"I've been here twice and both times have had a good experience. I got the cold brew with cinnamon and honey. I got hubs the butter bear. It's not an everyday coffee (too rich & too many calories) but it's a nice treat. The employees have been super friendly and the line goes pretty quickly."
"I've been wanting bagels all week, but I am a night person and bagel places are morning-centric. Most close at 1 or 2. This one is open till 3, and was handy for my errands today, so I stopped in.Small place tucked away in a strip. Parking is cramped. Plenty of options at the counter for bagels, sandwiches, etc. I got lox on onion, and egg salad on garlic. Plus made a combo with drink and chili, and added an Asiago bagel with scallion cream cheese. The lox was great- bright "fresh" tender salmon, excellent bagel, some onions and capers adding texture. The egg salad was good- I asked for two scoops so it was overflowing. Again, good bagel, and the egg salad was lovely. The simple bagel and cream cheese was also good. The chili was like my mom's, tasty but not too spicy. There is a little heat hiding in there, so if you don't like spicy maybe stay away.Great service. Decent prices (and a check-in offer.) Fast and good. And open "late." Glad to find them."
"Consistent! The bagels always taste super fresh. I love how many choices they have for toppings. Their breakfast usually my favorite but they also make a nice lunch bagel. Good coffee but not crazy about the iced tea!"
"Great coffee that was fresh even in the late afternoon. Much better than I expected for campus coffee. Way better than the lukewarm, terrible coffee I got at Au Bon Pain."
"Upper Sandusky has a coffee roaster! It's a big, nice space right on the main drag, with country-cozy décor. They roast on site, so it smells great (if you like that kind of thing, and I do).I ordered a soy latte, and it had good flavor and a smooth finish. (That is about as fancy a description of any coffee drink you'll get from me, ever.) Would definitely stop back around next time we're in the area."
"They have so many verity if food. Their location is good. The staff are very nice and helpful. Beside their inside seats, they have out side which is good and beautiful."
"Wow! My first time at this coffee shop and definitely not my last. The place is adorable with cute outdoor seating (only outdoor as it's a food truck). The girls working were very sweet and helpful in deciding what I wanted and gave suggestions. Now for the drink: I'm addicted to different flavored chai teas and this place has the best, hands down. A+ from me all around!"
"Word around town is there's this new coffee spot called Biggby. Lemme just say I'm feeling biggby big time. It's a very refreshing coffee experience compared to your usual Tim Hortons, Starbucks and Dunkin. Their menu is. Rey fun and creative and they have a variety of drinks not just coffee's but bubble energy drinks, smoothies and a great variety of pastries. I tried their Teddy Bear Latte and it taste just like a graham cracker so good! Ther service was great and the line was wrapped all the way around their building if that says anything about their ambiance! 8.5/10"
"Pretty good bagels and donuts. Their selection is great. The bagels are kind of soggy depending on the day. They don't really walk you through anything. The first couple times I went in, the workers just stared at me and waited...kind of impatiently. Not all of the workers have been that way, though. It obviously isn't bad enough to make me stick to my gluten free and healthy eating lifestyle every couple weeks. My biggest upset with this place is the building it is in. They repainted part of it, but when you step back, it is kind of scary to look at."

We had the sausage bagel egg sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese. The bagels are very good, nice and soft but still chewy. I had the iced spiced coffee which was very good and the girls had the matcha which was also good. We will try it again.

I have been ordering bagels online for pickup recently because they have pumpernickel. These are hard to find. I order 6 and ask them to slice them, then just keep in my fridge, ready to toast in the mornings. I have also gotten flavored cream cheese. It's easy & quick to order, pay, then go park in front and pick up.The staff isn't the friendliest, but then I am in and out and don't have a lot of contact with them.Happy to keep coming. They do have a nice variety of bagels, including cinnamon, and blueberry. Yum.

I was craving a breakfast sandwich, when I passed by this spot. I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a toasted bagel. I washed it down with a large cup of coffee. The two employees were bantering back and forth about the dining room set up and drink station supplies. I felt like they were focused on getting cups out rather than preparing my order. The sandwich wasn't great. I couldn't put my finger on it but the sausage was not very flavorful and the bagel wasn't great. Overall disappointed in this experience.

Part of OSU's food services division, this mini Starbucks serving location also sells premade wraps and has bagels, muffins, etc. With proximity to the medical center and the new James complex, this makes a fine stopover either coming or going. They accept Buck ID as payment of you are part of the OSU family. Small space...only three tables, but decent drink choices and surprising choice of foods. Worth a try if on foot and nearby.

My daughter and I were passing through and decided to stop by for a much needed break. This establishment is very clean and comfortable. There is a wonderful scent of roasted coffee beans as you enter the building. And there should be. Beca's roast their coffee beans on premises so everything is fresh and delicious. Our drinks were fantastic. Excellent, smooth coffee flavor. I picked up a pack of coffee beans for home. I haven't had any yet, but I expect it to be wonderful.

I work in a lab on med campus and have lunch at Brenen's probably 3-4 times a week. Their food is AMAZING and the proportions are generous. Definitely a nice cozy little spot in the biomedical research tower to take a break from lab or studying. My tip would be to get the Greek chicken wrap!

An unexpected delight. We were in the area for a wedding and decided to take backroads home. This little coffee trailer was amazing. The staff were very helpful and they had so many flavors it was crazy. If you're looking for sugar free they had probably 10-15 different flavors and as for regular flavors they had to have 20-25. If in Crestline and you like coffee of Bobo don't miss this place!!

I went here because me and my mom were in a rush to get breakfast and we have always thought about trying this place. We pulled up through the drive thru and the menu looked really organized and easy to read. Once we ordered, the staff was really nice to us. Everything about it was nice and I really recommend this place if you are close!

"Oh this was GOOD. Just the right balance of toppings and bagel and seasonings. I'll definitely have to try more options soon."
"How can one not love a diner?!?! This location was very clean. Small, but big enough to hold a decent amount of people. Tables seemed to turn pretty fast as well, so I am sure they cater to a lot of people. Decor had pictures of the New York skyline and subway signs. A little cheesy to me, but with the place called Big Apple Cafe, I understood. Our server was great! Very attentive and answered any questions we had. I got a ham and cheese omelet, and it was way big enough that I almost didn't finish it. Nice chunks of ham and not too much cheese. It came with the traditional hash browns and toast. My son got French Toast. It was perfectly cooked and the pieces were nice and thick. Price was inexpensive to me. We were less than 25 bucks with tip for two big breakfasts."
"Very sad. Columbus' best bagel shop even as a shadow of its former self. Goodbye, Blocks."
"The coffee is outstanding. The staff is always helpful and so friendly. They have a drive thru which moves quickly. They also have a point system, which gives you a free drink after so many purchases."
"My favorite breakfast food. Closest thing to a NY deli in Columbus. Super affordable and delicious! 5/5 star review sober. 10/5 star review when I'm hungover. These breakfast sandwiches SAVE. MY. LIFE."
"Alright, alright how is everybody? Good, good. As my Yelp followers know my name is Matt Folley and I am a motivational speaker. I have spent the last four hours in the basement drinking coffee, and the brew I drink is by Blank Slate that comes from a VAN DOWN BY THE CREEKSIDE! Now let's get started by me giving you a scenario of what Blank Slate Coffee is all about. First off they are open everyday 7am--2pm, make great indy brew, and are in a stainless steal VAN DOWN BY THE CREEKSIDE! Now you kids are probably saying to yourselves I am just going out to a chain joint, download their spyware, and put their app in my phone; well I am here to tell you that Starbucks and its ilk don't amount to JACKKKK--SQUAT!!!!! Next thing you'll be doin' crack, ice, bang, boom, nuclear butt bomb! You'll end up in corporate skid row, consuming a steady diet of formulaic crap! Be like me and go to THE VAN DOWN BY THE CREEKSIDE!Now on Yelp some of you kids fancy yourself a Billy Shakespeare, well Whoopty-doo! From what I hear you're using paper not for writing but for rolling doobies! If you're rolling lots doobies you need to come to the van down by the Creekside! Because it is in the Gahanna Plant Library, and there is lots of cool community art to freak out to when you're cloudy with the chance for munchies, when you're just got done painting the shed, when you higher than a bats ass! You might be saying Matt, how do we get back on the right track? Well, I am moving in to be sure you go to Gahanna and get your coffee FROM A VAN DOWN BY THE CREEKSIDE! You'll have plenty of time to drink coffee from a van down by the river when you are DRINKING COFFEE FROM A VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER!!!"
"So happy to have this as a local gem. The coffee is always delicious and the breakfast sandwich is amazing. Definitely recommend"
"These bagel bombs have been on my radar for a while but I'm just not the kind of person who is going to chase down a popular food item at a farmers market or another retailer that is out of my way. But since the new location opened and it's conveniently located near where I work, I finally got a chance to stop by. I got the sausage egg and cheese bagel bomb ($12) and a slice of cake ($6) to take home. There was a decent selection of baked goods even though I came in at the end of their day. The bagel bomb was delicious, I had it heated in store and was worth the wait until it was at a non-scalding temperature (so be careful when you first get it). The cake was also amazing. I'll most definitely be back to try more goodies. The service was quick and friendly. The goth theme of the decor is classy and not something that feels like a bakery version of hot topic. You get the vibe that you're about to get a high quality treat, not a gimmick. I would love to see extended hours sometime down the road! This is exactly the kind of thing I'd love to grab later in the day so hopefully that's on the table."
"The bagels are delicious especially the seal salt and herb bagel. I was also surprised how much I loved the egg and cheese bagel sandwich with pastrami added. So yummy! The place has a cool vibe and speedy service."
"Heard about a new bagel place, with a Miami (Ohio) connection, so Sweetie said she was going. Or rather, I was going, as soon as they opened. Sunday morning, semi-caffeinated, I head down. Website says they open at 8 on weekends (7 during the week) but I guess their social media said today would be at 9am. Oh, well, I'll find something to do. The staff were decorating and getting ready, but said they could make something for me, so I stayed. No line, though maybe at 9 there was one. Free shirt for first 50 customers, and it's a nice one.Super friendly, laid back, lots of family helping out looked like. Small space, bright and cheery inside. Fair amount of tables. Plenty of street parking early on a weekend, but at busy times during the school year might be tight. And free parking on Sundays; I didn't see a sign that said it, but I know that's true elsewhere in town, and the parking app wouldn't let me pay. Interesting menu, and I just went with my standard lox. Sweetie got the steak, egg, and cheese. Lots of other things that look good. We also got a maple one with cinnamon sprinkled on plain cream cheese. Sweetie liked hers. I liked mine. Good bagel (I went with everything,) fresh tomato, onion, lots of tender tasty salmon, I think garlic herb cheese spread, etc. Yum. Decent prices. Handy location. I bet we end up here a lot on Sunday mornings."
"Had my vehicle serviced at Acura of Columbus and decided to walk around Bridge park for a place to have lunch at. After making a few rounds I finally decided to stop in at Frank & Carls. After viewing the menu for a bit I couldn't decide which sandwich I wanted even after i went online to get some suggestions. I asked for a recommendation and the gentleman suggested the Ma Fratella, but after a few more minutes of looking over the menu I decided for the HOF which is their roast beef, provolone, lettuce, tomato, roasted garlic-horseradish mayo. Sandwiches are a la carte so everything is additional. Not complaining just advising based on my observation. Sandwich prices ranged from $7-12. which is very good for that location. It's Bridge Park so I was expecting a toll fee or something add to my final bill. J/k don't dM mean messages Im not being fr!!I noticed when my sandwhich came out it read Jeff on it. The Jeff had Roast beef, white cheddar, spring mix, bacon-onion-fig jam, tomato and roasted garlic balsamic vinaigrette, dijon mustard. Little concerned here cuz i saw Fig jam and me no likey sweet on anything that's a sandwhich.. I didn't want to haggle or make an issue so I went ahead and ate it like the food lover I am. Surprisingly the sandwhich was good. Only because I'm not fan of anything sweet in my sandwiches and again this is just my " personal " preference. However, If you do like the sweet then this sandwich is a good choice.Oh I also ordered the Ma Fra pasta salad. It was good combination of pasta and some italian meats and the dressing was flavorful. Again, a little sweet for my taste but it was still good. Frank and Carls is a good place to come to for something easy and fun. They have three long community tables if you wanted to dine in and stools to sit by the window if you wanted to people watch. They also have a decent bar if you wanted to knock back some beers or get some custom drinks. Place was clean, staffers were nice and welcoming and to me that speaks volumes."
"Honestly hands down the best bagel I have EVER had! I got the cheddar jalapeño bagel with veggies cream cheese . Omg that cream cheese was so smooth almost whipped and the bagel was nicely chewy and huge! I wish I could go back and get a half dozen!!!!! Definitely will come back!"
"Love the atmosphere when meeting friends for coffee and the staff is always friendly. I believe the donuts are from Buckeye Bakery and are always good. The pizza (different shop but pick up here) is very good.I try to avoid mid afternoons during the school year because it fills up with students from Ontario. Even though the staff has them under control (they are required to drop their bookbags outside of the back room), it is a bit noisy. But they are a kids....so.....I really do like this shop. Parking is adequate and you can order ahead for pick-up. It's nothing fancy but a great place to meet up with others."
