 275 E. Main Street, West Jefferson, Ohio. Although we'd never been to this location, we knew the reputation of Eat Greek in Polaris. We weren't sure what to expect regarding safety precautions in place for diners at this location. We're they open for fining inside, was it just outside dining or only pick up and delivery. When we arrived, we noticed that it was a small restaurant, but people were wearing masks as they entered. We saw our friends who were already inside so we donned our own masks and went inside. We were warmly greeted by Rima, who we later learned was Chef Philip's wife who took the orders at a cash register behind a plexiglass screen. I already had a pretty good idea what I wanted to eat, but Rima showed us the menu on the board - no handout menu available as a safety measure. Unfortunately, I was told that the restaurant did not have a license to create an open fire, for such delicious pan-fried cheese specialties as Saganaki, served flambé style tableside. So, I dispensed with an appetizer and went straight to the entré. I ordered lamb kabab, which was served without the skewer, the food was pushed onto a paper plate. Ok. I can live with that. The food was good! The lamb was seasoned and cooked perfectly; savory, tender, juicy pieces of aromatic and delicious lamb seemed to melt in my mouth. The onions, carrots, and bell pepper were flavorful and complimented the lamb very nicely. This a small restaurant in West Jefferson, Ohio. It was clean and attention was paid to all of the CDC safety guidelines as well as customers coming into the restaurant. We used out Yelp incentive to get some baklava and bought extra to take with us. This delicious, gooey confection of rich chocolate and walnuts and phyllo pastry lavishly soaked in honey is not to be missed. No exception here at all. Will I be back? Yes. Chef Philip and his wife, Rima we're very personable, polite and helpful to us all and provide wonderful food. We'd like to encourage them as a small business during these tough times. We'll be back."

"EXCELLENT lamb gyro AND side dishes! I'm 100% hooked and will gladly spend my money here! One of the two brothers who own/run their food stall was great to chat with while the other brother was dominating the stove. By the way, hot off the grill was no joke - my food was delicious and very flavorful because it was cooked to order. For a time, back when they opened, this stall use to serve tagine plates on the weekend (only), but that has since been removed - sad face. I was delighted that ToG's side dishes we tried were just as much stars of the show as their lamb gyros! Their Brussels side was very lightly seasoned, the sprouts were sauteed with a flavorful oil, and I've never seen sprouts sauteed with sliced green grapes! I patently hate sprout dishes that tout all kinds of toppings that brutally mask the flavor of the healthy veggie tag; this side dish is officially the best sprouts dish I've ever had. I got the side dish to share with my mother, but ended up getting a serving of my own, since I was hooked. Same high marks for their Zaalouk side, too. The flavors were incredible: not too much of anything, just plain flavorful! The accompanying pita triangles were an afterthought, as that eggplant/stewed tomatoes/garlic/cilatro getup deserved its own spotlight. On my gyro, I forgot to ask for lite sauce, but it wasn't bad at all; I could easily taste the components wrapped in the fresh, soft pita bread. The meat was so good, and plenty shavings to fill the pita, too. I easily got my money's worth of shaved protein. Since opening The East Market has been a mixed bag of food stall offerings, so I'm really glad I finally tried ToG. I'm sure I'll be back by next time I'm in the area. Shoot, I'd go out of my way for those two side dishes any day."

I didn't catch anyone's names so I'll describe them I saw a young tall black guy walk from behind the counter to open the door for two elderly women walking into the restaurant. He checked us out at the register and I forgot to add drink onto the tab, he just gave them to us on the house! So considerate. The guy who helped us was white with shaggy brown hair, and all of his suggestions were spot on! He recommended some chicken and completely changed our minds. While parking can be a pain in the butt, I was lucky enough to find a spot right out front on the day that I decided to visit. There was even leftover time on the parking meter from the car before me... was it meant to be?! The universe seemed to think so, yes. I got there right after what I have to imagine is the lunch rush. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon and while the place was full of people enjoying their meal, there was no line to order. I jumped right in and after telling the staff that it was my first time in, they helped me build my meal. It's sort of like a Greek Chiptole. Get in line, pick your items, pay at the end. Easy peasy. I went with a salad and their power greens option with falafel. The power greens included kale, romaine, spinach, chards, and cabbage. As for sauces, I went with the tzatziki and the roasted red pepper hummus (both great choices). Now, on to all the yummy veggies! Tomato, cucumber, and onion are always a great way to go. While they had a ton more, I kept things simple this time around. As for the dressing, I went with the lemon tahini. My salad was delicious, and I was very pleased with falafel. I ate almost the entire thing and it was a good portion size. I also got an order of Greek fries and it was enormous. I only finished about half and I reheated the leftovers the next day. Overall, I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Fresh, healthy food options and friendly service. You can't go wrong."

Come in, order and pay at the counter, take your number and wait for it to be called. Fast, friendly service at the counter. I chose the Gyro Platter: Gyro meat and pita bread, small side salad, small cup of soup, hummus, tadziki dipping sauce. I asked the gentleman, in his opinion, which soup I should pick - their spinach soup or lentil soup. He suggested the spinach, so that was that. Reminiscent of tomato soup. But still had big globs of spinach and onion. Very good flavor. The entire, and I seriously mean entire, rest of the offers where delicious! Pita bread was warm and fresh. The hummus was just the right subtle amount of garlic mixed in. The splash of dressing (hints of lemon?) I the small salad, which was covered with ripe chunks of tomato, clean sed the pallet. I could have licked the tadziki sauce of my fingers, it was that scrumptious, not overbearing. The meat was just another giant gumdrop on the buttercream iced cake. Juicy. Oh, and did I mention succulent. I hardly had to chew to break down the protein, that's how moist and tender it was. That platter was so filling, I took half of it home. Oh, almost forgot! Since I'm a sucker for tiramisu desserts, I couldn't resist, when I saw it on KG's menu. Excellent decision!! Light, creamy hints of espresso, not overladen with rum. If I were a spider, I'd totally give that sucker six thumbs up!"
