Buckeye Raceway Electric Indoor Karting

Fun change of pace for all. Just go try it and I promise you will some fun and may come back.

Great raceway, we always have a blast when we come here. and the carts are well kept.

Great experience karting for the first time, the track was so fun and the crew did a great job of explaining rules and ensuring I felt comfortable in the kart. However the lady at the front desk was so rude and for no reason. She was not friendly and was giving my friends and I attitude while checking us in. You would think you'd want the first person you see at an establishment to be welcoming but I guess that's not the case here.

So I heard from a friend this was a fun place to go and not to far from where I live and it was a blast! There are so many different things to do when you go to the raceway besides Go Karting. There is Axe throwing, arcade area, laser-tag and so much more.Had such a great time go karting, it is inside so you don't have to worry about the weather and the go karts actually go pretty fast and you can drift around corners, I couldn't believe how much fun we had. It's good for all ages so highly recommend going!! 10/10!

This place is terrible, most of the staff are rude, unprofessional, racist and negligent, most of the karts are damaged and are rarely maintained, the employees are rude and blamed me for a crash that I wasn't involved in and then switched back and fourth between myself and another person, these employees are blatantly lying to your face and some these reviews may be botted. Most of the time that I came here for leagues, the employees were not doing anything listed in rules packet and there was a lack of rule enforcement, 2 side crashes happened 2 weeks apart. I almost decided to just get out of the kart because I genuinely thought I felt unsafe and I would die, in one of the league races I had whiplash for 3 days due to these negligent "employees" which are just 17 year old high schoolers who are clearly not qualified to work there, I may be a young kid but I know what is wrong with this dumpster fire of a place. Another example of this is when this "manager" named makai or Kai or whoever decided to lie in front of my family about a crash that happened he blamed me and then blames my brother and then can't choose a side. In the same race my kart had a power issue where the kart would randomly cut power and one of the employees said that "there is no karts available" when there was an entire row of karts, and these imbeciles did not try to open the pit lane when they knew about the issue. TLDR: Do not go to buckeye raceway, save you hard earned money and go elsewhereAnother rant: I have already posted my experience on Reddit in the r/columbus sub reddit and r/ohio

When I came in they weren't welcoming but when a large group of adults came in they pleased them and yall need to Stop yelling at your customers!!!

rude manager, wouldn't answer questions, lost my $$$ for life. k1 is opening in Hilliard and K1 karts is way better .
