"Very old fashioned, old school doughnut shop. You don't see these places anymore except in small towns out in the middle of nowhere.These doughnuts remind me of how they used to be made.The shop is open really early and doesn't stay open too long. If you want the best selection you'd better get there early as they sell out of certain ones rather quickly. It's a small, old ranch house in Marysville. There are a few parking spots and also a drive thru.When you open the door you are instantly transported back in time about 50 years. It smells so wonderful in here.It's a bit pricey for the small doughnuts, but I would say it's worth splurging once in awhile for a classic old fashioned doughnut."

"They've moved to a new location in Clintonville in a former candy store. The inside is entirely redone. Most of the space is taken up by the kitchen and display. They do have two high top tables with stools for sitting and looking out the window. I bet they get a lot of foot traffic in Saturday mornings when the farmers market is open. Free street parking is available. Today I got the maple with bacon, butterscotch and smoked sea salt, and sour cream nutmeg. Yum! I wasn't a fan of the maple with bacon. It's a big donut but the icing flavor wasn't strong enough to hold up to the donut and the bacon lacked smokiness. Everything else was fantastic! The sour cream with nutmeg is light with a little bit of sweetness from powdered sugar on top. I will definitely be back to try some of the other new flavors. They update their instagram account frequently so you have an idea what's in the shop that day."

The first couple times I went in, the workers just stared at me and waited...kind of impatiently. Not all of the workers have been that way, though. It obviously isn't bad enough to make me stick to my gluten free and healthy eating lifestyle every couple weeks. My biggest upset with this place is the building it is in. They repainted part of it, but when you step back, it is kind of scary to look at."

"They are truly amazing. I have wanted to try mochi donuts for a while but haven't seen any in the Columbus area until a month ago when I heard about The Mochi Shop. They're only doing small batches right now, so I kept a close eye on their instagram and set an alarm on my calendar for the next time I could pre-order. I immediately put in my order for that day and was so excited to receive them on Saturday!When they did not come at the time they specified, I started to get a little worried but I assumed it was probably because of Valentine's Day. They were so quick with their communication even when the initial delivery went to the wrong apartment, they quickly brought 2 replacements and 1 extra donut. Honestly, these donuts were worth the wait and I would happily get them again. They were fluffy, spongy, and beautifully decorated. The donut wasn't too sweet which is how I liked it and I ate them almost immediately after they got here.Exceptional customer service and beautiful tasty donuts, this is a must try! The facility itself was very clean and nice amenities, but the food experience just didn't cut it.I ordered the combo meal of turkey sausage with egg white and cheese on an English muffin and a cup of coffee. With the combo you get your choice of a cookie, doughnut, or a hash brown patty. The turkey breakfast sandwich was not good at all, the English muffin was not even toasted and the egg white was way over cooked and dry and the cheese was still sort of cold. The sandwich itself was not hot, it was not even warm. I will give this place another try on another visit since I have not had any of their other sandwiches and hopefully be able to upgrade their rating at that time.As a sidenote, this Tim Hortons is where the old Jolly's root beer stand used to be.Review #53 03/21/17"

"You'll find Dockside Donuts located inside Karen's Bakery & Custom Cakes, and available only on Friday and Saturday mornings between6 and 11 a.m. I was told that they're a Buckeye Lake favorite among locals.You'll find mostly yeasted donuts, all glazed with different flavors and colors, like strawberry, chocolate and vanilla. When I visited, there was mostly round donuts, but there were a few long johns, as well as donut holes.Dockside Donuts also offers speciality donuts, like the Yacht Club Southern Banana, which is a long john filled with banana pudding and topped with whipped cream and vanilla wafers. Or the Maple Bacon, which is a long john with maple frosting and bacon sprinkles. These special donuts cost a little more that the other regular donuts. When I visited on a Saturday, most of the display case at Karen's Bakery was taken up by donuts, but there were also a few other non-donut goodies available, like raspberry cream chese danish and cream puffs."

"We go to Family Donut Shop every time we're in town visiting relatives in Londonderry. They have these amazing doughnuts they call eclairs, (we call them long johns where we come from). They are topped with either a chocolate frosting or a vanilla frosting and are filled with another vanilla cream. Awesome!!!Those are my favorites. Everybody in the family has there favorites. You can't go wrong by stopping in if you're passing by. They make the days doughnuts early in the morning so the earlier you get there the better the selection. My mother was a very big donut fan and she frequented here very often. Their donuts are spectacular.
