Awful. I waited a week for a the buckeye cherry float freeze to restock because every time I came they said they didn't have it or the machine wasn't working. Recently Burger King has been giving out 1 million whopper burgers for only a dollar for limited time. When I arrived at 10:48 they were closed but the app AND website both said the drive-thru didn't close until 11pm. No, this wasn't a holiday either the staff were just lazy and closed early in result I did not only not receive my whopper for a dollar which is usually up to five but I didn't get the chance to go back before the deal was over. Service is rude and most of the time they are rolling their eyes when you say THEY messed your order. One time I ordered a buckeye float, a cherry freeze, and a coke. They said they didn't have a coke and gave me an ice cream instead when I said I would take another cherry freeze. This was order for my little sister who is 2 years old so she obviously can't drink ice cream I said the order was wrong respectfully and yet the manager rolled her eyes while giving me the correct order. Overall I would not recommend go someplace else because even with all that aside the food isn't even good just the drinks.

I'm not sure how this location is still opened. ANYTIME we go they are out of chicken. The food is poorly cooked when we do actually get it. 9 times out of 10 part of our order is wrong, the register doesn't work or they are out of what we want. It seems like the people working there just don't want to work.

Fifth and final try for this place. Bad service. Food cold, no napkins, no salt on fries. Last Whopper was still cold in the middle. At first I thought it was because it was new and there's a learning curve. On my way home. Nothing else around the area, but I'd just keep going -- it'd be better than this.

This is the absolute slowest Burger King in all of Ohio. I placed my order at 12:35pm for an impossible whopper and Jalapeño cheese bites. I did not leave the drive through until 1:00pm. I'm certain that a fast food restaurant is not supposed to take 25 minutes for such a small order. On top of that, when i got to the window, they had no idea what i ordered and i had to give them my receipt for them to find it. No surprise, my food was COLD. I wanted to go inside to have them either remake it or give me my money back, but the inside is closed and i feared waiting another half an hour in the drive through line. I won't be back and you should stay far away from it.

0 stars. Placed an online order and when picking it up they said they couldn't find the order. I brought it up saying it was order# 65 and she looked stating they could not find it... after that issue she proceeded to say that even if she could find it their "broiler" is down and could not cook any meats. I asked her for the corporate # and she said she did not have that. Her name is Amanda and she was NOT HELPFUL. She is a poor excuse for a manger and should be fired.

Had an issue with an order I had delivered, to no fault of the store's it was the DoorDasher's fault, and they handled it AMAZINGLY. I very much appreciated everyone who worked to help me out. Additionally, they were out of two of our products so they replaced them with a better option! The food was normal Burger King food but that's what I was looking for so it was perfect!

Just left 4514 Winchester Pike Groveport Ohio 43232 & Felt rushed . However I continued with a smile. I ordered a medium size wapper with cheese meal. Did not get cheese on my whopper. My price total was $9.85 Received more than 6 pickles on my Sandwich which was not requested. The medium fries seemed as if I received a kid's order of fries. The fries were not fresh either. There was not a line in the drive through. Or inside. We weren't even asked if we want it to wait for fresh fries. Saying hello walking in did not receive the same in return. When you work in an industry such as myself and my sister. We kept going with a smile I said thank you did not receive it when I took my order. She did respond to my sister. That was about the only pleasant thing on this particular lunch trip we made. Things must improve. A kid's order of fries is one thing but once you go to a medium and a large. It should overflow just like the old days it doesn't cost you guys that much and we are the customer paying for it. Remember I did not receive cheese and I took several pictures before I touched my meal. Before I even placed my meal the first thing I said was I have not been to Burger King in a long time. And I do mean over a year. So my experience really should have been taken care of to a better Standard.

Customer Service WAS GREATTT. Shout out to Marisa,Nevaeh,Tey'Vieon and Reshod for the wonderful service! And a great laugh. I always come here, and snobby white woman always messes up my simple order every time. So, I decide to start coming during the nights and never left unsatisfied. There was a lady there being very disrespectful cussing at me and I asked for the manger comes to find out she was the manager The manager there was very rude.. she was cussing at me and the food wasn't even ready when it was supposed to be ready it was my first time going there and I'm never going back there again I hope nobody has to go through what I went through today if I could give them 0 stars I would but I just have to give them a one because there was a little boy that was very nice there he told me he was sorry for everything all I did was ask if the food was ready and she got all disrespectful on me.
