Very suspicious place from the moment we entered. We were interested in booking a unit and asked for the security deposit to be waived. They told us that if we booked the lease the same day that the security deposit would then be "waived". What they meant is that we would instead pay $30/month instead of the one time security deposit of $300. I read the other reviews about how others were also scammed by this place, but I did not listen until now. There are plenty of other complexes in the area with good management. Stay away!

If it was possible to leave 0 stars i would, no one should ever rent here. The management doesn't communicate with their tenants. We have lived here for about 3 months and we still have no received our mail key, we have gone to the office 3 separate times to get them and they never actually follow through. Upon move in day, we had MULTIPLE, major broken appliances and a dirty floor with bugs and dirt, we have had our garage broken into and they still haven't fixed the lock that was broken. We haven't even been here a full year and the entire experience has been awful. The office hours are a huge problem for anyone who has a normal job, as the hours they are open is extremely limited and they make no effort to contact anyone, never answer their phones, etc. Do. Not. Rent. Here

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Do not rent here, you'll be wasting your time with the management here and it's over priced. When we first move in the apartment, it wasn't up to standards of move in ready. If there top notch move in quality is dead bugs, dirt, cigarette buds, leaking washer, uneven dryer, stove top not on properly, dirt air filter, leaking toilet, some outlets don't work, the front door wasn't properly secured, the ceiling above the water heater has a hole in it with boxes everywhere in there, garage isn't probably secured and on top of that it was broken into, some of cabinets doors aren't on properly, and same goes with the fridge handles. If this is their best I wonder what is there worst. We still haven't had our mail key yet and it's been 2 months. We told them the first week we moved in about the issues and it took them a month later and a break in just to get some things fixed. Don't bother calling or sending emails they won't answer to anything. If you're looking for an apartment here, don't you'll find better luck somewhere else.
