"Had a vegan burger here. Great fries, meh burger. Not a fan of cumin in my burger. They should offer beyond or impossible "meat" for a satisfying vegan burger. Now set all that aside. If you come here it should be for great beer and other delicious German cuisine. I saw great tankards of beer and huge potato pancakes coming out of the kitchen. I really came here because nothing else was open and they had a vegan item or two on the menu so you should totally ignore this review as I am an atypical customer for a fine establishment like this. Decor is biergarten, servers are dressed like Rhein maidens. There are old tymie photos covering the walls. Come here with a party! If you love beer and brats... welcome home!"
"This is our favorite and go to Indian spot. Always delivers greatness! We have yet to get a dish we haven't loved. My favorite biryani is here. Check it out!"

"Amazing amazing food. So delicious. Service is great and they are ON IT with food allergies. So grateful! Easy to eat DF & GF here. Thank you! Ambience is cozy and quaint. I recommend reservations as the space is small. You have to go! Boodle nights are also super fun! One suggestion for the business: do away with the tvs. The vibe is so cool in there that the TVs were confusing. Hannah Montana from the old Disney channel was playing while we were eating. You guys definitely have enough going on to where you don't need it. Anyway, go to Bonifacio!!"
"I kept hearing about this place, and hearing how good it was, but it didn't quite seem like my kind of place, and it wasn't quite in the neighborhoods frequent. Today, I figured what the heck, and stopped in when I was passing nearby. It's joined to a bar, and the inside has a very old-school bar feeling with brick walls, etc. I happened in on a Monday, which is burger day, and they talked me into trying one. And it was excellent. $5 burgers, all toppings a small extra charge. I ended up spending $7.50 for one with lettuce, tomato, sautéed onions, chipotle mayo, and queso fresco. It came out and looked pretty small, but also pretty tall, and paired with a side it was plenty for lunch. Nice meaty burger, excellent bun, perfect toppings. Just a really good burger all around. At a really good price. Get two if you're super hungry, although by the time I ate it and my side of excellent Brussels sprouts topped with a ton of bacon, I was full. Service was excellent. Prices were good, but of course it was a super deal so I'm not sure about the rest of the menu. And the rest of the menu is very interesting, with essentially upscale bar food. The beer and cocktail menus also look interesting. The place is cozy and comfortable; the restaurant area in the front doesn't seem that big, but in the back it is bigger, and there's a bar, and there's a whole 'nother side of the building. There's a pool table, a stage, an interesting booth/dining nook, and more. Excellent fast friendly service all around. I will definitely be back to try some of the other options, andheck, if I am hungry for a burger on a Monday."
"This place may be one of the best restaurants I've been to in a while!! The ambience as soon as you walk in was amazing. I'm someone who really only likes to sit at the bar bc I feel like you miss out on the atmosphere of a restaurant when you are sat at a bad table so I'd rather be in the middle of everything and at the bar! As soon as we walked in I was excited we had an actual reservation and got to sit at a table bc this place is so charming anywhere you sit you are still in the heart and soul of the restaurant. We did wait a minute before sitting at our table and grabbed a drink at the bar. The bartender made me one of the best dirty martinis I've had in awhile (I have a lot too). The blue cheese olives were so fresh and martini wasn't too dirty!! Just how I love it! Next up the food they started off by giving us free focaccia bread with a cheese olive oil and marinara dipping sauce. Sooooo good!!! Next we ordered the half village salad and it was huge perfect size to split along with the clam chowder soup recommended to us. We both had never had clam chowder and it was so yummy with 8 clams on top!! For entrees I got the chicken thighs. They were like yet crispy and the couscous was cheesy and then the figs made it all come together!! My husband got the hanger steak it was PERFECTLY cooked the sauce was delicious and the fries were yummy! We can't believe we had never been and can't wait to go back!"
"Short North Pint House has an unbeatable deal on Thursdays with their 75 cent wings. My boyfriend and I went back a second time after moving over to Columbus and it was just as good as we remembered. The staff was friendly and quickly placed our orders and brought our food out to us. It's a great sports bar vibe and I could see us coming back with a group of friends on a night out. It's the perfect place to watch any game as they have many tv screens plastered all over the walls, true sports bar style. They also seem to have other great deals running throughout the week like a $20 steak & fries dinner perfect for two. We definitely see ourselves coming back on a Monday to try it out for ourselves!"
"Gallos remains one of the best Italian/creole restaurants in town. Great menu and specials. Even table bread is very good. Highly recommend their creole dishes. Like everywhere else the prices have gone up, but the quality and quantity of food remains high. You can expect Great service. Also it can get really loud in here. Tables are close. Be sure to make reservations unless you want to take a chance on getting bar seating. Reservations require credit card."
"Homestyle adjacent Italian food that's quite affordable. Is the food going to change your life? Nope but will you leave with a filled stomach, sure will. I have been in Columbus just shy of a decade, have lived just around the corner from Villa Nova for most of that, and only in the last year have I found myself visiting Villa Nova. This always busy spot is surely well loved with a full parking lot.Daily specials are listed on the board as you enter. To the left is the restaurant seating and to the right is the bar. Bar is fairly comfortable, with swivel backed bar height chairs and hooks under the bar to hang items. Lighting is dim but somehow seems bright enough for the space despite the time of day. Happy hour extends until 9 on Mondays. There's always popcorn and sometimes a pizza to snack on in the bar area. Drink prices are approachable. House wines can be gotten in a glass, half carafe, or full carafe. Bartenders have always been attentive, quick, and friendly. Pasta servings are multiple meals huge. Bread sticks are best when hot. Cheese marbles are always melted and browned nicely. The fried ravioli are just what you expect them to be. Crispy and melty, nice when dipped in marinara. Italian sub sandwiches with banana peppers & onions are made even better if you ask for oil & vinegar. Looking for something a little different, check out their taco pizza. Beans as the sauce, ground beef, lettuce, diced tomatoes, a whole lot of shredded cheddar cheese with taco sauce on the side. Seems odd at first but it's just a perfect creation."
"As someone who use to work in the service industry it's always nice to see people...managers busting their asses like their servers. A tight ship equals good tips. I for one loved my burnt tips, even if there was a bit of fat. It was delicious. The collard greens were on point and the country tunes were perfect. I would have like to have seen it more busy but understand Thursday may not be there day with outdoor sports there was a decent crowd. A repeat visit shall happen again."
"We always have a great time at Bristol Republic! It's a great spot for a hearty meal. Service has been pretty consistent so far. I always try to get something different everytime I go and I haven't been disappointed yet!"
"Super surprise for us. We met up with another couple from out of town and heard good things about Ale House 1890 but had yet to make it over - not to mention this was bookmarked in my Yelp for who knows how long. :) We heard word the line can be out the door. No reservations (I REALLY like reservations) but we were savvy enough to meet up at 3 pm for a late lunch/early dinner with our friends. Lunch menu is available until 4 pm when the dinner menu comes up and at that point, you get the option to choose from which menu you like. Huge bonus. The pretzel nuggets and bacon appetizer were incredible we ordered the bacon one twice! I had the grilled cheese with fries my husband ordered the best out of all of us - his was the steak with amazing veggies. Our wait staff was awesome. She was so helpful and paced us nicely. By the time we got out close to 6 pm the restaurant was jamming. Lots of large parties one I recall was a milestone bday with the birthday girl all decked out with a sash and tiara. Parking is on the street as it's downtown so be prepared to walk a little though not bad. Casual not super fancy which works. I think next time we'll hit the bar where we normally sit just the two of us as it looked super cute and fun. Bathroom was clean. Check it out for a fun different spot and come to find out it wasn't that far from our home in Columbus."
"Friendly service, and good food! We both ordered the French Dip and it is absolutely one of my favorites. We had not been here since the pandemic and thought it would be nice to walk down the street and have dinner. We tried a half order of the Tavern Nachos with chicken! These things were amazing!Tortilla chips topped with jalapeno, sour cream, queso, homemade guacamole & pico de gallo.Bill overview:*1\2 CHK NACHOS $13*French Dip (2@$17.00) $34*Cab Bottle $32 *Subtotal: $79.00 *Tax: $5.93 *Credit Card Fee: $2.55 *Total before tip: $87.48Warning that they charge a Non-Cash adjustment (surcharge) to any non-cash payment both credit and debit cards! Personal view as a consumer, this and should be factored into to the cost of doing business. I have seen businesses offer a discount with cash payment which comes across a lot better (personal opinion). This is becoming the norm and is a deterrent for me when I see a business that does this. Of course the Tavern's French Dip has been a favorite for years so I'll be back.I recommend the food, and now those chicken nachos are a new favorite as well.Website: theoldetownetavern.com"

Apparently I'm still too "from the wrong side of Germany" to enjoy this particular flavor of ethnic restaurant There's more to Germany than Bavaria.Look, the food was great and surprisingly authentic (although sweet red cabbage is a little weird). I needed a taste of home today and I mostly got that, and I appreciate it.But between the oompa music and the aloof guy at the host desk and the confused-looking waitress in the way too short dirndl, this was just... uncomfortable. If you're opening a northern German restaurant with basically the same food and some basic Deutschrock on the speakers, please invite me to your grand opening? I just want to sit at a big table and eat fries smothered in mushroom gravy with a dark beer and a deck of cards. Please.

We LOVE Bonafacio. I'm always recommending it to friends in Columbus. Their food is like nothing I've had before. Quality is outstanding. Go with a group and order family style. This is the best way to try everything. The service is also great. Never been disappointed here.

First time dining at The Walrus and definitely recommend! I want to start with saying we had the absolute best service (thank you Joey D.). We went out for dinner on a Friday night and decided to go to the Walrus. The food was delicious, it was such a good experience, and it was such a nice view watching it snow downtown through the front glass door! Recommend adding the sautéed onion (+ $.50) to the Maple Burger and then grab a fountain drink. The Diet Coke was the perfect mix and so refreshing. We enjoyed:*Goat Cheese & Marinara - Fresh goat cheese, breaded, fried, and served with marinara & fried basil at $11.50.*Maple Burger - House made maple burger topped with candied bacon & havarti that was $15.50 + $.50 for added topping.*Short Ribs (GF) - Slow roasted short ribs in gravy served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes & parsnips for $18.50.The burger was a little smaller than expected but was good and it wasn't quite Medium Well. Inside was also a little loud but can't wait to go back to try some more dishes.

Been meaning to come here for a while, just didn't have the chance. Had a little time today and wanted a bagel and lox, and they have one, so I swung in. Cool building, old but freshened up with plenty of windows and a nice interior, you can thankfully still see most of the original structure. Small, but plenty of seating options with booths, tables, and the bar. A fairly small menu too, but an interesting one. There's the lox, other breakfast type items, salads, and an assortment of interesting burgers. And it looks like they make or bring in pastries and other smaller breakfast items. Also, they have some very interesting housemade drinks. The bagel was great. Lightly toasted, crunchy and yet soft. Loads of good salmon on top, and capers, and cream cheese. Plenty for a light lunch. The lemonade was excellent. Pricey, perhaps, at six dollars, but they refilled it for free. And to put it in perspective, I spent six dollars on a K-pop branded latte yesterday that was half the size and half as good. Service is minimal but great. Prices are reasonable for the quantity and quality. I wanted something good but quick and I got it; I was out of there in half an hour. I will definitely be back.

GREAT HAPPY HOUR DEALS! We went for a girls night out and LOVED our food here! Apps and pizzas are 1/2 off during Happy Hour, and there's a variety of deals on beer as well. Pint House is great too because they open up all the windows when it is warm to create such a fun, welcoming ambiance! The service was great - our waitress was so attentive considering how busy they were. The spinach and artichoke dip was AMAZING! They gave such a large portion of chips and dip for only $7 during Happy Hour! I definitely can't wait to go back! Cheers

Wow!!!! This was an incredible yelp find. It is obviously a well kept neighborhood secret. The place was packed but we put ourselves on the waiting list and a table was ready when we showed up.We always enjoy eating in local family restaurants when we travel and Gallo's was top notch! The family story is great and we loved the bread from the family bakery. It was a warm crusty sourdough.I had the House Pasta and my husband had the Pasta Russo. Yum!!! But the star of the show was the Buttermilk Battered fried Oysters for our appetizer. We must go back again for those.Being a neighborhood hotspot, Gallo's is a vibrant, robust place.

They accommodated our party of 20 with a couple hours notice and were friendly and positive. Our server, Tyler, was awesome- organized, informative, and helpful. The food was excellent and we had a wonderful time celebrating our grandma's 90th birthday!

"Wonderful authentic food. We had it delivered and it was still extremely high quality and yummy!"
"Used them for catering for an event last minute for 18 people. The manager worked with me to create a wonderful taco spread that kept everyone happy. It was fresh, well-packed and made it to location hot and ready. Guests loved it."
"This joint was jumping on mid-afternoon Saturday. A staff member caught our eyes and directed us to the only open table...later he shared that they were actually a little slow (!) at the moment. It's always busy here and for good reason. A boisterous, loud tavern experience. Amazingly good service. Jason welcomed us first timers warmly. He took our orders and explained the 3-person serving staff shared all duties. I saw all three on the floor and behind the bar at different times- bussing tables, mixing drinks, checking customers. There were at least three cooks I could see in the kitchen working non stop.Food was delicious and portions generous. The Reuben sandwich was the bomb - it was pressed between grilled buttered rye slices with the dressing on the side. A great idea. Such a happy friendly crowd, including those standing around the perimeter waiting patiently for seats. Parking is a little tight but I hear the Walgreens across the road makes their lot available to Slyder's patrons. This is a landmark establishment in business since 1948- here's to many many more years. Hope to return soon!"
"I've been there a few times, service is very personable, and the BBQ burger is my favorite."
"I am so glad we found this local cantina! The interior vibe is very "dive bar" but with classical music in the background. The walls are covered with exciting eye candy and the menu has all the Mexican must eats. They have their house made "Baby Spice" hot sauce that they sell and lemme tell you, it tastes like: mild sauce met citrus. It's fantastic. I am visiting from California and had wanted to take a bottle home, but sadly, they are out of stock. Thankfully, they are giving us two containers to take back to our hotel! Yippee! We ordered a smothered burrito to share (red chili pork) and it's delicious! Perfect size to share with someone if you don't want to end up with a takeaway container.Service was extremely friendly and helpful and invited us back tonight after 9pm for the $2.22 tacos (Thursday only) and all day on Tuesday specials. Thank you Savannah for all your help with the menu and encouraging us to call other locations to see if we can get a bottle of the sauce to pack in our suitcase! We just might have to come back to watch the Celtics game"
"This was my third time here in the past 4-5 years. It was enjoyable every time. The place was pretty empty when we got there, then quickly got packed. They were not ready for the crowd and the service was slow. The food hot was great! My favorite was the Korean spicy chicken, I can't wait to have it again. We also got 2 sushi rolls and a sesame grapefruit gin drink. Pretty nice spot located not far from Pins and Jackie O's."
"This is a pretty dope cocktail lounge. It's in a prime location, making it really easy to get to and I'm honestly surprised it took me so long to get here for a drink. It's located right off High St. across from the Convention Center and it's on the second floor. Once you make your way up the staircase, your greeted with a rather large, open space. The bar can be found directly ahead with plenty of seating to the right near the giant windows that face the street. The décor is modern and sleek and there's a mix of comfy lounge seating and tables. The lighting is somewhat romantic and you definitely get a good vibe while you're here. The cocktail menu is rather large and ranges from whiskey drink to vodka drink (gosh, now I'm singing chumbawamba in my head) and everything in between. They also made a lot of the syrups they use in house, which is pretty special. Both times I've visited Denmark the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I like to ask the staff for drink recommendations because after all, they're the experts, and they definitely pointed me in the right direction. The most recent drink I got had gin and concord grape. It wasn't too sweet and I really enjoyed it. I'll definitely be back!"
"On Tuesdays from 3-6, Local Cantina can't be beat. During this time they offer happy hour ($3 drafts) and $2 tacos. The deal is unbelievable! You also have access to unlimited chips and salsa so if chips and cheap booze are what you're after, you'll be happy. The chips are always fresh and the salsa has the perfect amount of spice. I had the grilled fish, chicken tinga and carne asada tacos. They were all delicious! The meat was tender and the vegetables were fresh!Service was fast and friendly and I highly recommend Local Cantina during happy hour and on Taco Tuesday."
"We were so disappointed in our New Year's Eve dinner. We had a 7:00 PM reservation and were seated early at 6:50 PM, and at the end of the night my card wasn't scanned until 9:17 PM. A total time of 2 1/2 hours for an app, soup, Brussels sprouts, and a main entrée.It seemed like there were issues with the kitchen, as the food took forever at every stage. We were left unattended with dishes on the table for long periods our time. Unfortunately, our server wasn't great either, which only added to the frustration. She couldn't multitask and neglected our table and the two others around us. It was ridiculous. That said, the food itself was good, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. While we were in no hurry and staying in the hotel it was unacceptable. The overall experience fell far short of what we hoped for on NYE.The She Crab Soup, Linguine Dolote, and Butterscotch Crème Brûlée were all good!"
"Steve (proprietor) and company are always on point. I appreciate their attention to detail and ability to handle a table of 2 and a table of 12 with the same excellence. I recently attended last week for a retirement party with 11 people. It was on point; drinks were full, and food was fast and great. Looking over my shoulder, at 5:30 on a Wednesday, there were 20 people waiting for a table. Glad we had our reservations -- highly recommend or be ready to sit for up to an hour. On to the food. Caroline Steak is a staple for dinner for me. Tangled O'Rings and garlic butter atop a beautiful Angus beef sirloin. You can't beat it with the fresh green beans and a potato choice. Are you a burger connoisseur? Try the Caroline or Russ Burgers. For $1 more the Russ is hard to beat. And when you order your burger medium, no one panics, because the kitchen staff knows how to not kill meat. I find other places are timid to do anything less than medium well, perhaps because their beef is lower quality. Appetizers? Southwestern Eggrolls are fantastic. Also, crabcakes- shareable and I'm talking real true crabcakes like you would get in New England, not filler garbage. These are true to their name 100%! You'll soon be ordering a second order. Sorry no photos but The Caroline deserves a top spot on your list!"
"Amazing lunch. Passed through on our way to GA. The hot Italian on gluten free bread was delicious! The GF bread wasn't dried out and the flavor was really nice. My husband loved the Hobo as is. Not to mention the super friendly smiling service! I almost can't wait to drive back to Michigan so we have a reason to stop ."
"Wonderful meal at Austyn's. Our server, Oliver, was very efficient and visited with us. He told us lots about the area. We enjoyed the prosciutto prawns with granny smith apple slices. The spicy shrimp soup was wonderful. I enjoyed the Mediterranean pasta and my husband enjoy the Chicken prosciutto. The creme brulee was very tasty with fresh blueberries. It was a nice dinner!"
"Really cool book store and great food! Very relaxing spot to check out some books and read a little bit."
"I placed a large order for my coworkers a month ago and was able to get enough points for a free taco salad. I redeemed it on the way for asap pick up and they did not disappoint. I arrived and the place was not busy. I let the host know I had a pick up with my name and it was already available within 10 minutes. I did have issues redeeming the free queso and the manager checked my app and saw the issue and still provided it to me with no hesitation. I got home and everything was hot and fresh. The size of the Taco salad is enough for a afew meals and maybe even 3 people. The chicken is seasoned and very delicious! Will definitely be back for dine in soon."
"Great bar. Great drinks what else I you need? Self service chips n salsa. We stopped in for drinks n guac. The place looks great live the bar."
"Firstly, I'd like to give a massive shoutout to the best server Lydia!! We have never had such great service, and it really made the experience. She was so kind and checked in on us often -- from keeping up on refills to offering containers to take the left over guac in; she was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much Lydia!!The food, as always, was delicious. At first, we were worried we wouldn't get enough food, but we were more than full by the time we left! The guac and queso were fresh, and everything came out super quickly. Really love the idea of getting your own chips when you first walk in. Thank you for the amazing dinner!"
"So good. Service is usually pretty good as well. Every once in a while I might get a dude who is more intersted in turnover than creating a great experience for dining but MOST of the time there are no complaints. Food is always great as well and good portion sizes."
"We met some family here tonight and had a great meal. The Stromboli is huge and very reasonably priced at $12. It was the star of the show with the teenagers. They almost ate it all. My grilled chicken wrap was tight and the veggies were fresh. My fries were standard McDonald's type fries. We would definitely go back as it's close to our church."
"I was looking for an Italian restaurant that was NOT Olive Garden. Mom loves OG and I hate it as I only get salads and OG has no salad option. Yes, I know they have the endless soup, salad, breadsticks. But all I want is a decent salad and not one drowning in OG dressing. Mom loves the tour of Italy - essentially the lasagna. So I was looking in Westerville as she also wanted to drive thru Otterbein as she had been on the campus 65 years + ago. As luck had it, I found Cardone's on Yelp. I peaked at the menu and it looked fine. A little pricier than I had hoped but I also think I need to get used to higher restaurant prices. We did not have reservations and the waiter that greeted looked down his nose at us as a result. Sorry - never been here before so I didn't know that all the cool people make reservations. Fortunately, they had a couple open tables for "people like us" - as well as outdoor seating. Nevermind that they had PLENTY of other empty tables that were not filled while we were there. In fact, not many people came to eat in while we were there, I think every single person walking in the door was picking up carry out.But back to our meal - we were seated in one of the 2 tables for non-reservation people and were lucky enough to have David as our server. He did not look down his nose at us and didn't make us feel bad for only getting water and a diet cola for drinks. Neither Mom nor I drink alcohol and she doesn't even do tea or soda. She's strictly a water girl.I had to help Mom with the menu as she wasn't sure what bolognase sause was. She wanted the lasagna but has a very bland palate and avoids all spicy dishes. So she was good with the lasagna and side salad. I, on the other hand, was happy to pick from several salads and add a protein. I went with the Cardone's salad ever though I don't normally like fruit with my greens. I added chicken and we were set.David brought us a basket of warm bread which was absolutely delicious! I usually don't do carbs but I hadn't eaten all day and just had to try and piece in the olive oil. I love the heals and this one did not disappoint. In fact, I may have also eaten the other heal in the basket. But I'm not owning it.Meals arrived in good time. Mom's lasagna came in a nice square bowl. She absolutely LOVED it, eating more despite being full and saying she was done. As a follow up - she took some home in a doggie bag and it was just as delicious on reheat for lunch the following day.My salad was also superb. The perfect size and built in a lovely bed of greens. The fruit choice was just perfect and complimented the grilled chicken and vinaigrette that came with it. I ate and enjoyed every bite.So I was vindicated for taking us to an Italian restaurant that was not OG as the lasagna was likely better than her usual favorite with the tour of italy. Will I be back? Not sure. Hubby works up this way and I'll mention it for future consideration. Final thanks to David for making great suggestions and being so friendly and helpful."
"You can't go wrong with some tacos from Los Guachos! I tried the al pastor, steak, and grilled fish, and really liked the al pastor especially with their onions and peppers! You can ask them for a bag of them. Their hot sauces also added a good kick! Definitely can't forget the chips and guac as well! The food was out super quick and there was plenty of seating indoors, and a bar area as well for drinks"
"Service was friendly and attentive. My beer bottles were cold. Soup was good and the tachos lacked a cheesy flavor."
"Dad and I lunched with a friend today at Mi Mexico. This is my 4th time here, all for lunch.4th visit, 4th different menu item I've tried. First visit, I had the Fajita Quesadilla with Shrimp. It comes with rice, crema salad, lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely massive portion size. I shouldn't have eaten all of it because I could have (and should have) made two meals out of it, but it was so darn good. Everything you get in fajitas wrapped in a quesadilla. What's not to love? Flavorful, slightly al dente vegetables and big fat shrimp. Excellent. And of course, you get bottomless chips and salsa to start. Warm, salty, crispy chips and ice cold salsa. I could (and probably should) make my lunch on the chips and salsa, but the menu is too enticing for that.Second visit, I ordered the Chimichanga with chicken. It is served with beans, rice, and guacamole salad. I think my favorite part was the guac salad. The chimichanga was fantastic (and humongous), but the guac salad was exceptional. Cool and creamy with plentiful chunks of avocado. Very refreshing. Once again, would have been smarter to halve this lunch and get a second meal out of it, but I lack impulse control obviously.Third visit, I thought I would be smarter. I ordered the Veggie Combo D which is a bean burrito, cheese enchilada, and cheese quesadilla. I chose wisely. That was a dandy lunch and I wasn't nearly as stuffed as I normally am when I'm finished eating. I ate all of it, but it was a more lunch-sized portion. 3 distinct items, 3 distinct flavors, each very satisfying.Today's visit I ordered the Vegetarian Fajitas. Veggies consisted of bell peppers, white and green onions, tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli, squash and mushrooms, sauteed fajita-style. The menu shows that it comes with rice OR beans, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. I didn't notice that the menu said OR, but it didn't matter - they put both on my plate. Plus, it came with 3 perfectly steamed flour tortillas. I do not make actual fajitas, I eat the components in stages while munching on a naked tortilla. I like it that way.Today's lunch was a return to a dish with a heaping pile of food. This time, I brought some home. I finished what I ate at the restaurant at 12:45 and I finished the leftovers tonight for dinner at nearly 8:00. Smarter.I really like this place. I enjoy lunching with my dad and our friend. The food is tremendous, the lunch companions are brilliant, the staff is phenomenal. Attentive without hovering, very friendly, and quick. The restaurant is very rustic looking with lots of wood and heavy chairs and gorgeous tile work. All reasons why I have been four times so far with many more to come.Quick note on cost: each meal cost between $11.99 and $14.99. Free chips and salsa, and add a bottomless refill Diet Pepsi for $2.99. A bargain through and through."
"Stopped by on our way through town, cute little place attached to a golf course. There is outside seating and a cozy indoors with a bar. As a pescatarian I was glad to see a shrimp option. Loved all the sauces to go with the very tasty tater tots.. enjoyed the side salad too! My boyfriend enjoyed his pork sandwich. The cornbread was very moist and delicious and comes with the platters. Lots of gluten free options. The prices were great! And a nice selection of beers. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a stop."
